I’ll start with the highlight of our stay: the ski rental team at Yabuloni Hotel. Since rentals are included in the stay, we spent a fair amount of time with them, and they are truly world-class. Led by a charming and compassionate boss, the team of four （photo attached) is incredibly professional and approachable. They don’t just hand you gear; they perform thorough safety checks, ensure a perfect fit, and offer genuine tips for the slopes. They made our trip seamless and safe. They will be the reason why we will come back and stay here Unfortunately, the hotel itself doesn't live up to that same standard. The hallways are dimly lit and poorly ventilated, a theme that continues into the rooms. The biggest issue was the bathroom, a persistent, foul sewage smell made us feel like we are using a public toilet that has not been cleaned for years. If this is 5 star standard, i'm afraid they have to do much much better. To top it off, the reception staff felt poorly trained. Despite having plenty of people behind the desk, no one could answer basic questions about local attractions, slope openings, or even help us arrange a driver for dinner around the area. For the price point, they should think of how they can justify their service other than having a world class and helpful ski rental management team.

ホテルは中央大街に面しており、ロケーションは最高です。階下にはショッピングや地元の軽食が楽しめるお店があり、防洪記念塔や聖ソフィア大聖堂へも徒歩圏内で、観光に非常に便利です。スタッフ全員が温かく丁寧に対応してくださり、チェックインも迅速でした。どんな要望にもすぐに答えてくれて、終始きめ細やかなサービスで、まるで自宅にいるようにくつろげました。 ホテル全体の内装は豪華絢爛で、ロビーは壮大かつ洗練されており、細部に至るまで上質さが感じられ、写真映えもします。ビュッフェ式の朝食は種類豊富で、中華料理、西洋料理、東北地方の点心、温かい料理、デザート、フルーツ、ドリンクなど、すべてが揃っていました。食材は新鮮で味も良く、毎日とても満足できました。 部屋は広々として明るく、清掃も行き届いていました。寝具は柔らかく肌触りが良く、マットレスも適度な硬さでした。防音効果も抜群で、賑やかな街中にありながら一晩中ぐっすり眠ることができました。バスルームはウェットエリアとドライエリアが分かれており、アメニティも質が高く、水圧も十分でした。ホテルの設備も充実しており、エレベーターは清潔で、共用エリアもきれいで嫌な臭いはありませんでした。観光にも短期滞在にも最適で、コストパフォーマンスも最高です。ハルビンに来るならこのホテルに泊まれば間違いなしです。次回もぜひ利用したいですし、すべてのお客様に強くお勧めします！

ハルビンで宿泊するなら、大公館1903が断然おすすめです！期待をはるかに超える素晴らしい体験でした。このホテルは1903年に建てられた、歴史的価値のあるロシア様式の古い建物で、ドアを開けた瞬間、まるで100年前の帝政ロシア貴族の邸宅にタイムスリップしたかのような気分になります。雰囲気は最高です。 ロビーの金箔の壁と巨大なクリスタルシャンデリア、螺旋階段、ステンドグラスの窓など、どこを切り取っても絵になります。全国に2台しかない現役で稼働する100年前のアンティークエレベーターは、ぜひ体験してみてください。レトロな機械音が、まるで物語を語りかけてくるようです。 立地も完璧で、ホテルを出てすぐのところに中央大街があり、聖ソフィア大聖堂へも徒歩数分で行けます。観光にも食事にも非常に便利です。サービスもきめ細やかで、フロントでは温かい飲み物を提供してくれ、ロシア宮廷衣装の無料貸し出しと写真撮影サービスもあります。客室は広々としており、アンティーク調の彫刻が施された家具と柔らかな寝具が配され、暖房も十分で、最新のバスルーム設備も完備されています。クラシックな雰囲気と快適な滞在が両立しています。 建築好きの方も、写真撮影が好きな方も、この歴史あるホテルはわざわざ泊まる価値があります。ハルビンに来たらぜひ訪れてほしい、唯一無二のホテルです！

Hotel is about 8-10min walk from the bus drop off area. Staff were polite, attended to my request promptly. We booked the family room which can accommodate 7 of us, however there were only 2 towels plus 2 disposable towels provided in the room. The hotel staff provided us with more towels upon request. The room was clean and tidy. There were 2 double beds which fit 4 of us, while another tatami bed barely fit the other 3 of us (wished it was bigger tatami), but it is just for one night, so it was alright. The room equipped with a big window which facing the Main Street, which is a plus point, great morning and night view of snow town from the view! Breakfast was great! A lot of variety and it was delicious. The hotel even gave us free frozen foods as supper. There were free 泼水成冰 activities provided by the hotel too. Overall the stay was great.

