ゲゲストThe hotel looks fresh and modern, almost like it was recently build. The gym is pretty small but good enough if you just need a quick workout, and the pool is nice for this type of hotel — although it can get very busy at times, so don’t expect a quiet swim.
Breakfast was the biggest disappointment for me. It’s quite minimal, more like a 3-star standard, but of course that depends on what you’re used to — just don’t expect too much. Other than that, there isn’t much more to mention. Overall, it’s okay, but there are definitely better hotels in Medellín for a similar price

ゲゲストVery well appointed aparthotel with almost everything needed for a comfortable stay. Checking in was easy. They could not accommodate early check in but held bags until my apartment was ready. Very spacious and clean apartment with kitchenette, living space, bedroom, large bathroom and closet. The bed and pillows were very firm, could have been a little more softer. No cutlery provided in the kitchen. The fridge and kitchen were stocked with mostly paid bar items. The walk in shower only has a rain head attachment and not a handheld device which I did not find convenient. Most of the staff were very nice. The rooftop bar and pool area were cosy. Easy to get an uber to and from the Medellin hotspots. Overall, I had a good stay but a few things could be improved for an extra comfortable luxury experience. For the price, it was just okay value considering breakfast was not included.

The food at the breakfast wasn’t fresh except fruits.
The gym and spa was incomplete.
You have to pay for the coffee at the breakfast
The worse part was very very loud music at the bar next to the lobby. It didn’t feel home at all. We changed our hotel for the rest of our holiday in Medellin.
The good part was the cleaness. It was 5 of 5!
The design of the room itself was nice.
It had friendly staff as well.

このホテルにはジム、サウナ、屋外プールがあります。いずれも宿泊者が自由に利用可能で、利用時には清掃が行き届いており、設備は動作していました。
チェックイン時や質問をした際に、フロントスタッフは英語で丁寧に対応してくれました。
【悪い点】
客室には歯ブラシ、ヘアブラシ、カミソリなどのアメニティが備え付けられていませんでした。用意されていたのは石鹸、シャンプー、シャワージェルのみでした。
部屋のWi-Fiは接続が不安定になることがあり、動画の視聴が途切れる場面がありました。フロント付近では問題なく利用できました。

ゲゲストFirstly , the staff are great. Really friendly and helpful with anything you may need. I arrived really early and they were able to accommodate an early check-in for me. The facilities are great, calm shared space downstairs, well equipped gym and free laundry. The room was very clean and the bed was super comfortable.

場所は良好で、サンタフェとオビエドに非常に近く、エルテソロも遠くありません。プールは使用されていません。少し歓迎されていないか、プライベートではないと思います。
ホテルは廊下のように改装されるかもしれません。
優秀なスタッフがいるが、良い予算のホテル。プロヴァンザのすべての狂気から少し離れているので、私はまた戻ってきます。
