He was, without exaggeration, the nicest person I met during my entire time in Tunis. He went above and beyond to make sure I felt welcome and taken care of, and his warmth and attentiveness turned a good stay into an amazing one. It’s rare to come across someone so genuinely kind and dedicated to their guests. I’d highly recommend this resort to anyone visiting Tunis — and if you’re lucky enough to cross paths with Mr. AbdiRahman during your stay, you’re in great hands. Thank you for a memorable trip!

高高ホテルはせいぜい3つ星に設定されていますが、安全性が最優先事項です。朝食は平均的です。イスラム諸国の環境と食糧は褒められません。チュニジア空港からこのホテルまでの料金はわずか20ディナールですが、空港のレンタル料金が低すぎて50ディナールかかります。特にホテルの駐車タクシーの運転手は、だまされたときの苦情を避けるために写真を撮り、保管する必要があります。嘘つきのタクシー免許番号を発行しました。このうそつきの車に乗らないでください。

RRabebCela fait 2 ans que je vais à cet hôtel. Le personnel est non seulement très agréable, mais à l’écoute de ses clients. La propreté est impeccable. On se sent très en sécurité et cela reste bien car l’aéroport est à côté.

YYesim SertI had a frustrating experience at the hotel. The staff at the reception pretended to speak English, but when I asked a question I got vague answers. For example, when I asked for tea, they said ”Someone will bring it to your room”, but it never came. There was no phone in my room and the air conditioning didn't work. The first room they gave me didn't have a TV and there was a problem with the tap. They gave me a room with a sea view, but it was too far from the entrance and I still had problems with the air conditioning and the phone. All these problems were only resolved the day before I checked out. Also, my charger didn't fit into the socket and when I asked about it, I got the same vague answer with no follow up. I even left my phone at the reception to charge, but it never did, which was incredibly frustrating. As for breakfast, you have to go to a restaurant or balcony area where a lady with an angry expression on her face takes care of you, but you are forced to eat whatever she brings to your table, there is no choice. Overall, my experience at this hotel was quite disappointing and not at all what I expected.

ゲゲストチュニジアに来る前は、特に下調べもせず、レンタカーも予約していませんでした。4日間の旅行のうち、宿泊先は2泊分だけ予約し、あとは行き当たりばったりで計画を立てていました。ところが、ホテルにチェックインすると、中国語を話せる若いチュニジア人男性、ジュリアンに出会いました。ジュリアンは信じられないほど親切で、2日間の休暇を使って私たちを車で案内してくれ、様々なチュニジア料理を教えてくれました。ジュリアンのおかげで、チュニジア旅行は本当に素晴らしいものになりました。この計画外の旅行は、嬉しいサプライズとなりました。チュニジアのガマト・リッツ・カールトン・ホテルに宿泊される方は、ぜひカスタマーサービスマネージャーのジュリアンを指名してみてください。きっと何でも対応してくれるはずです。

I walk to four seasons every morning during my stay.long walk on quiet beach.be patience when u in Tunisia.check in is a bit slow.but she’s a nice lady did found me a good room. I had a lovely stay.
