西スマトラ州パダンにあるホテル サンティカ プレミアに最近宿泊しましたが、まさに格別でした。ロビーに足を踏み入れた瞬間から、温かく気配りのあるスタッフが、思い出に残る体験の雰囲気を演出してくれました。 快適さと優雅さが完璧に融合したデザインの客室は、1 日の探索の後に安らぎの場を提供してくれました。装飾やアメニティの細部へのこだわりは、最高のおもてなし体験に対するホテルの取り組みを示しています。 ホテルのレストランでの食事は、料理の喜びでした。メニューには、地元料理と各国料理のさまざまな種類があり、それぞれが精密でセンス良く調理されています。朝食の品揃えは特に印象的で、さまざまな味覚や嗜好に対応しています。 ホテルの戦略的なロケーションは、市内の探索に便利で、コンシェルジュは貴重な地元の情報やおすすめ情報を提供してくれました。 滞在中に最も印象的だったのは、申し分のないサービスでした。スタッフは、スムーズで楽しい滞在を確実にするために、最善を尽くしてくれました。彼らの心からの親しみやすさとプロ意識が、ホテル サンティカ プレミアを第二の我が家のように感じさせる個人的な雰囲気を加えました。 結論として、パダンのホテル サンティカ プレミアはあらゆる面で私の期待を上回りました。西スマトラで最高の宿泊体験を求める人にとって、このホテルは最高の選択肢です。

まったく問題ありません。でも、暗い部屋は本当に嫌いです。電球が 2 つ切れていました。午後 6 時にサービスに電話すると、すぐに確認に来てくれて、午後 9 時には新しい電球を持って戻ってきました。その時点では交換品が手に入らなかったのかもしれません。でも、そのときは子供たちが寝ていたのでキャンセルしました。

Everything ok except for the receptionist/staff. Not friendly, need to call many times to request for iron. Managed to get but iron functioning not good😅1st day check-in, request extra bed/towel but nothing left at all, need to wait for the next day. Santika Padang much better as compared to BktTinggi.

The front desk is very friendly. The rooms are spacious. Breakfast is a basic selection with a local choice of foods. Locations near padang town. Walkable within the local spot

Everything is just nice. Breakfast is so delicious! I’m from Malaysia, but I can skip some of my Minang/Padang food hunting because they also provide local dishes, which are really tasty. The location is very close to Jam Gadang—within walking distance. The staff are friendly too. The only thing that made me feel a bit uncomfortable was this: I didn’t hang the “I need room cleaning” tag on my door because I was still in the room. A cleaning staff member knocked and said “room cleaning,” but I didn’t respond since I was still inside and hadn’t requested cleaning. Then, the staff used a key card to open the door. I felt a bit violated, though it wasn’t a big issue for me as I was alone and fully dressed. However, it would be better if staff didn’t enter unless there’s a clear request for cleaning—just in case someone is inside and not properly dressed.

The cleanliness inside room really need to be improved a lot. I got bath towel with stain and visible stain insode the bathroom near the sink. TV was not working and the TV's screen got something on the surface. However, the variety of foods during breakfast buffet was good. My first and last time stayed at this hotel.

Nice service.. For I forgot that have to catch up early morning flight, but already booked breakfast for 2 pax.. Cannot return the money for the second day breakfast, only can take away the breakfast.. So we request for the breakfast, they served it with fruits, buns and rice and vegetables plus chicken (actually we request for it).. Thank you so much for fulfilled my request.. Going to stay again at rocky for next visit to padang.. Beside there also got supermarket, nice!

A careful and tasteful designed hotel with very helpful staff. We stayed an extra night and expect to be back after our trip in Sumatra. We requested for a car and driver and the staff helped both parties to negotiate a good price. This hotel comes highly recommended.

Overall is ok , the room looks abit old but overall is clean , breakfast area is nice

This hotel bedroom was nice & clean but the bathroom was a bit tired and grubby. The rest of the hotel was very good in terms of breakfast choice & quality and the staff service was very good.
