ホテルは遊歩道の隣という素晴らしいロケーションにあり、黒海からは 2 分です。人気の観光スポットまでは徒歩約10分です。 皆さんもクラブルームを予約することをお勧めします、エグゼクティブラウンジは景色も良く、人も少なく、ハッピーアワーのワインの種類も比較的豊富です。 ホテルのトルコ式バスを利用するには、水着を忘れずに持参してください。とてもリラックスできます。 チェックイン時に少し問題がありましたが、Ctrip がすぐに解決してくれました。

I have spent there 4 days. Check-in 15:00, rather late. Check-out until 11:00, its early, be ready for that as well. The apartments are on the 4th floor of the Steps building. I have arrived by plane. The time to get from the airport to the apartments building is about 40 minutes by foot. Or you may take a bus, though its unclear to me how you may pay it the bus without Batumi card that I had. The weather was rainy about 75% of time. Its a typical winter in Batumi. The wifi was working in apartments well. The cleaning done was every day or at least you are asked whether you need that or not. You need to wait quite some time until hot water at the shower starts. Due to bad weather my plane was postponed. The host did not help me with dealing with it, he just wanted to take 30$ whilst we agreed previously on 13$ by 1 more night by phone. So I had to figure out my new plane ticket and leave in a hurry.

We found staff was very accommodating but unfortunately there was one waitress at sky bar who does not mind set to serve to anyone!  Can’t report due to language barrier !! But rest was amazing. Trip.com gave the best price

Nice big room, space enough also in the bathroom. Only 2 minor points to mention were the power sockets, you needed an adapter, which the reception brought to us, so that's excellent service.But the only normal socket had a problem if I plugged my phone charger, it didn't charge, you would have to hold it in a specific way. But overall, excellent room, very happy with our stay.

Отличное расположение - прямо в центре старого Батуми. Рядом площадь на которой проходил фестиваль вина. Испробовали все грузинские вина - белые, красные, сухие, квеври. Вечером площадь и все кафешки наполняются людьми. Много живой музыки. На площади можно взять экскурсии. Грузия очень гостеприимная страна.

Excellent location within walking distance of everything, courteous and very helpful and patient staff. Tremendous service team especially at front desk and in the restaurant at breakfast who are indeed hardworking and made the 14 days spent there not only a great experience but presented a sumptuous breakfast buffet that few can equal from twenty types of bread and pastries to fresh honey still on the hive tray that you carve out yourself. I was impressed.

バトゥミで最も高級なホテルとされるル・メリディアン・バトゥミ・ホテルは、一泊約2,000元という高額な料金設定ですが、実際の宿泊体験は非常に残念なものでした。 まず、部屋の防音性がひどく悪かったです。チェックインした夜、深夜0時過ぎから午前2時過ぎまで、階下の広場の騒音とナイトクラブの音楽が部屋まで響き渡り、睡眠を著しく妨げられました。 次に、サービスに関する約束は全く守られませんでした。予約プラットフォームを通じてホテルと交渉した結果、翌日、空室2室のうち1室にアップグレードすると約束されました。しかし、翌日の午後にホテルに戻ると、アップグレード可能な部屋は1室しかないと言われ、ホテル側は謝罪の言葉もありませんでした。 さらに、部屋の清掃も非常にずさんでした。清掃後、新しいフロアマットやスリッパが用意されていなかっただけでなく、バ​​ルコニーの灰皿には前夜のゴミがそのまま残っていました。何度も催促してようやくスリッパが運ばれてきましたが、その品質は極めて悪く、すぐに破れてしまい、初日に提供されたホテルのロゴ入りの純正スリッパとは全く異なるものでした。 このような劣悪な設備、ソフトウェア、そしてサービスレベルは、「高級ホテル」という名にふさわしくなく、法外な宿泊料金にも見合っていません。Ctripは一体どのような基準で、このような誤解を招くホテルを「バトゥミの高級ホテルランキング1位」にランク付けしたのでしょうか？

Wide sea view, just as pictured. Floor 26, lift was always prompt. Parked at back of Orbit residence in a car park. Used Bolt taxis and scooters to get around Batumi. Scooters fun but taxis actually cheaper. Lots to see and do or you can relax by the sea front, lots of food places, shops, Grand Mall across the road from apartment. Brilliant price when comparing to UK prices. Apartment fully kitted out had everything you would need.
