非常に良い
Kkkk.shi施設内にはレストランやカフェ、バーがあり、外に出歩かなくても完結できるのが良い。
部屋は綺麗で快適。
スタッフの対応は近すぎず、ちょうど良い距離感で親切。
スキー場に直接行けて、便利。スキーは多数のリフトがあり、楽しい。雪は圧雪されていないので、慣れていないと滑りにくい。

ゲゲストThe view from my room faces the ocean but the location at the end of Homer Spit isn’t exactly the best place to be because it takes 15mins walk to get to the centre where eateries, shops and ferries are located especially if you’re like me having to carry camera equipment.
Taxi services tend to be slow at peak hours. Housekeeping is not efficient and needs to be reminded despite hanging the card out. Cups are not washed and bed is not made unless the card in the room(no card was placed in my room)is completed which was the excuse they gave. This happened for 5x out of my 9 nights where the other 4, I opted for no disturbance .
Breakfast is buffet style but limited selection.
My stay was over 9 nights. I have to return for another 3 nights on organised tour group. I informed receptionist upon checkout to put me in the same room. The answer is NO.
The level of service at front desk and housekeeping needs improvement except for a special lady, Lena who is exceptionally friendly and helpful. All in all, there is no value for money.

ゲゲストBooked and paid in full online. They have our credit card on file. Didn’t expect they want to charge extra money for room deposit. No problem we can handle the additional payment except Their machine didn’t work scanning my Apple Pay. The older lady was rude and told us we couldn’t stay. That was not our fault. It really hurts! they should fix their machine problem first rather than blaming customer. Finally the younger staff on training figured out how to charge my Apple Card by keying in the numbers. Overall check in was not as friendly and professional as it should be. Breakfast was okay, oatmeal was not done correctly super dry, a simple fix is adding a bit water , yet no one cared. Eggs are not real , artificial eggs. Just a bit disappointed.
Rooms are warm and bathrooms is clean.

XXthemadgeniusLovely Hotel great spot to be in the center of Anchorage and is close to the freeway, just be careful parking is not attached, the staff early early Feb 14th was so helpful lovely and kind 3 girls(posted their names on the yelp review)

Ff1trillionAlthough the hotel is still pretty new, there's a frightening amount of wear and tear already present on all furniture, doors and walls. While the cleanliness is as expected, sound insulation is non-existant, which is why it was hard to sleep when you could hear every vehicle outside as loud as if you were standing next to it (and our room was on the highest floor). Neither the check-in lady at the front desk nor the kitchen staff were very friendly. The breakfast was probably the worst we ever had. It's advertised from 6:30-9:30am but when we arrived at 7am, most must-have items like bagels were already gone and weren't refilled. Also, the pancake machine was broken. All in all, it was a very disappointing stay.

ゲゲストThe hotel provides a free airport shuttle, which can need some time but provides great value given the distance from airport to town. American style breakfast was ok. Room was a bit overheating but they had heater and AC in rooms so that was ok. Also pool with rather cold water and gym as valuable addons. Service was good.

匿匿名ユーザーThe attitude of the two female receptionists was truly terrible—it was just constant refusals. I have visited over 100 countries and am generally quite easygoing; I have never criticized anyone before, as everyone has a job to do and anyone can have a bad day. However, I stayed at this hotel for several nights and consistently encountered an arrogant attitude from the staff. That clearly reflects their inherent rudeness rather than just a case of them having a bad day

CCaitong1963酒店雖然比較舊，但房間好大，二張1.5米的大床，房間也很整潔，大堂有茶吧，免費供應開水，茶包和咖啡，酒店也提供免費接送機服務，對這次入住很滿意，就是感覺房價有點小貴！

__TS***MKRoom is clean, essential items are all available. Blackout curtains are effective. Only a 15 minute walk from the train station. Easy access to both downtown and the shore. Staff is friendly, though there is sometimes a short wait to talk to the staff.
