このホテルは最高水準を維持しています。海岸まで歩いて行ける素晴らしい海の景色と、最高の休暇を過ごすのに最適です。特にハディールとゴラムの受付はとても親切でプロフェッショナルです。ヤンブーSKAに到着したら、必ずまた泊まりに来ます。

このホテルは岩だらけの砂漠に位置しています。プールは美しく、夜の野外映画鑑賞は素晴らしく、ロビーにはマッサージチェアもあります。ゲストを出迎え、シャトルバスを運転するスタッフはとても親切です。客室やその他の設備は平均的なもので、フロントのサービスもまあまあです。全体的にはまあまあで、二流リゾートと言えるでしょう。

First time here, Not the best location but definitely It is now my favorite place in Madinah. Although it is rated as 4 stars but I believe it deserves 5. The staff are amazing and treat you as special guest.

フレンドリーで親切なサービスクルー。ショッピングセンターに簡単にアクセスできます。手入れが行き届いていてまともなジムとスイミングプール。ビジネスやレクリエーションのためにマディナに旅行する場合は、強くお勧めします。

Once at the hotel, I thoroughly enjoyed my time, everyone is so friendly of course again Ola and Lorraine greeted me and take care of me during the stay. At the swimming pool, Mongkonpat and Zaher there were exceptional—always attentive and friendly, ensuring that every need was met with professionalism and a smile. Their service truly enhanced my relaxation and enjoyment of the facilities for my family. Leah stood out with her outstanding hospitality in the resturant. She was always welcoming, quick reaction and knows what we want, and provided excellent care throughout every meal and also another gentleman as well. Overall, the Chedi Hegra team exceeded my expectations. Their kindness, professionalism, and personal touches made my stay both comfortable and memorable. I am grateful for their efforts and look forward to returning in the future. Small suggestions: I have a small suggestion regarding the bicycles. Having bicycles are wonderful expereience from the hotel. However, The bikes provided were quite difficult to adjust, and the position of the pedals—being very close to the frame—made it hard for the kids to ride comfortably. More maintenance, and offering a greater variety of bicycle sizes or types for young guests and asian ladies like me with lower bicycles will be even better.

The tent shared the public service as Banyan Tree, which is one of the main reason we chose it. The surrounding view at Ashar tent area is normal, but closer to the reception for check in and breakfast. The service is good and staffs were friendly. Breakfast was fantastic with beautiful view, which was the best part of the whole stay. The public pool is under maintenance now which only allow for photo shooting. Overall it’s good, but if the the exterior space decoration with furniture could be upgraded a little bit more( we were not willing go outside during night ) will be helpful for the overall experience.

とても特別な体験でした！ 私たちはそこで1泊しましたが、夕食は夜遅くまで食べられました。朝食も注文制で、白人よりヘルシーでした。 エアコンは少しうるさかったですが、清潔で整頓されていて、1泊するには十分でした。バンの近くで写真を撮るのも楽しかったです！キャンプ場内は散策でき、シャトルバスも運行しています。 夜には星空が楽しめ、野外映画も上映されます。予約をお忘れなく～ プールへのシャトルバスもあり、自分で運転することもできます。全体的にとても特別な体験でした！

素敵なホテル

チェックイン時に少し問題が発生しました（Trip.comの予約がキャンセルされたと認識されていたため）が、約30分で解決してくれました。ロケーションはユニークで、自然が美しく、人里離れたプライベートな場所にあります。サービスは素晴らしかったです。唯一予想外だったのは天気です。風が強く、夜は凍えるほど寒くなります。
