服務非常好!環境很好，交通方便，這所城市值得細心去品味，享受，非常友好的城市。酒店工作人員很nice.酒店周圍環境也很美。該用的設施都有了。

Lovely place where you have an amazing view from your window I always stay here when we visit Campbell River

Nice property. Very ridge on early and late check-in and check out. Check on time is 1:00 and it is an extra $50 to check in early. Check-out time is 11:00 and can be extended to noon without a fee but beyond that it is $50. Breakfast is a little bit light with no hot foods. Great pool and water slide along with a hot tub. I had a suite, and room size was good, almost a mini condominium.

Very nice staffs😘 Our family reserved 6 rooms for our special occasions, we all had a great time at this hotel. They really took good care of us during our entire staying . Very comfortable bed and the center of everything. Definitely recommend staying at this hotel.

立地がとても便利で、スタンレーパークまで歩いて行けますし、有名なロブソンストリートまでも数分です。食事や買い物には困りません。角を曲がったハイアットリージェンシーホテルの前には、キャピラノブリッジパーク行きの無料シャトルバスがあり、非常に便利です。 周辺にはたくさんのレストランやカフェがあり、バンクーバー市内中心部では最高のロケーションだと思います。サービスも良く、部屋にあった手作りの人形がとても可愛かったのですが、40ドル払わないといけないのが残念でした😂 チェックインもチェックアウトも迅速でした。ただ、値段は安くなく、繁忙期には少し手が出しにくいかもしれません。一度は体験してみる価値はあります。

ホテルは素敵で、清潔で整頓されています。何と言っても価格が安く、コストパフォーマンスが非常に高いです。部屋はそれほど広くはありませんが、十分です。ビジネス旅行に適しています。駐車場も便利です。近くにはビジネス街があり、食事を楽しめます。

言えることは、立地が私たちにとっては完璧だったということです。交通機関はバス停から徒歩わずか 2 分、ダウンタウンまで車で 10 分、ショッピングモールはこのホテルから徒歩わずか 5 分です。でも、がっかりしたことが 2 つあります。1 つ目は、最初の夜、真夜中にエアコンがうるさくなり始めたことです。最初は、真夜中で寝ていたので無視していましたが、エアコンの音が止まらず、うるさくなったので、電源を切る必要がありました。真夜中だったので無視して、部屋の温度がまだ低いので、また寝ました。そこで、朝、フロントにエアコンについて報告し、部屋のエアコンをチェックしてもらいました。しかし、フロントはその日に修理できるかどうかわからなかったので、スタンドファンを用意するよう提案しました。他に選択肢がなかったので、スタンドファンを用意するよう提案に同意しました。ホテルを出てどこかに行かなければならなかったからです。私たちは夜遅く、午後 10 時頃に戻ってきました。スタンドファンは見ましたが、まだ電源は入っていません。修理されて音がしなくなったら、エアコンをオンにしてみます。1～2時間くらいはエアコンは正常で問題ありませんが、寝ようとするとエアコンがガタガタと音を立ててうるさくなり始めました。そのため、エアコンをオフにする必要があります。2番目はスタンドファンですが、他に選択肢がなかったのでスタンドファンをオンにしましたが、悲しいことにファンが動き出すまでに10～20分かかり、ファンが動き出すとエアコンと同じようにうるさすぎます。そのため、2晩ぐっすり眠れませんでした。 😂 でも、エアコンとスタンドファンのトラブルを除けば、部屋の清潔さは全体的に素晴らしかったです🤣🤣🤣

The hotel staff are very helpful. I always leave bags when I’m away skiing for the week. Checked in quickly. Rooms are big, immaculately clean, quiet and have v comfy beds. They are also nicely decorated. Got coffee machine, fridge, microwave & good wifi. Breakfast is pretty good. Got some fresh fruit, decent scrambled eggs, yoghurt and porridge if wanting more healthy options. It has a pool which is nice. Hall decor is now a bit dated and could do with being re-decorated.

チェーンホテルではないことがすぐにわかります。 スタッフはとてもフレンドリーで、とても親切です。 妻と結婚した後にここに泊まりました。 部屋に手書きのメモと素敵なスナックのトレーが置いてありました。 ピックアップトラックやSUVに収納ボックスが付いている旅行者にとっては駐車場が不便かもしれません。 Thuleの収納ボックス付きのクライスラー パシフィカは、建物の駐車場にほとんど入りませんでした。 バレーパーキングも良い選択肢です。 総じて素晴らしい滞在でした。屋上プールをもっと楽しみたかったです。

Firs of all, the receptionist was very friendly and had a big smile on her face during both check-in and check-out (it was the same lady), warm and nice lobby. Second, the room was smaller than I expected, smaller than what the website showed but it was clean. Third, when I arrived it was almost impossible to find a parking spot (see pic 4) because there were several hotels in the same area. I had to wait in my car for about 20 minutes until someone finally left so I could park and check in. Fourth, hotel parking is quite expensive $34 per night for self-parking and $39 for valet. The underground parking lot is right next to the garbage room (see pic 5) which was disgusting and horrible. I also saw two guys working in the parking area and they seemed really unfriendly. If they ever film another Conjuring series this could be a perfect location. To be fair, I did notice that several other 4 star hotels in Whistler have similar parking conditions: dark, old and dirty. Fifth, it was a bit cold at night and I tried to adjust the room temperature but it didn’t work. I mentioned this to the lady when I checked out. If you asked me if I would stay there again, probably NOT. The price is okay for the room and the location is very convenient there’s an Old Spaghetti Factory inside the hotel and several bars, restaurants and shops are just 5–10 minutes away on foot.
