What a trip! The rooms are MASSIVE. It's essentially a full apartment. Very spacious and comfortable. The beds are extra extra large so perfect for families. For Western travellers, you may find the bed a bit hard. We were perfectly happy with it though. I personally will recommend Holiday Inn at the resort for those with kids. It's right next to the beginner tracks and that hotel hosts all the children activities and kids club. Though I don't know what the room is like. More from a location perspective. Wanda Jin Suites has 2 buildings. Best to get the 1st building as much closer to the beginner tracks and the service centre to rent ski gears. We were in the 2nd building. I will say from a location perspective, it was inconvenient for us as once you have snow boots on, it's a trek to carry your ski gears back and forth. There are lockers to put your ski gears in so we'll utilise that more next time. You do need WeChat though and if you don't have a local number, it gets difficult. If you're from Australia, just lose the 0 and add 18 at the front of your mobile number and that will get you through. But best to just get a local SIM to save you the hassle. But from a food perspective, they're right outside the building and short walk to the hot springs and the water park which is all included in the hotel fees. Including ski pass and going to the snow playground. At the snow playground, there's snowmobiles for kids to ride on amongst a lot of other activities. But that's extra money. Again, need WeChat. The hotel concierge when you check in will add you into their WeChat and you can ask them questions and they'll help you. Very convenient. It's an amazing place to come with kids. Water park is insane there and my son had a blast. The hot spring was also an amazing experience. Though very cold to get in and out of the hot springs at -20C. There are other activities outside the resort which hotel concierge will help you arrange. They can also shuttle you to the nearby village for more authentic food if you don't want to eat inside the resort. Beaware that the pharmacy at the resort does not have any ibuprofen or paracetemol. Strongly advise you get WeChat. You can book pretty much all the activities through their WeChat mini app. Including ski coaches. There are rogue ski coaches coming up to you to get business so beware. We almost got on a shuttle with a rogue coach that were gonna take us elsewhere and weren't even letting adults come (it was for the kids) and a hotel staff came up and essentially stopped them and forced them to give back the deposit. Book your coaches early. They book out quick. Particularly snowboarding. We also booked an igloo making class for our son and he had an amazing time. Though it's all in Mandarin of course. They have half day and full day camps for kids so parents can drop off and chill for the day. The staff here can barely speak English so bring your AI translator with you. We had less of a problem since I can speak Chinese but my husband often got stuck and needed me or even my son to help navigate around. Make sure you go back to the counter after returning your ski gear at the end of your stay to get your deposit back. We had an amazing time and would consider coming back.

ホテルはとても良く、部屋はとても広く、衛生状態もとても良いです。滞在にとても満足しています。ホテルには送迎サービスがあることをお知らせしておきます。送迎ドライバーはとても親切です。素敵です。無料の送迎を提供してくれます。景色の良い場所に行き、シェフの皆さんと一緒に食事をします。車で送迎してもらいました。とても美味しかったです。出発前にシェフが私に食べ物をくれました。小さな贈り物です。とても心温まるものでした。長白山の人々の温かさとおもてなしを本当に感じました。雪祥よりずっと良かったです。雪祥は本当に素晴らしかったです。詐欺です。また時々長白山に来ます。未来。

部屋は広々として明るく、眺めも最高です。市内中心部に位置しているので、どこへ行くにも便利でした。スタッフの皆さんの対応も素晴らしく、とても気持ちの良い滞在となりました。ビュッフェ式の朝食も種類が豊富で美味しかったです。

長白山でリゾート気分を満喫できるホテル！最高のロケーションで、窓を開ければ雪山が目の前に広がります。きめ細やかなサービスも素晴らしく、フロントは親切で丁寧、トラベルコンシェルジュは積極的に旅程の計画を手伝ってくれるなど、細やかな気配りがとても心温まります。朝食は種類豊富で本格的、温泉の露天風呂も最高で、満点の星空の下での入浴は本当に癒されます。全体的に五つ星の体験で、わざわざ訪れる価値のあるホテルです！

清明節算淡季，萬達度假區裏保留了四家酒店運行。 從下訂單開始，早早有工作人員聯繫並加微信。入住順利，雖然客人不多，公區依然温暖舒適。房間寬敞，打掃的乾淨，裝修已經有歲月痕跡，好在維護得不錯。 兩天晚餐都在酒店餐廳，幾乎沒有人，但服務員和廚師還是盡力滿足了我們的需求。總體來説，菜品精緻，份量不大，符合星級酒店水準。 節後的客人更少，早餐改用了更精緻的點餐，非常不錯。

The hotel is in a perfect location to reach all the main attractions. The thermal area is very nice and wide, though it gets very busy during the evening and there are many kids running and screaming around for who there is a dedicated area but they are not delimited to it. I understand it is a place for families but it would be better if specific areas, for example hot pools (above 40 degrees) and saunas were off limits for kids. The service staff doesn’t speak English but through specific devices and translation apps we were able to communicate. I contacted the property months in advance via Trip.com to ask if they could support me in purchasing the tickets for the Tianchi Lake or find a way to reserve/book them for me since the online reservation website is in Chinese and accessible by locals only. When I got there they told me the tickets were sold out and they were not able to get them for me and didn’t even know if it was possible to purchase them at the location. I understand this matter may be out of their hands but I’d expect the best hotel in the area to have a direct contact with the ticket office and a priority line for its customers (especially foreigners considering the inaccessibility to the online reservation page)

瀋陽から長春へ旅を終え、少し疲れを感じていました。オープンしたばかりのインターコンチネンタル長春を見て、サービスとアメニティが充実したこのブランドホテルに宿泊することにしました。これは賢明な判断でした。フロントの胡漢さんはとても親切で感じの良い方でした。チェックインからチェックアウトまで、とても丁寧で親身な対応をしてくれました。ドリンククーポンまでいただき、1階のバーで白ワインを2杯楽しむことができました。驚くほど美味しかったです！午後8時半からは外国人歌手のライブもあり、お酒を飲みながらリラックスしたい人には最適でした。ホテルの客室は広々としていて明るく、温かみのある落ち着いた雰囲気でした。旅の後は、ゆったりとお風呂に浸かるのが最高でした（バスソルトなどのバス用品を用意しておくことをお勧めします）。朝食は種類豊富で、中華と西洋の融合料理が楽しめ、コーヒーも絶品でした。私たちは車でここに来ましたが、中国北部旅行で一番困ったのは駐車場の難しさでした。ホテルの駐車場は広々としていて清潔で、エレベーターの入り口もエレガントな装飾が施されていました。インターコンチネンタル長春に泊まることを強くお勧めします。非常にお得です。
