南アフリカ西ケープ州で、スパのあるホテル

Хороший отель с классным расположением. Приветливый персонал, продуманное оснащение номера, вкусный и разнообразный завтрак. Единственное - номер был не очень хорошо убран, белые носки быстро стали коричневыми, часто встречались женские волосы, в туалете неприятный запах (скорее всего канализация).

私は5つ星ホテルが大好きで、これまでたくさんのホテルに泊まってきましたが、ここは最高のホテルのひとつです。特にコンシェルジュはとても親切で、旅行中のアクティビティの手配を手伝ってくれました。 とても楽しかったですし、朝食もとてもおいしかったです…

中国人観光客がCtripにレビューを残さない理由が不思議です。私はここで4泊しましたが、客観的な経験を皆さんと共有したいと思います。部屋はとても狭いです。ファミリールームにアップグレードされたにもかかわらず、独立した2つの小さな部屋にそれぞれ小さなベッドが2つあり、基本的に部屋のスペース全体を占めていました。設備は少し古いです。蛇口や金具はハンスグローエ製、トイレも有名ブランドですが、やはり少し古く、同価格帯の国内ホテルとは比べものになりません。欠点についてはここまでに述べましたが、次は良い点についてお話ししましょう。朝食は素晴らしく、種類も豊富でサービスも良かったです。レストランはホテルの反対側にあり、ビクトリア ドックを見るにはケープタウン大学ビジネス スクールを通過する必要があります。立地も非常に便利で、食事、買い物、観光などすべて便利です。商業地区の端にあるような感じで、散歩や買い物に適しています。

ホテルはこの世界から外れていました。スタッフはフレンドリーでとても親切でした。ホテルの清潔さは息をのむほどでした。私の部屋は素晴らしく広としていました。ホテルのバーには外側があり、リラックスしてカクテルを楽しめます。ホテルにはレストランもあります、食べ物がとても良かったので、注文したり外食したりする必要はありません。戻ってきてプールエリアを体験するのが待ちきれません

A very friendly welcome at this hotel. Room a good size but rather dated. The noise from outside was not too bad. The noise from other guests in the corridor outside the bedroom at 3am just awful.

クリスタル ビーチ ホテルは、その周辺にシームレスに浸るユニークな建築デザインを誇っています。広いスペースのクルーズ船のようなものです。部屋はよく設計され、維持されています。スタッフはプロフェッショナルです。 しかし、食べ物はたくさんのものを残します。ホテルは朝食ビュッフェメニューでより良いことができます。最初の朝食を食べると、食事のオプションが異なる日にスパイスが加えられないため、次の日に朝食に行く動機はありません。同じメニューでせいぜい平均です。

The overall experience was good, friendly staff and good installations, we liked the breakfast and the gym, also great views to the table mountain and lions head from the room and the pool. Location wise also great, walking distance to most things in the region. However, some structural issues should be mentioned. The windows are old, without proper noise isolation - they even open fully which is unusual for a hotel. We could hear the wind blowing very loudly, also the music from clubs around there during the night. The bathroom has a major design flaw and every shower unavoidably results in a completely wet floor. Despite that, room was very cozy and comfortable.

The Westin, Cape Town, is an old hotel, but it continues to maintain its presence, quality, and some high standard in Cape Town. We stayed here for 8 days, during a friend's 60th birthday celebration event in Cape Town. We occupied an executive room and were also given access to the executive club on the 19th floor. The room was very nice, with good linen, bed of high standard. That said, we had to lodge a complaint on the hurried nature of how our room was cleaned on our second day of stay. The bed was not made properly, the carpet floor wasn't clean, and the bathroom was half cleaned. It's not good for a 5-star hotel. After complaining, the housekeeper made amends, and the cleaning standard was raised to the highest standard for the duration of our stay. We also ordered food from room service and half of what we ordered were not brought - they gave us something else, but after waiting for 45 mins for the original order to be brought to us we reluctabtly accepted the wrong order, ate the food and then lodged our complaints later. The breakfast buffet was alright, but there weren't great selections of cold meats in the cold meat section. They really need to improve on this. Lastly, the overall service delivery by some of the staff really need serious improvement. Some of the staff in the restaurant are way too loud when talking to each other, and some of them even give out bad unwelcoming and nonchalant attitude/vibe to their customers. It is like they feel that they're doing us, their clients, a favour by serving us. Not good enough for a hotel of this standard, abd some of those staff need to be retrained. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at The Westin and we will definitely come back there when next we visit Cape Town.

Everything was literally perfect except for the flies and a few knats flying around the food. Which tells me that the kitchen needs to become cleaner.  The bathtub rim and toilet rim could use a little more scrubbing, but other than that everything was lovely.
