アメリカメリーランド州で、プールのあるホテル

ヒルトンガーデンインアナポリスで快適な滞在ができました。場所は清潔で手入れが行き届いていて、サービスは迅速でした。特に追加のタオルをリクエストしたとき。チェックアウトはスムーズで迅速で、本当に感謝していました。15-minute車でアナポリスと歴史地区のダウンタウンに行くので、街のすぐ外にある便利で静かな場所です。間違いなく再びここに滞在します!

昨年このホテルに宿泊した際、部屋に指輪を忘れてしまいました。キャシー・ウォルターさん率いるハウスキーピングチームが、指輪を見つけてくれただけでなく、別の都市にいる私に指輪を届けてくれるよう尽力して​​くれました。直前の予定変更で指輪を持って出国できなかったのですが、キャシーさんが6ヶ月間も指輪を保管しておいてくれたのは本当に驚きでした。今週このホテルに宿泊した際、フロントデスクでチェックインした時に指輪を見つけました。これは最高のサービスで、旅行者が必要な時に助けてくれます。キャシーさんとチームの皆さん、素晴らしい仕事ぶりでした！

Great room on the fourth floor; I did not want a room on the first. The room was very clean and smelled great. Would recommend. The price was good.

Hotel wouldn't honor the breakfast that was paid for during booking, even though it was clearly on the receipt. Also, the thermostat in the room wasn't working, stayed on 80 degrees the whole time.

ホテルは空港に近いので、飛行機の騒音は夫のように眠りが浅い人には気になるかもしれません。また、trip.com経由で予約するとヒルトン・オナーズの特典が受けられないことを知らなかったので驚きました。普段は出張の際は旅行代理店を通して予約するのですが、これまでは問題になったことはありませんでした。

I always love staying at Best Western Plus, well one down fall is every time someone closes their room door you hear it in your room so you'll be up early , well it's annoying so that means you are up by 7am unless you're a hard sleeper. Good thing I get up early. The decor is updated ✅ The front staff is great ✅ House keeping is great ✅ mm The breakfast is pretty good the only thing with that is they barely make enough where they may have to go back and make a few items and the gentleman and the woman that works that area act like they paid for the food they will sometimes stand there and watch what you're doing... Like geez let me breathe

This hotel is very satisfying. Great location. The staff , from the front desk to the maids are very helpful and kind. There is plenty of shops, places to eat and entertainment for the entire family surrounding this hotel. The rooms are clean and well maintained.

Location might seem bit far from downtown of washington dc but its worth it. Near by there is so much to do. Parks, big malls etc. Hotel was nicer than i thought. I liked the breakfast buffet. Clean and better.

素敵なホテルでした。部屋は広くて清潔で、近くには食事のできる場所がたくさんあります。スタッフはフレンドリーで、朝食もおいしく、ベジタリアン以外の人には選択肢が複数ありましたが、ベジタリアン向けの選択肢は少なかったです。必要であればまたここに泊まります。

ホテルの場所は市内中心部とビーチから少し離れています。駐車場は無料で、部屋は清潔で、フロントデスクのサービスはとても良く、レストランの朝食サービスは少し貧弱で、ウェイターは真剣です...
