「Excellent, mind blowing hotel.. I never see this type of hotel. Very nice. I had a very pleasant experience at this hotel. The rooms are well-maintained. The staff was friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile. The location was convenient, with easy access to nearby shops and transport. I especially appreciated the peaceful environment and the comfortable bedding, which made for a relaxing stay. The food served was also tasty and hygienic. Overall, it was a great stay, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a budget-friendly yet comfortable place. I look forward to visiting again!」

ゲゲストこのホテルは本当に良い場所にあり、そのパンクはきれいです。食べ物は素晴らしく、朝食は素晴らしいです!スタッフはとてもフレンドリーです。私たちのすべての要求は満たされ、あまり問題はありませんでした。私たちの部屋は大きく、すべてを保管する十分なスペースがありました!ある夜、有名なボリウッドの歌手に会いました!設備の整ったジムとスイミングプール、美容師、素晴らしいスパがあります! 😍

ゲゲストこの魅力的なホテルは空港のすぐ近くにあります。スタッフはとても温かくフレンドリーで、ゲストを丁寧におもてなししてくれます。客室は清潔で広々としており、90年代の5つ星ホテルを彷彿とさせます。様々なイベントなどを開催するのに十分なスペースがあるので、結婚式に最適な場所です。
唯一にして最大の欠点は、ホテルのレイアウトです。ホテルの設計上、客室がメインのエレベーターホールからかなり離れているため、端から端までの移動が大変です。オーナー/経営陣には、エレベーターと階段のロビーをもう1つ設置することを強くお勧めします。

I hope this message finds you well. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay with my family (two kids namely Nabill & Nasri S.Majura) at your hotel for the past few days. Your service has been exemplary, and we felt at home.
I'd like to commend the front desk staff for their efficiency and warmth. Their managers should be proud of the team they've built. The restaurant staff were also top-notch - great food, great service!
Although I don't know most of the staff ( _who served us well_ ) by names, Specific staff members who stood out were;
- Dipika, Malika, Ashis, Muskan, Radha, Karan etc.
- Front desk team, and,
- Restaurant staff.
_Novotel Ahmedabad is lucky to have such (above) staff._ 👆
My stay was truly enjoyable, and I've loved every moment. I'm considering returning and recommending your hotel to friends.

Ssamuel eelGenerally the experience was still not bad. The front desk staff was trying her best to be as much help possible during the stay.
I had wifi issue they even end up decided to give me an individual dialed-up router. What a wonderful service. 10/10 for that
But however there are a lot of things seems unorganize... few of the tea break staff and lunch time staff seems clueless on what to do...
No one is willing to serve and they had no idea what to do when a guest wanted to order something. Its just a complimentary tea - breakkkkk....
Room wise and facility it was quite ok. Room is decent clean... gym room is well equipped too.
They are now still going through renovation, hopefully it only gets better from here.
Breakfast choices was decent and with good quality of dosa. Would give the Chef 9/10 rating.
Overall still a rather pleasant stay. will consider coming again when i am around

ZZubair TanwarThe restaurant service was very unprofessional. The waiting time for food was 90 minutes, the food in question being a sandwich and french fries. The quality of food was really poor as well, half burnt fries, tea felt like i was drinking hot water, had to get ti changed. Very bad service from the waiters on site, i also complained to the manager. The utensils were dirty, also had to get it replaced. Lack of information from the waiter regarding the menu.
The bathroom was filthy, all taps were rusted, the toilet was not clean. I forgot to take photos of it.
Overall a really bad stay, and i have no plans to come back to Fairfield.
The only reason i decided to stay was the branding of Marriott, but really disappointed.

ゲゲストEverything was great and my only disappointment was that the room was in a dark corridor with windows into that corridor. We had no light or windows to allow light in. The room itself was well appointed and very large. The staff were amazing and if we were staying longer I would have requested a different room.

ゲゲストGreat location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of the resort everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.
