What a trip! The rooms are MASSIVE. It's essentially a full apartment. Very spacious and comfortable. The beds are extra extra large so perfect for families. For Western travellers, you may find the bed a bit hard. We were perfectly happy with it though. I personally will recommend Holiday Inn at the resort for those with kids. It's right next to the beginner tracks and that hotel hosts all the children activities and kids club. Though I don't know what the room is like. More from a location perspective. Wanda Jin Suites has 2 buildings. Best to get the 1st building as much closer to the beginner tracks and the service centre to rent ski gears. We were in the 2nd building. I will say from a location perspective, it was inconvenient for us as once you have snow boots on, it's a trek to carry your ski gears back and forth. There are lockers to put your ski gears in so we'll utilise that more next time. You do need WeChat though and if you don't have a local number, it gets difficult. If you're from Australia, just lose the 0 and add 18 at the front of your mobile number and that will get you through. But best to just get a local SIM to save you the hassle. But from a food perspective, they're right outside the building and short walk to the hot springs and the water park which is all included in the hotel fees. Including ski pass and going to the snow playground. At the snow playground, there's snowmobiles for kids to ride on amongst a lot of other activities. But that's extra money. Again, need WeChat. The hotel concierge when you check in will add you into their WeChat and you can ask them questions and they'll help you. Very convenient. It's an amazing place to come with kids. Water park is insane there and my son had a blast. The hot spring was also an amazing experience. Though very cold to get in and out of the hot springs at -20C. There are other activities outside the resort which hotel concierge will help you arrange. They can also shuttle you to the nearby village for more authentic food if you don't want to eat inside the resort. Beaware that the pharmacy at the resort does not have any ibuprofen or paracetemol. Strongly advise you get WeChat. You can book pretty much all the activities through their WeChat mini app. Including ski coaches. There are rogue ski coaches coming up to you to get business so beware. We almost got on a shuttle with a rogue coach that were gonna take us elsewhere and weren't even letting adults come (it was for the kids) and a hotel staff came up and essentially stopped them and forced them to give back the deposit. Book your coaches early. They book out quick. Particularly snowboarding. We also booked an igloo making class for our son and he had an amazing time. Though it's all in Mandarin of course. They have half day and full day camps for kids so parents can drop off and chill for the day. The staff here can barely speak English so bring your AI translator with you. We had less of a problem since I can speak Chinese but my husband often got stuck and needed me or even my son to help navigate around. Make sure you go back to the counter after returning your ski gear at the end of your stay to get your deposit back. We had an amazing time and would consider coming back.

ホテルの立地は万達広場のすぐ隣で、交通の便が非常に良いです。部屋は広々としていて清潔、ベッドはダブルベッド2つ分の幅があり、とてもゆったりしています。ウェルカムスナック、ドリンク、フルーツが用意されており、心遣いが感じられました。朝食の料理も美味しかったです。

It was my first time staying at Park Hyatt Changbaishan, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The butler service was truly exceptional, and a special shoutout to Romy, who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. She was incredibly caring and thoughtful, helping us arrange transport and even assisting with sending a parcel back to Malaysia. We were here for a birthday celebration, and she surprised us with a free room upgrade, which made the trip even more special. The food at the hotel was delicious and comforting, though we do hope for more variety in the future. The breathtaking views and the overall experience were perfect, and we can’t wait to return for another stay. One suggestion for improvement: it would be great if there were a map to make the area more tourist-friendly. There are many shops around the hotel, but we didn’t realize this until after skiing. A guide would make exploring the area much easier for guests. Thank you for an unforgettable stay!

長白山でリゾート気分を満喫できるホテル！最高のロケーションで、窓を開ければ雪山が目の前に広がります。きめ細やかなサービスも素晴らしく、フロントは親切で丁寧、トラベルコンシェルジュは積極的に旅程の計画を手伝ってくれるなど、細やかな気配りがとても心温まります。朝食は種類豊富で本格的、温泉の露天風呂も最高で、満点の星空の下での入浴は本当に癒されます。全体的に五つ星の体験で、わざわざ訪れる価値のあるホテルです！

清明節算淡季，萬達度假區裏保留了四家酒店運行。 從下訂單開始，早早有工作人員聯繫並加微信。入住順利，雖然客人不多，公區依然温暖舒適。房間寬敞，打掃的乾淨，裝修已經有歲月痕跡，好在維護得不錯。 兩天晚餐都在酒店餐廳，幾乎沒有人，但服務員和廚師還是盡力滿足了我們的需求。總體來説，菜品精緻，份量不大，符合星級酒店水準。 節後的客人更少，早餐改用了更精緻的點餐，非常不錯。

Puyue Hotel🏨を3泊予約しました。食事も宿泊も良かったです。温泉も入りました。全部で3階建てで、5階の露天温泉は本当に素晴らしいです。外の温泉景勝地に行く必要はありません。ラフティングやスキーも体験しました。とても楽しかったです。長白山ではタクシーに乗るのは簡単ではありません。旅行バトラーはとても必要です。前日に車のピックアップサービスを手配し、あなたに代わってチケットを購入してください。現地よりも安いです

長春航空ショーのチケットを確保した後、すぐにCtripでホテルを予約しました。なんと、インターコンチネンタルホテルグループが長春に新しいホテル、インターコンチネンタル長春ハイテクゾーンをオープンしたばかりだったのです。すぐに予約しましたが、18日と19日は満室だったため、旅行を1日延期してインターコンチネンタルに宿泊することにしました。本当に快適な滞在でした。モダンでミニマルな雰囲気が漂い、清潔感はまさに五つ星。特筆すべきは、手動で便座を調整する必要のないコーラー社のスマートセンサートイレでした。最後に、サービスについて触れておきたいと思います。私が出会ったすべてのスタッフは、親切で対応が迅速でした。特に、ロビーマネージャーの王雪さんの五つ星にふさわしいサービスには感銘を受けました。航空ショーのために旅程を調整したことを知ると、彼女は積極的にショーへの交通手段を手配し、ミネラルウォーターと日焼け止めリマインダーカードまで用意してくれました。今回の滞在で、インターコンチネンタルのクオリティは豪華なアメニティだけでなく、温かいサービスにも表れていることを実感しました。滞在のために1日長く待ったとしても、それだけの価値はありました。次回長春を訪れる際は、間違いなくこのホテルを選びます！ はは！カプセルコーヒーもありますよ☕️

Went there as anniversary trip. I chose this hotel. The staff was extra friendly. The hot spring view is amazing and friendly. They treated us well. I got free photo shooting from the hotel package too. The room is clean and we enjoyed our anniversary too. Proposed to my girlfriend there too. Thanks Homm! Will come next year for our next anniversary!
