Bagus bangetttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttt

No ironing board set in room. This is very important to female.Need ironing shawl etc.Dear Hotel Mngt, please consider to provide it upon customer request. Others OK.

Really like the ambiance, location, fluffy bed including the additional bed thick and fluffy bed. I will come back here because the convenience and comfortable. Maybe hotel need to upgrade the curtain, wash the sofa a bit and maintenance the wall. The small improvement need to do the rest all excellent for me.

Hotel was clean and look beach side. The foods very good. I like some snack. I was experience gym, actually exercise equipment too old. I hope next time have good experience with gym.

the service is excellent, they are welcoming you since you arrive at the hotel. the hotel is big, the room is spacious, bathroom also spacious but corridor a bit dark — it needs touch up. they also provide free drinking water’s dispenser in each floor, so no worries with drinking water supply. if i have to give this hotel feedback, maybe to add more exhaust in the bathroom so the shower experience will be better. the rest is OK

We had a pleasant experience overall. The hotel's location is excellent, making it convenient to explore the surrounding attractions and enjoy the charm of Bukittinggi. The cleanliness of the hotel was well maintained, and the rooms were comfortable and welcoming. One of the highlights of our stay was the breathtaking mountain view, which created a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere, especially in the mornings. I would definitely consider staying here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with beautiful scenery in Bukittinggi.
