イギリスウェスト･ヨークシャーで、スパのあるホテル

スタッフは素敵で親切で、サービスは素晴らしかったです。しかし、掃除が遅れたので、私たちは部屋に遅れました。通常は問題ではありませんが、チェックイン、バッグを降ろして行く必要があります。スタッフは部屋を素晴らしく準備しようとしました。部屋は大丈夫で、少し疲れていました。トイレットロールホルダーが欠けていて、壁紙が窓のそばで剥がれていたので、いくつかの更新/修正が必要ですが、そうでなければそれは素晴らしかったです。廊下のいくつかは何らかの理由で少し臭いがしました、これをカバーしようとするプラグインがありますが、彼らはあまりやっていないようです。食べ物がないのでコメントできません

This hotel is always lovely how ever our last two stays at this hotel on both occasions we have had to send our evening meal back because it was cold only slightly warm apart from this little problem the rooms are always nice and clean and the reception staff are always very friendly and always give super service

美しい場所。素晴らしい景色を望む角に素晴らしい部屋がありました。提起された唯一の問題は、トイレットペーパーがなく、ホットチョコレートの小袋とビスケットのパックが1つしかないため、夜に恐ろしいチョコレートとビスケットのパックをそれぞれ食べることができませんでした。再び滞在し、スパ施設を利用するでしょう。プールとスチームルームとサウナは完璧でした。食べ物は5 *でした

This is the second time we’ve stayed in this hotel at Xmas. This year I had an issue with a another travel partner that failed to communicate booking details with me and then claimed my booking was not on their system despite it showing up on the hotel’s system. Ruby & Suzanne at reception were phenomenal. Their kindness, persistence and excellent customer service were second to none. I am so grateful to them. In addition the grounds of this hotel are stunning, it’s a great location, very clean, comfortable and brilliantly priced. If you’re visiting Bradford or Leeds I would highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is very picturesque and traditional. I attended a family wedding and the food and service was exceptional. Breakfast was ample and served in a beautiful room. Our room was a twin and quite functional, but the bathroom could perhaps do with a little tlc. I was disappointed that we couldn’t use the spa - because we didn’t know we had to pre-book, and unfortunately it was fully subscribed. I would stay here again and it was good value for money.

私たちは非常に小さなダブルベッドルーム(標準ダブル)に入れましたが、ほとんど移動する余地はありませんでした。バスルームも小さいです。素敵なマネージャーに話しかけて、パートナーの誕生日だったので、エグゼクティブスイート(ハネムーン)に追加料金なしでアップグレードしてくれました。絶対に素晴らしい!!

Always a lovely stay at Thorpe park would highly recommend. Staff are all so friendly and very helpful. Can’t wait to return for another stay.

なんて発見!レストランとバーはただ美しく、部屋はとても素晴らしかったです。間違いなく戻ってきます。

We've stayed here a few time,but not fir a few years. We were delighted to find the accommodation, food and especially the staff were as charming as ever. We will return, and sooner rather than later.