いつもハルビン君逸ホテルに宿泊していて、常連客ですが、全体的な体験はなかなか良いです。ホテルの立地はとても便利で、移動に困ることはありません。どこへ行くにも便利で、一番重要なのはフロントスタッフのサービスがとても親切で丁寧なことです。何か問題があっても迅速に対応し、解決してくれます。お客様の問題を解決し、ご満足いただけるよう努力しているのは大変なことだと思います。部屋は清潔に整えられていて、快適に過ごせます。何よりベッドが本当に快適で、毎日アフタヌーンティーがあります。ホテルは新しいわけではないので、部分的に改善の余地はありますが、全体的には満足しています。普段使いにはコストパフォーマンスが良く、とてもお得なので、また利用したいと思います。

I took a little Galentine's day trip with my friend to Harbin Ice and Snow World and this hotel was the best part of our stay. It was a expensive and the pictures of the views (particularly from the ”cloud” room) were not accurate. The picture shows clouds like you would see from a airplane, but all we saw was very low, fine, gray fog. I'd like to imagine that the pictures they show on the website are possible, but I think it's more likely photoshopped. That said, the hotel was still awesome. Our room was huge, with a great view from the 41st floor, and the heated marble floors felt great on your feet. The staff were super nice. I felt bad for the deer in the lobby because they were very itchy and one cut his own face open trying to scratch his collar with his hind hoof. But again, the hotel was so nice. If we had traveled all the way from Harbin to Beijing just for Ice and Snow World, I don't think our trip would have been worth it. But this hotel was so good it felt like a true relaxing weekend. The sound of the forest that they played throughout the hotel made it seem like you were at a giant spa. The breakfast buffet was open until 1 pm! Free sauna and hot tub. If you can afford it, I recommend it!

5月21日から23日まで、東北地方で最も豪華なホテル、リッツカールトンに宿泊しました。本当に帰りたくないほどでした。素晴らしいサービス、最高の設備、そして料理の質の高さは、まさに最高峰です！👍 フロントのデビッド・ホン・ユチェさんはハンサムで賢く、業務知識が豊富で、処理能力も抜群。47階の川景色が望める部屋を手配してくれ、270度のガラス窓から見える松花江の景色は息をのむほど美しかったです！夜はホテルの中華レストランで食事をしました。東北名物のキノコと鶏肉の煮込みは調理に時間がかかりますが、美しいウェイトレスのアイリーン・ドン・ユートンさんが、レストランの天井の照明が地元で有名な嗅ぎタバコ入れの工芸品で作られていることを熱心に教えてくれました… ホテルの朝食ビュッフェは洗練されていて豪華で、エッグベネディクトやサーモンなどがありました。美しいウェイトレスのリンダ・チャオ・ユノさんは真面目で細やかな仕事ぶりで、わざわざ紙コップのラテを淹れてくれて、観光中に飲めるようにと渡してくれました… 素晴らしいサービスのおかげで、私たちはとても楽しい時間を過ごせました！ハルビン市にも良い印象を持ちました！「細部に神が宿る」とはよく言ったもので、国内やシンガポールのリッツカールトンには何度も泊まっていますが、ハルビンが最高です！👍👍👍！

地下鉄駅から横断歩道を渡ったところ。シャワーの水は強く、問題なし。部屋はしっかりと掃除されていて床にゴミは落ちていなかった。エレベーターは1基。スリッパの履き心地は良かった。 部屋に空調調整のパネルが無かった。スタッフに言ったら音声入力だった。中国語が分からず、操作できなかった。リモコンを持ってきてくれた。リモコンが無かったら、暖房を使えなかった。リモコンを持ってきてくれて、ありがとう！

I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn during a weekend getaway, and I was pleasantly surprised by how much I enjoyed my experience. Check-In: The check-in process was smooth and efficient. The front desk staff were friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home immediately. Room: My room was clean and well-appointed, featuring a comfortable king-sized bed and a cozy seating area. I appreciated the modern decor and the large flat-screen TV. The room also included a mini-fridge and microwave, which were convenient for storing snacks and leftovers. Amenities: The complimentary breakfast was a highlight! There was a good selection of hot and cold items, including scrambled eggs, bacon, yogurt, and a variety of pastries. The coffee was fresh and available all day, which I loved. The fitness center was adequately equipped for a quick workout, and I also enjoyed the indoor pool, which was a nice touch for relaxation after a day of exploring the area. Location: The hotel’s location was ideal, situated just a few minutes from major attractions and restaurants. It was easy to access the highway, making it simple to drive to nearby sights. Overall Experience: For the price and the amenities offered, the hotel exceeded my expectations. It’s the perfect spot for both business and leisure travelers looking for comfort and convenience without breaking the bank. I would definitely stay here again!
