モロッコスース＝マサ＝ドラア地方で、スパのあるホテル

Un très bon séjour 2eme fois et toujours pas déçus la nourriture et excellent et l’équipe très professionnel et accueillant.  Si vous cherchez un hôtel pour  vous reposer je vous le conseil et merci à karima pour votre professionnalisme et vos soins visage.

Нормально. Очень интересный интерьер, но очень темно. Жили на втором этаже, ничегошеньки не видно в номере. Всегда полумрак. А так, в целом, все понравилрсь. Сервис на хорошем уровне. Все вежливые, помогабт с любыми вопросами. Еще по близости нет магазинов, где можно было бы купить фрукты. Но это на побережье в целом.

Our experience at the Hyatt Regency Taghazout was superb! What left the best impression was the kindness of the staff members. Everyone was so friendly and was caring so much that we received the best service. Upon request we received even an upgrade on our room, which made our stay even better with an awesome view. The breakfast offered a huge variety. The staff members around Yassine and specially the female staff members like Asma amaray, Chaimae and everbody else really was making sure that we felt welcomed. They also remembered our preferences and took care that the service was excellent. The location of the hotel is also great at it is right at the beach. You have an amazing view from the pools or the break fast area or also from your room. To Taghazout it is an easy walk either on the beach or path, which is even lighted in the dark that takes about 20 minutes. The rooms were very clean and spacious for two people. The bed was also very comfortable. To sum up we can only recommend highly this hotel and it won’t be the last time that we have stayed there. Special thanks also the the hotel manager Hicham Hriouad, who supported us and was available for our questions that made our stay just great.

スタッフはとても親切で親切でした。 サーフィンレッスンを手配したり、マラケシュへの旅行をしたり、料理レッスンに参加する機会を見つけたりしてくれたAzedineに感謝します。 ホテルの場所は、ビーチに直接いるので、ホテルに滞在したい人に最適です。ゲストのほとんどは家族または高齢者でした。タガズアウトまで歩いて行く場合は可能ですが、約45分かかります。 プールは加熱されておらず、水が本当に冷たくなるのであまり楽しくありません。 朝食は提供する多くの種類がありますが、非常に混雑し、ある時点で食べ物が補充されません。 部屋は広としていてきれいでした。 あまり好きでなかったのは、ほとんど毎晩提供されるライブ音楽がスペイン音楽またはラテンアメリカ音楽のいずれかを演奏していることです。これのためにモロッコに来るのは本物だとは思えません。むしろそこでモロッコ音楽を聴きたい。 しかし、一般的にホテルは素敵なスタッフと素敵です。

Ist class service. Latifah at the front desk was amazing, very helpful and professional. El mahdi the concierge guy was amazing, very friendly and helped us with necessary information. The hotel looks much better than advertised on most sites. Everything is new and just beautiful. Very beautiful aesthetic, ambience and clean environment. The rooms are very spacious and well decorated. Only downside was I couldn't connect YouTube or my phone smart view to the TV to watch my preferred shows. However, that's just my personal choice. WiFi was good without issues. The food was really tasty and had good varieties. Overall, i highly recommend as palais des roses gave me a very good experience. Staff are really amazing and friendly.

Дорогие друзья! Никогда не ориентируйтесь на отзывы гостей об отеле..Я начиталась,и когда приехала сюда все выискивала то о чем писали. И не нашла ничего кроме может быть качества полотенец. Отель для своих 3 * просто супер.. Большая территория,много бассейнов..питание с множеством видов мяса,рыбы,овощей и фруктов.. Имеет свой пляж с лежаками. Всегда есть места.. Анимационная команда просто супер..развлекает целый день и вечером дискотека и представление в амфитеатре.. 2 раза приезжали коллективы нац музыки.. В 15 часов все дружно поют гимн Агадиру. Очень красивый. Территория у отеля оч красивая. Много баров. Правда с алкоголем крепким слегка ограничивают. Разные коктейли делают. В общем бронируйте отель не пожалеете. For the price this hotel gave me everything I wanted. Great location, decent room, balcony with stunning view and free breakfast. It's a bit tired around the edges and the rooms may be variable though but if you get a good room it's a great deal.

bel emplacement. accueil parfait. manque d organisation. (revoir la corbeille de fruits d accueil, fruits a peine mûr. macaron très bien). buffet pet dej. très moyen malgré un large choix. hotel cher pour la prestation. le village de taghazout accessible facilement à pied. un coin de paradis. je n ai pas compris pourquoi faire payer l entrée/sortie du parking de l hôtel 15dhs. !

The hotel is great value for money. The food on offer is varied and delicious, however you should attend the buffets as soon as they open. The location near the beach is like a dream, I highly recommend a sea view so you can hear the waves. The refurbished rooms are very modern. The service from the animation team is good. The rest of the staff are very unhappy and unfriendly, especially reception and the bar tenders as they are understaffed by the management.

Professional, polite and very caring and willing to help. Need a taxi to get to the main promenade, or it’s about 45-60mins walk along the beach. Exceptionally clean!
