トルコトラブゾン県で、プールのあるホテル

I was very very disappointed with the hotel. It is my second time, my first time I was extremely happy with everything and decided to book again , but this time I was completely annoyed. Unfortunately, I found the hotel in a very unpleasant situation but a big plus for its staff and their efficiency specially the reception guys . A big thank you to them. Let us state the positive points, check in and out was quick and efficient. location is good. The employees are very attentive and efficient. Breakfast is great. Cleaning is done on daily basis. There is a spa and pool down but this time I didn’t use it so can’t say much. The view from the balcony is fabulous. The location of the hotel is excellent. Now lets talk about the room. Everything is old and not maintained well. Bedsheets, bedcover, pillows and pillow cases all are old and all have spots on them. On my arrival my bedsheets, bedcover & pillows had different spots on them . I immediately called the receptionist and everything was changed. Ac doesn’t work well. The toilet flush is broken & doesn’t work well. The carpets are old . I can’t say anything about towels for I never use hotel’s towels. I love this hotel but I was very disappointed with the situation that I saw when I stayed 4 days this time. Overall its ok & passable.

I had a wonderful stay at Residence Inn Trabzon. The hotel is perfectly located with a cozy and welcoming atmosphere that made my visit to Trabzon even more enjoyable. What truly stood out was the outstanding hospitality of the staff. A special thank you to Ahmed for his constant support, attentiveness, and kindness throughout my stay. I also want to sincerely thank Lina, the manager, for her professionalism and warm attitude—she ensured everything was smooth and perfect. Additionally, I want to give a shoutout to the evening shift receptionist (I wish I remembered her name) for her helpfulness and friendly demeanor. She was always welcoming and ready to assist with anything, making my evenings at the hotel even more pleasant. If you’re visiting Trabzon and want a place where you’ll feel genuinely cared for, Residence Inn Trabzon is the perfect choice. Huge thanks again to Ahmed, Lina, and the entire team for making my stay so memorable!

Ramada – как пишут, лучший отель на берегу моря в Трабзоне. Мы его выбрали для первой остановки в Караденизе. Отель большой, отличные завтраки на открытой террасе с видом на море. Просторные номера. Есть два бассейна: один закрытый, второй – открытый, но находиться в нем невозможно из-за многочисленных орущих и плескающихся детей. В спа зоне нормально работала только паровая сауна. У отеля нет собственного пляжа (впрочем, как и у других отелей на этом побережье), общественный пляж сразу за территорией отеля. Море грязное, маленькие медузы, мусор, желания пойти купаться не возникло. В целом отель неплох, но рядом есть альтернативы в два раза дешевле не уступающие Рамаде ничем кроме отсутствия бассейнов.

Мы с женой сами опытные отельеры и более 15 лет занимаемся отельным бизнесом. Поэтому можем профессионально оценить работу своих коллег. Молодцы! Вот что сразу приходит на ум! Отличное местоположение. Прямо на трассе. Парковка очень удобная, что немаловажно для автопутешественников. Чисто, уютно, номера большой площади, сауна, хамам, бассейн все включено в стоимость. Отличный завтрак включен в стоимость. Безусловно рекомендую

The best thing about this hotel is its location. Even though its old the hotel is well maintained & it is clean. Room’s size acceptable . Furniture old but clean, bedsheets, pillows and towels all clean. I only stayed for one night so it was ok. Important to me it was a clean hotel & it’s location was fantastic! .

Вроде бы Хилтон, но как то всё не так. На ресепшн сказали, что бассейн до 23. По факту в 22:15 нас не хотели туда пускать, потому что бассейн до 22:40. Почему об этом не сказали на ресепшн - не понятно. Ещё и без шапочки нельзя - можно, естественно купить на месте. Номера маленькие. Вид не на море, а на фавелы какие то. В ресторане меню по qr-коду, но никто не предупреждает, что заказывать надо всё равно у официанта.

I stayed at Mercure Trabzon Hotel and had a comfortable and pleasant experience. The rooms are clean and spacious, with a nice view especially if facing the sea. Breakfast was varied and tasty, and the staff were professional and helpful. A good choice for both business and leisure stays in Trabzon.

Insgesamt ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt. Das Hotel überzeugt mit einer wunderschönen Aussicht und einer ruhigen Lage. Selbst die Zimmer zur Waldseite sind sehr angenehm und sorgen für erholsame Nächte. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das ausgesprochen freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal. Die Lage ist etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, da sich das Hotel an einem Hang befindet, rund 10 Minuten mit Taxi vom Zentrum entfernt. Insgesamt jedoch ein sehr gutes Hotel, das ich gerne weiterempfehle.

أقمنا في هذا الفندق خلال رحلتنا إلى طرابزون وكانت تجربة رائعة بالفعل. الغرف نظيفة ومريحة جداً، وطاقم العمل متعاون وودود للغاية. كان نادي الأطفال ميزة مميزة بالنسبة لنا، حيث استمتع أطفالنا كثيراً وقضوا وقتاً ممتعاً وآمناً. الفندق مناسب جداً للعائلات، وبالتأكيد سنختاره مرة أخرى.

الموقع جداً جداً ممتاز ، الفطور متنوع لكن موجود في كل الفنادق نفسه ، اللي يشيل الشناط اذا ماعطيته بخشيش يعصب ويسوي حاله زعلان ويتكلم ، اذا ماتبي تعطيه قفل الباب بوجهه ، بالنسبة للنظافة الغرفة نظيفه ولكن الاثاث قديم جداً ، المكيفات خربانه من السنة الماضيه ، يعني اذا زيارتك ممكن ان الجو يكون حار انصحك ماتحجز فيه ، الحمام ينقط من السقف ، الشفاط حق الحمام خربان ، صوت الثلاجه مزعج بالليل كأنك راكب سيارة قديمه ، مافيه عزل اذا جارك تحرك تحس فيه وتسمعه ، الموقع خيال فعلاً والمرافق حسب ماجربت فقط الحديقة خيالية وفيها العاب اطفال شوي ، مول جواهر والمطاعم والكوفيهات قريبه من المكان ، موظفة الاستقبال بشوشه وتتكلم عربي .
