城内にある素晴らしいホテル。清潔で静かです。チェックインも迅速、部屋も清潔、駐車場も無料。窓からの眺めは5つ星です。ただ一つだけおすすめしたいのは、夜はうるさいので、バスルームにスイッチ付きの扇風機を設置してほしいということです。

女友達4人組でバルセロナへ週末旅行に行きました。バスルームが2つあり、テラスも付いたファミリールームは、まさに最高でした！ホテルのプールエリアと屋上レストランは特にお気に入りでした。全てが快適で、おしゃれで、清潔感があり、どのスタッフも親切で助けになりました。この宿泊施設を心からお勧めします！

ベグルのAiguablava Paradorで週末を過ごしました。私たちは4人のパーティーでした。良い点は場所、部屋(快適なベッド、素晴らしい海の景色、広々とした部屋、素敵なアメニティ)で、ホテルはとても広くて、上品に装飾されています。崖の最上端にあるプールは、巨大なものではありませんが、十分に大きく、エリアの素晴らしい景色を望みます。 Aiguablava 入り江の景色と入り江へのプライベートパスを持つ非常に特権的な位置。朝食は種類が豊富で、全体的に質が良く、豪華な景色を望む朝食ルームで提供されました。新鮮な絞りフルーツジュースと良質のコーヒー。否定的な点は、経験豊富な旅行者/顧客の治療に適任性が欠け、私の名前を正しく得ることができなかった経験のない受付係とチェックインすることです。部門(レセプションとレストラン)の協調が一般的で不足していましたが、私たちの夕食の予約は2日のうちのどちらかでレストランに連絡が取れず、すべての部門で私の名前は最初から最後まで間違っています。受付は私のIDカードとオンライン予約フォームにアクセスできました。夕食はサブスタンダードでした。一般的に不快な食べ物、味のない魚、汚い温かい茶色のソース、パケットカスタードベースの砂漠。フルーツサラダとしてメロンのレンガサイズの塊。いくつかの料理は食べられません。非常に限られたワインリストと非常に高価なワインです。レストランのサービスは、常に快適で親切な人々にもかかわらず、このカテゴリーのホテルで働くことの経験が不足し、不適切であることを証明する待合スタッフからのいくつかのコメントに快適から不適切までさまざまでした。最後に、私は電話で、夫の60歳の誕生日を祝うために最後の夜に砂漠でろうそくをいくつか持って行くことができるかどうか尋ねました。受付係は問題ないだろうと言いましたが、レストランに連絡して忘れられました。一般的にコミュニケーションがたくさんあるので、彼らを思い出させようとも気にしませんでした。

Très bel hôtel qui propose un repas assez varié pour buffet et aussi pour le petit déjeuner. La chambre est spacieuse et bien insonorisée, le ménage n'était pas impeccable (quelques cheveux par si par là). Dans l'ensemble nous avons passé un bon séjour, nous n'avons pas pu profiter du jacuzzi sur la terrasse car certains stores n'étaient plus en place ce qui laissait pas mal de vis à vis.

Ubicado en el mejor lugar de S’Agaró en primera línea de playa. Las habitaciones son agradables y los baños están reformados. La piscina interior con los chorros de hidromasaje está muy bien aunque algo cara por persona, al igual que el parking.

強くお勧めします！ロケーションは最高で、エルメスとフェンディが階下のすぐそばにあります。購入した商品は上の階に保管でき、とても安全です！屋上と1階の両方にプールがあります。小さいながらも設備は充実しています。
午後シフトのフロントデスクの女性は素晴らしかったです。流暢な英語を話し、とても親切でした。ホテルについてわかりやすく説明してくれただけでなく、2つの予約をまとめるのを手伝ってくれました（直前にもう1泊することにしたのですが）。
このホテルは家族連れに最適で、バスルームが2つあり、それぞれ別々に使うのにぴったりでした。😂 バスルームは少し臭いがして、ドアから少し水漏れがありましたが、価格に見合った価値は十分にありました。強くお勧めします。

Hotel muy señorial, bonito, habitaciones y baño amplias. Piscina y Spa. Desayuno buffet muy completo y rico. Restaurante con menú, te dan la opción de que sí el día de salida, reservas un tratamiento o comida restaurante, te dejan la habitación hasta las 18,00. Una maravilla para poder aprovechar el día.

バッキンガム宮殿のすぐ隣なので、買い物や食事にはとても便利です。ホテルは全体的に悪くなく、あらゆる面でパフォーマンスは良好でした。ただ唯一残念だったのは、プールが写真で見るよりもはるかに小さく、ジムもかなり狭かったことです。そこだけが少し期待外れでした。

Los empleados muy amables, pero nos dieron una habitación con puerta compartida a otra habitación y la última noche vinieron unos huéspedes bastante molestos (gritos a los niños, portazos…). Nos hicieron el favor de cambiar la habitación a otra sin la puerta compartida. Aún así, los sonidos en general del edificio no están muy controlados, suenan mucho, sobretodo al andar y los baños. Por lo demás el sitio donde está ubicado es precioso y se puede descansar con unas vistas preciosas a la montaña.

