This hotel is really well located and its spanking clean. Food is excellent and breakfast is fantastic! Staff are ultra friendly. ALL our requests were fulfilled, nothing was too much trouble. Our room was big and with plenty of space to store everything! We even met a famous Bollywood singer one evening! There’s a well equipped gym and a swimming pool, hairdresser, and great spa! 😍

Very close to airport, staff were very helpful and the food was tasty. Rooms were clean and comfortable.

I'd like to commend the front desk staff for their efficiency and warmth. Their managers should be proud of the team they've built. The restaurant staff were also top-notch - great food, great service! Although I don't know most of the staff ( _who served us well_ ) by names, Specific staff members who stood out were; - Dipika, Malika, Ashis, Muskan, Radha, Karan etc. - Front desk team, and, - Restaurant staff. _Novotel Ahmedabad is lucky to have such (above) staff._ 👆 My stay was truly enjoyable, and I've loved every moment. Generally the experience was still not bad. The front desk staff was trying her best to be as much help possible during the stay. I had wifi issue they even end up decided to give me an individual dialed-up router. What a wonderful service. 10/10 for that But however there are a lot of things seems unorganize... few of the tea break staff and lunch time staff seems clueless on what to do... No one is willing to serve and they had no idea what to do when a guest wanted to order something. Its just a complimentary tea - breakkkkk.... Room wise and facility it was quite ok. Room is decent clean... gym room is well equipped too. They are now still going through renovation, hopefully it only gets better from here. Breakfast choices was decent and with good quality of dosa. Would give the Chef 9/10 rating. Overall still a rather pleasant stay. will consider coming again when i am around

The restaurant service was very unprofessional. The waiting time for food was 90 minutes, the food in question being a sandwich and french fries. The quality of food was really poor as well, half burnt fries, tea felt like i was drinking hot water, had to get ti changed. Very bad service from the waiters on site, i also complained to the manager. The utensils were dirty, also had to get it replaced. Lack of information from the waiter regarding the menu. The bathroom was filthy, all taps were rusted, the toilet was not clean. I forgot to take photos of it. Overall a really bad stay, and i have no plans to come back to Fairfield. The only reason i decided to stay was the branding of Marriott, but really disappointed.

Everything was great and my only disappointment was that the room was in a dark corridor with windows into that corridor. We had no light or windows to allow light in. The room itself was well appointed and very large. The staff were amazing and if we were staying longer I would  have requested a different room.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of the resort everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

The hotel is strategically located. Facilities is great and service is good. Value for money. Enjoyed myself very much during my stay.
