This hotel is really well located and its spanking clean. Food is excellent and breakfast is fantastic! Staff are ultra friendly. ALL our requests were fulfilled, nothing was too much trouble. Our room was big and with plenty of space to store everything! We even met a famous Bollywood singer one evening! There’s a well equipped gym and a swimming pool, hairdresser, and great spa! 😍

この魅力的なホテルは空港のすぐ近くにあります。スタッフはとても温かくフレンドリーで、ゲストを丁寧におもてなししてくれます。客室は清潔で広々としており、90年代の5つ星ホテルを彷彿とさせます。様々なイベントなどを開催するのに十分なスペースがあるので、結婚式に最適な場所です。 唯一にして最大の欠点は、ホテルのレイアウトです。ホテルの設計上、客室がメインのエレベーターホールからかなり離れているため、端から端までの移動が大変です。オーナー/経営陣には、エレベーターと階段のロビーをもう1つ設置することを強くお勧めします。

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay with my family (two kids namely Nabill & Nasri S.Majura) at your hotel for the past few days. Your service has been exemplary, and we felt at home. I'd like to commend the front desk staff for their efficiency and warmth. Their managers should be proud of the team they've built. The restaurant staff were also top-notch - great food, great service! Although I don't know most of the staff ( _who served us well_ ) by names, Specific staff members who stood out were; - Dipika, Malika, Ashis, Muskan, Radha, Karan etc. - Front desk team, and, - Restaurant staff. _Novotel Ahmedabad is lucky to have such (above) staff._ 👆 My stay was truly enjoyable, and I've loved every moment. Friendly and helpful staffs, question was answer promptly. Spacious room, clean and neat.

Generally the experience was still not bad. The front desk staff was trying her best to be as much help possible during the stay. I had wifi issue they even end up decided to give me an individual dialed-up router. What a wonderful service. 10/10 for that But however there are a lot of things seems unorganize... few of the tea break staff and lunch time staff seems clueless on what to do... No one is willing to serve and they had no idea what to do when a guest wanted to order something. Its just a complimentary tea - breakkkkk.... Room wise and facility it was quite ok. Room is decent clean... gym room is well equipped too. They are now still going through renovation, hopefully it only gets better from here. Breakfast choices was decent and with good quality of dosa. Would give the Chef 9/10 rating. Overall still a rather pleasant stay. will consider coming again when i am around

Everything was great and my only disappointment was that the room was in a dark corridor with windows into that corridor. We had no light or windows to allow light in. The room itself was well appointed and very large. The staff were amazing and if we were staying longer I would  have requested a different room.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of the resort everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

The hotel is strategically located. Facilities is great and service is good. Value for money. Enjoyed myself very much during my stay.

レセプションの対応は申し分なし。バギーを使う演出も心地よい。ただし、朝食ビュッフェのスタッフにやる気が見えず、席の案内もせず、フラフラ歩いているだけで呼びかけしないと対応してくれなかったのが残念。欧米系のゲストにはコーヒーを注いでいたけど。