ゲゲストOn arrival the holiday centre was as photographed on the website, fresh, bright, airy and modernised. Apartments are spacious with 2 wide single beds pushed together in the main room which leads off on to an exceptionally generous size balcony. Plenty of room for kids to play, loungers and table and chairs etc. the bed in the hallway (pull down from wall) was comfy and great for my 9 year old son. The livingroom couches were also single beds and of good quality and wide enough, seem some very slim, thin ones before - these were very comfy although never slept in by us as my daughter had a cot.
Check in and out was seamless but be aware a deposit is taken (around £10 per night and given back at end of apartment is left satisfactory) so factor this in to your spends needed initially.
The thing that stood out for us as a family was the lovely man and his assistants who ran the kids club, entertainment, pool games and really engaged with the children despite his obviously long days. They are a credit to the hotel and I don’t think it would attract as many families if this small but important team weren’t on board - my son Jacob loved kids club and made some great friends for the week.
Now is still recommend this hotel with given some recommendations to change things. The hotel caters to very large, roudy crowds of preteens/teens on school holiday stays. They are chaotic and woke our toddler several times, running through corridors screaming, taking up lift where pushchairs and wheelchair users should have priority and teens/groups managed more carefully as they would be if from anywhere else. Called to reception to complain and inform but was pretty much brushed off as they’re excited. Just not great for the rest of us also wanting to enjoy our apartment, sleep and have children. We waited an incredibly long time with 20-30 teens in front of us. I called down to reception one evening as they were shouting, banging and screaming in the halls. Some hotels do not cater to exceptionally large groups for this reason, especially when catering to family holidays also - I’d only stay again if I knew there was no large groups such as this booked to stay. We only ate breakfast the last morning as we preferred to go out to dinners etc as a social thing in the evenings with the children as we don’t drink alcohol much when have young children with us. Food was as expected in hotels, nothing bad to note and plenty of options which are the norm.
If you like quiet this hotel might not be for you. Po. Kew is loud due to entertainment although this didn’t bother us with it stopping at 11pm but the ‘quieter’ side facing out to the road/side was filled with already mentioned large groups of teens shouting back and forth to each other continually. Highly recommend checking if these school trips are on when booking if you like a quiet, relaxed family holiday (most of us do when we have young children).
All in all the hotel is great location, good sized rooms and entertainment for much younger children but would be put off returning due to the issues mentioned.

ゲゲストA short stay for of 2 days was booked with Triip.com for one adult and 2 children under 10, to join us who were booked in a day earlier for three days. Our three day booking was direct with the hotel, half board. The hotel is marked 'adults recommended' and they sure discourage children, by seeking to charge per occupancy rather than simply on a cost per room. The Trip site quite fairly offered the room at the rate for two adults, with children under 12 free, so this is what was paid. Half board was added but at the rate for two adults, which would be greater than the actual hotel rate for one adult and two children, but I was happy to have reserved restaurant secured.
Things got messy at check in, the hotel insisting that the room was occupied by three 'persons' as they put it and should therefore be 50% extra, though the room was the same type as the twin we had for two adults. The Hotel also insisted that only breakfast was provided, and tried to argue that the B2B rate from the third party (Trip) was insufficient. I politely pointed out that the discounts provided to third party agents was no concern of the customer, and referred to my booking voucher which clearly stated I had booked a twin room, into which was going 1 adult, two very small children, and that breakfast and dinner was paid for, with the rate for 1 adult being greater than twice the local charge for a child. They were impossible to deal with, and I left the reception angry and upset. I contacted the Trip representative and by that evening it was sorted. Full marks to Trip, zero to the hotel.
As for our stay, the hotel is excellent, but with room to improve. Dinner in the Buffet only commences at 8.00, resulting in quite the bunfight if the restaurant is busy. It was on that Thursday, a national holiday, and it was impossible to order wine and beverages after we seated, with a single service person taking orders. We ate our food dry, and finally placed an order for wine and water while eating dessert, some 40 minutes after seating. The same bottleneck occurred the next morning at breakfast, with the four snail paced Nespresso machines totally incapable of dealing with the coffee demands. Worse, all 4 machines overheated and went into 'service mode'. Worse again, these obviously unsuitable barista machines were the only source of hot water for Tea or infusions, but with no seperate hot water dispenser faucet. You had to stand for almost 2 minutes while the machine slowly dispensed through the coffee outlet, a single mug of hot water, to the frustration of the queue behind. This needs sorting, it took ages to get a breakfast beverage every morning, and on the second day I had to return 4 floors to my room and fill my cup from the in room Nespresso maker. I'd advise to bring a travel kettle with you.
Otherwise, a fine hotel, but the restaurant problems and discriminatory pricing for children are an issue, so not a hotel for children.

