私は5つ星ホテルが大好きで、これまでたくさんのホテルに泊まってきましたが、ここは最高のホテルのひとつです。特にコンシェルジュはとても親切で、旅行中のアクティビティの手配を手伝ってくれました。 とても楽しかったですし、朝食もとてもおいしかったです…

ペッパークラブでの滞在は素晴らしかったです。おすすめです。私たちは特別な思い出を作るために、南アフリカで大きな節目を祝うことにしました。ヨハネスブルグからナンビティを経由してダーバン、そしてケープタウンへと旅をし、旅の締めくくりに贅沢な時間を過ごすためにペッパークラブを予約しました。ロケーションは最高で、ボー・カープや地元のマーケットに近く、安全に散策できます。行きたい場所に行くのに問題はありませんでした。ホテルは共用エリア、ジム、そしてもちろん客室も含めてとても清潔です。しかし、ハウスキーピングは4つ星レベルでした。毛布の追加などの簡単なリクエストにも催促が必要で、ターンダウンサービスは毎日行われていましたが、一貫性がありませんでした（バスルームが清掃され、補充されていることもあれば、そうでないこともありました）。同様に、フロント/コンシェルジュのスタッフは常に十分な人数が配置されていましたが、サービスも一貫性がありませんでした。ゴッドフリーはいつも熱心に私たちを迎えてくれ、非常に勤勉でフォローアップもきちんと行う別の当直​​マネージャーもいました。しかし、ゴッドフリーが不在の時は歓迎ムードがやや控えめで、フロントのスタッフも必ずしも温かくなく、効率的とは言えませんでした。 レストランのスタッフはいつもとても温かくフレンドリーでした。朝食は素晴らしく、ビュッフェとアラカルトの種類も豊富で、提供も迅速でした。ランチも充実しており、ルームサービスも効率的でした。 スパは素晴らしく、マッサージやトリートメントも非常に良かったです。ジムは少し狭いものの、設備は充実していました。プールは温水ではありませんが（とても綺麗です）、利用する機会はありませんでした。プライベートのオデオンシネマは利用できませんでしたが、上映作品は古いものばかりで、公共のオデオンシネマにあるような最新作はありませんでした。 客室からはテーブルマウンテンとライオンズヘッドの素晴らしい景色が望めました。ホテルはアーリーチェックインやコネクティングルームといった特別なリクエストにも快く応じてくれ、記念日のお祝いに部屋を飾り付け、ケーキとシャンパンを用意してくれました。心温まるおもてなしでした。滞在を後悔することはないでしょうが、また泊まりたいと思わないかもしれません。

The Westin, Cape Town, is an old hotel, but it continues to maintain its presence, quality, and some high standard in Cape Town. We stayed here for 8 days, during a friend's 60th birthday celebration event in Cape Town. We occupied an executive room and were also given access to the executive club on the 19th floor. The room was very nice, with good linen, bed of high standard. That said, we had to lodge a complaint on the hurried nature of how our room was cleaned on our second day of stay. The bed was not made properly, the carpet floor wasn't clean, and the bathroom was half cleaned. It's not good for a 5-star hotel. After complaining, the housekeeper made amends, and the cleaning standard was raised to the highest standard for the duration of our stay. We also ordered food from room service and half of what we ordered were not brought - they gave us something else, but after waiting for 45 mins for the original order to be brought to us we reluctabtly accepted the wrong order, ate the food and then lodged our complaints later. The breakfast buffet was alright, but there weren't great selections of cold meats in the cold meat section. They really need to improve on this. Lastly, the overall service delivery by some of the staff really need serious improvement. Some of the staff in the restaurant are way too loud when talking to each other, and some of them even give out bad unwelcoming and nonchalant attitude/vibe to their customers. It is like they feel that they're doing us, their clients, a favour by serving us. Not good enough for a hotel of this standard, abd some of those staff need to be retrained. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at The Westin and we will definitely come back there when next we visit Cape Town.

I have requested to be away from the lift but they denied to give me a room next to the lift  It’s ridiculous

Mooiplaas is a stunning venue for a clean, crisp peaceful getaway.  The views overlooking the orange skyline and Ostriches doing their thing was, Oh so lovely!! The place is well managed and the staff are a friendly bunch of good old happy country folk. Nothing was ever too much. The food was delicious and fresh fruits and vegetables were delivered everyday.  The rooms are old but neat. The wooden floors give the place a vintage feel.  The old brown  wall to wall carpet was not great but the beautiful rugs thrown over it made is bearable. They have some good quality books to read and enjoy. The breakfast and dinner menu was on point👌🏾👌🏾. I loved the home baked bread 😋 😋. The breakfast box prepared before my 5am-120km ride was excellent! It was prepared excavtly As I had requestes.  I have already booked for my next trip😍😍. I loved seeing the stuff happy and enjoying their work. It’s always a good sign when staff enjoy what they do. I think I might have made a friend or two. The curio shop is interesting and the service at the Spa was… you guessed it, Oh so lovely!!☺️

Everything was literally perfect except for the flies and a few knats flying around the food. Which tells me that the kitchen needs to become cleaner.  The bathtub rim and toilet rim could use a little more scrubbing, but other than that everything was lovely.

サンボナ野生生物保護区は独自のリーグです。私たちの運転手はケープタウンから私たちを迎えに行き、サンボナの門に着くのに約2時間半かかりました ゲートから私たちのグランピングテントまで、広大なデザートまで車で90分、62,000ヘクタール 私たちは本当に幸運で、リヨンセス、チーター、キリン、カバ、サイ、、象などを見ました。私たちのガイドジョーは絶対に素晴らしく、知識が豊富でした グランピングテントはとても広としていて、屋外シャワー、ジャグジーなどで自然に戻ってきます 私たちの食事は素晴らしく、ほとんどの食事制限に対応できます。結局、スプリングボク、クドゥ、ハケ、キングクリップの両方を試しました - すべての地元の珍味 南アフリカのワインがフルボードの経験に含まれているのが大好きで、ブルーツ、ロゼ、さらにはピノテージを試飲できます。 私たちはいつものように夜の星空を眺めました。今回は南半球と北半球の両方を見ることができます。

スタッフはとてもフレンドリーでした。部屋は快適でしたが、最もきれいではなく、物事は新しく見えるように塗装されました。しかし、ホテルにはいくつかのTLCが必要であることは明らかでした。全体的に、短期滞在には大丈夫でした。1日か2日以上 そこに居るはずがない

A lovely drive from Cape Town out into the country to find Caledon Spa. The setting was idyllic and just what i needed at this time in my life. The room was clean and functional to meet my needs. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The hot spring was relaxing and therapeutic. Overall an excellent getaway and highly recommended hotel - a home away from home...
