Highly recommended. I stayed here Corner King Room with Waterway view Balcony for 3 nights. Love the food, staff was friendly and bed was comfortable. I'd stay here again.

Great Service, Lovely Breakfast — but Room Noise and In-Room Dining Could Improve I recently stayed at the Thompson Houston and overall had a great experience, especially thanks to the excellent service. Every staff member I interacted with was friendly, helpful, and professional. Their attention to detail really made me feel welcomed, and I was touched when they surprised me with a graduation cake — a thoughtful gesture I truly appreciated. The hotel breakfast was a highlight. The food was fresh and well-prepared, and once again, the service stood out. Dining in the morning felt like a treat thanks to the welcoming atmosphere. That said, there were a few downsides that affected my stay. The room was quite noisy, even late into the night. It was hard to relax or fall asleep with the amount of outside noise coming through. Also, I ordered in-room dining on two occasions. On the first day, everything was great. However, the next day the fries were noticeably soggier, the salad was just a bowl of greens with six tiny avocado cubes, and — most concerning — the aioli on the side looked like it had already been used. Overall, Thompson Houston left a positive impression on me, mostly due to its exceptional staff and quality breakfast. I hope they can improve the soundproofing and ensure consistency in their in-room dining service.

The Post Oak Hotel was amazing! My unforgettable Post Oak experience started with checking in with Miss Gabby. The Post Oak Hotel professionalism makes this 5 star hotel different from your everyday hotel. Post Oak Concierge Rubin was a pleasure to speak with regarding my dining options. Lunch at Bloom & Bee delicious. Shelby was my waitress. The food & cocktails were delicious. I sat poolside relaxing without one concern. Emma made sure I had everything I needed poolside, towels, cocktails, shaded area along with water, what more can I say. And my high floor room views of Houston Texas downtown, comfy bed, state of the art TV’s, plush bathroom wrapped in Marble with luxurious chandelier’s and the most needed lighting for pictures and videos. Some of my room goodies, Electronic coffee maker, TV’s that rises up from a cabinet, nightstands with dim lighting, remote controls from a apple tablet, desk & cozy couch, luxurious soap & hand lotions, marble soaking jet tub and If I needed anything more, I could ring my personal butler. Thank you Post Oak Hotel my experience was exceptional. Sincerely Kim❤️

Was a guest at the Hyatt as part of the ICSC Red River Conference and was very pleased with most of the experience. There were shuttles available that chauffeured participants between the Hyatt and the Kay Bailey Hutchinson Convention Center, a benefit likely paid for by ICSC but accommodated by the hotel all the same. The overall cleanliness of the hotel was better than average although there were a couple of very small places in the room that could have used more attention. Parking isn't customer friendly, just like everywhere in downtown Dallas: Pay big money for valet service and a parking garage or pay to park on an open, unsecured lot a hundred yards away. The room's HVAC system worked wonderfully, which was great because it was on the west side of the building. The bed was especially comfortable and all of the linens were spotless... Which is always good. Did not get a chance to visit the gym or swimming pool. Did not patronize the restaurant or bar but have had good experiences in both places during past visits. The bottom line: The Hyatt Regency is still a safe bet in Dallas.

My wife and I had a wonderful stay at The Woodlands Resort. The property was beautiful, clean, and relaxing, and the staff made us feel very welcome throughout our visit. We also had dinner at Back Table Restaurant on-site, and it was a great experience. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was comfortable, and the service was excellent. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this resort to anyone looking for a nice, peaceful getaway.

Location was perfect. Facilities other than the room were not used. Service was not good . No regular coffee in the room, no shampoo in the room, no water provided on check-in. Maid came and emptied the trash, changed he bed, and left clean towels, but still did not leave coffee, or shampoo. I did not feel like I was staying in a quality hotel. My husband said we would have gotten better service at a Motel 6. We stayed at this same hotel one month prior and it was perfect. when I complained I was told my last stay was on the executive floors with better amenities . I booked the same type room as before and was not aware the floor level made a difference in better amenities. They also added a resort fee of $20 per night. That was also a change from the month before, and not addressed until check in. We did not use any of those resort fee amenities , so feel we were taken advantage. I have paid these fees at Holiday Inn, but it was only $8. a day not $20.

サンアントニオの数日間はとても美しく、ホテルはきれいで、Ctripは安く、ここはダウンタウンにあり、川沿いの大通りにとても近く、スパーズアリーナのAT＆Tセンターからの距離も5〜6 kmですが、残念ながらゲームの時間ではなく、彼の心の中心にいるボボの老人を見ませんでした...朝食、とてもおいしい、次の2日間に少し慣れていない、または私たちの中華料理はおいしいです！ ！
