I had a change of plans and needed to change my rooms. They were incredibly helpful. Unfortunately, the room I was moved to looked like it hasn't been touched in weeks/months. The bed had no sheets, stains, cut up straws everywhere, TV was on the bed, empty air-rifle box.. trashed room for sure. I went to the desk for help, and they immediately moved me to a new room. Much, much better... but knowing what that one room looked like, left me feeling a bit weirded out for the rest of the hotel. I was under the impression that there was a breakfast, but it was not available. Not a big issue for me tbh. This is definitely a ”Get you what you pay for” situation. If I had to stay here again.. I would, if there were no other options.

We were there for aau basketball tournament. It was perfect for the down time the girls had. They won and my dautter and I had a mini vacay. Perfect for fun and relaxation. Highly recommend!

This has been one of our favorite local hotels, but unfortunately, this stay was a disappointment. The front desk staff member at check-in was not friendly. We were refused a bottle of water, even though the guest ahead of us was graciously offered two. To make matters worse, we later found there were no bottled waters provided in the room either. Will consider others in the future instead.

素敵なホテルでした。部屋は広くて清潔で、近くには食事のできる場所がたくさんあります。スタッフはフレンドリーで、朝食もおいしく、ベジタリアン以外の人には選択肢が複数ありましたが、ベジタリアン向けの選択肢は少なかったです。必要であればまたここに泊まります。

部屋は清潔で設備は古いですが、使いやすいです。バスルームのお湯は少し遅いです。レストランには軽食があり、朝食、昼食、夕食を一時的に解決できます。スタッフはとてもプロフェッショナルです。レストランのスタッフはとても親切です。

ここは素晴らしいです、人は素晴らしいです、部屋は素晴らしいです。私たちはゲームをプレイすることができ、それが本当にここのように家にいるように感じるすべてをプレイすることができました。

ホテルは平均3つ星です。フロントデスクの紳士は親切で、深夜にチェックインすることを簡単にしてくれました。ホテルの部屋は大丈夫ですが、USB充電器のような新しい宿泊施設が不足しています。バスルームの換気扇が機能していないため、シャワーを浴びるときに非常に湿っています。最悪の問題はバスタブの排水です。立ち水のインチでシャワーを浴びなければなりませんでした。

Took the wife out of state for our 10 year anniversary. She was so excited to be staying at an Aloft again as we have in the past! We got into the room, my Flowers were there, which was great. We adjusted the AC to our comfort likings and 4 hours later after being at the beach, the temperature in the room was 78. Called the front desk, they said there isn't anything they could do. Maintenance checked the panel and all is fine but our room was above the indoor pool. The pool room was found to be 80+ degrees but no one agreed to trying to lower the temperature of the pool room. Instead they suggested we open the balcony door and give us a box fan. The outdoor temps were in the upper 80s low 90s. There was a hint of a breeze but when the box fan was dropped off, we came back from dinner and it was tolerable with the door closed. No check up from management, the staff was quite short with our concerns and requests. Overall the stay was amazing but disappointing

モーテルはダウンタウンの近くにあり、サービスはフレンドリーで、部屋は清潔できれいに装飾され、プールは閉鎖されました。プールは不明な理由で閉鎖され、ロビーのサインは発表されるまで閉鎖されていると言われています。