DDan@1978ホテルはとても良い場所にあります。平均的な断熱性。ドアに欠陥のあるシャワー、水が下を通過します。バスルームにはシャッターがなく、部屋に入る照明が多すぎます。平均的なプール、高さ 80cm と小さすぎますが、360 度の眺めは素晴らしいです。とても快適なベッド、枕も。素晴らしい朝食。

KKerryyao4つ星ホテルなので、衛生面はさすがに良かったです。空港からホテルまでは20分で、しかも午前3時過ぎの到着でした。有名な観光地からはどこも少し距離があります。ホテルからMSC港までは、土曜日でも15分かかりました。
ホテルの設備は少し物足りなさを感じました。歯ブラシは用意されていませんでしたが、幸い、私たちは持参していたので問題ありませんでした。また、テーブルにはティッシュペーパーもありませんでした。部屋には電気ケトルがなく、日頃から紅茶を飲む習慣がある私たちにとっては少し不便でした。幸い、飲み物と水は提供されていました。
総じて、数時間滞在して寝るだけだった私たちにとっては、コストパフォーマンスはやや低いと感じ、あまりおすすめできません。しかし、ホテルスタッフは皆とても親切でした。

DDr. Julio Bernal最初はホテルの立地が心配でした。全く心配無用です。ホテルは駅の近く（徒歩20分）にあります。ホテル周辺には飲食店もいくつかあります。施設も整備が行き届いています（サウナ/プール）。部屋は広々としていて快適でした。改善点としては、バーの営業状況です。11時に閉まります。10分以上歩かないと水さえもらえません。今後宿泊される方のために改善できる点を挙げます。1. ロビーにいるスタッフの態度は、ホテルのブランドを象徴しているはずです。チェックインカウンターにいたスタッフ（名前は分かりませんが、30代くらいの男性）が同僚に怒鳴り散らしていましたが、宿泊客の有無は気にしていませんでした。本当に不親切で、プロ意識に欠ける対応でした。2. ロビーのトイレは、頻繁にメンテナンスが必要です。トイレや蛇口が壊れている箇所もありました。これらの点を除けば、バルセロナ郊外に滞在したいなら、ここはとても良い選択肢です。

AARC5555このホテルはとても新しく、高層階の客室からは素晴らしい景色を望めます。特にバルコニーは素晴らしいです。客室は広々としていて明るく、セーフティボックスやヘアドライヤーなど必要なものはすべて揃っています。ケトルなどの特別な設備が必要な場合は、フロントにお尋ねください。
チェックインは迅速かつ便利で、エレベーターですぐに客室にアクセスできます。レストランとカフェがそれぞれ1軒ずつあり、レストランの朝食ビュッフェは種類豊富で美味しいです。
また、屋内と屋外のエリアがあり、小さなインフィニティプールを備えた屋上バーも素晴らしいですが、ハイシーズンは混雑すると思います。
ホテルの立地はまずまずですが、完璧ではありません。最寄りのトラム駅または地下鉄駅（おそらくエル・マレスメ・フォーラム）までは徒歩約5～10分で、大きなショッピングモールもあります。ビーチまでは徒歩20分ですが、ホテルからわずか5分のH16番バスを利用すれば、海岸沿いのほとんどのビーチエリアに行くことができます。近くには小さなお店やバーもありますが、最高の場所ではありません。残念な点は、ホテルのすぐ隣が荒れた住宅街で、怪しげな人たちがうろついているようです。
ホテルから市内へ地下鉄またはトラムで行くには、25～30分ほどかかることを想定してください。
サービスは親切で、部屋は毎日とてもきれいに掃除されていました。一度だけ、11時半頃にホテルの従業員が怒った様子でドアをノックし、「チェックアウト」と大声で言いましたが、私たちは数日分の予約をしていました。私がそう伝えると、彼は明らかに間違った部屋を取ってしまったと謝罪してくれましたが、4つ星ホテルでこのようなコミュニケーションミスはあってはならないことです。また、ある日、無料のボトルウォーターがもらえなかったことがありましたが、前の空になったボトルを処分したにもかかわらずです。それ以外はすべて良かったです。
全体的に見て、街の素晴らしい景色、新しく清潔な部屋、そしてリーズナブルな価格を考えると、このホテルを強くお勧めします。市内とビーチまでは公共交通機関で15～30分かかるため、Hola Barcelonaカードの利用をお勧めします。
