イギリスダラム市で、バーのあるホテル

レセプションのスタッフはとてもフレンドリーで、ホテルへのクレジットにとても役に立ちました。部屋は素敵なベッドと暖かく強力なシャワーできれいでした。私たちが持っていた食べ物が素敵でお勧めする8.30pmまで提供される食べ物は、メニューはかなり小さいですが、ベジタリアンなど、高価格で少し受け入れるのが得意です。私はバーが滞在のために価格が高すぎると言うでしょうが、素敵な火を放ちます!敷地は素晴らしく、背後には森林があります。子供用の遊び場と、巨大な胸のセットなど、いくつかの追加ビットがあります。部屋は少し寒かった(25号室)、部屋の暖房は機能していませんでしたが、部屋にプラグインが提供され、ホテルは階下で暖房を使えばかなり暖かいです。 私の最大の懸念は、バスルームの窓がスタッフの駐車場に面していて、ブラインドが古くて汚れていて、窓の上のダムや水の損傷で機能していないことです(部屋の年齢と価格を考えると予想していました)ホテルには小さなダンジョンがあり、私たちが降りることを許可され、城の滞在に追加されました!ホテルには武装した男性と騎士のビットが展示されています。城の歴史を展示し、騎士のテーマを強化することに少し投資したと感じましたダンジョンは小さな隠された宝石かもしれません 子供用の遊び場のある農場の道路沿いのアイスクリーム パーラー、映画館、たくさんのレストラン、スーパーマーケットがある新しい小売公園で車で 10 分以内の豊富なショップが揃っています。 またここに滞在します 全体的に再びここに滞在します

部屋は広々としており、荷物を置くスペースも十分にあります。床はとても清潔で裸足で歩いても快適なので、靴は玄関に置いておいても大丈夫です。ベッドは非常に大きくて快適で、快適な睡眠の質を提供してくれます。バスルームはエレガントで清潔なだけでなく、2種類のシャワーヘッドから満足のいく水圧のお湯が無制限に供給されます。また、クローゼットの下のクローゼットにはミニ冷蔵庫があり、オーナーが用意してくれた2本の天然水を自由に飲んだり、ご自身の飲み物や食べ残しを保管したりできます。さらに、冷蔵庫の上には貴重品を保管できる小さな金庫があります。 アメニティとしては、1階には朝に伝統的なイングリッシュブレックファースト（エッグベネディクトなど）を提供する高級レストランがあり、味は悪くありません。しかし、ランチやディナーはあまり好きではありません。近くのレストランの方が美味しい選択肢があるからです。また、レストランのすぐ外には小さなバーがあります。ジム、コーヒールーム、レセプションはLGレベルにあり、チェックイン後にコーヒールームを10%割引でご利用いただけます。 市内中心部、鉄道駅、大聖堂や城などの主要な観光スポットにも非常に近いロケーションです。 総じて、2日間の滞在を大変満喫しました。4つ星ホテルの料金設定を考えると、非常にコストパフォーマンスが高く、観光客にもビジネス旅行者にも忘れられない体験を提供してくれるでしょう。

The room was spacious and comfy beds. It comes with free breakfast, which is good. Breakfast was alright, the same food every morning. The only thing that lets us down is one of the staff in the restaurant. We sat there for ages waiting to be served. Because he won't be serving us not until 8pm. So we've waited patiently, because we have just arrived that night and was very hungry. This man was serving other people, but not us. So my husband and I were wondering what's going on. So my husband went to the till and queued up. But when it's my husband's turn, he asked, ”Who's next?? Obviously, my husband was in front of him. Then, when my husband asked if we could order now, he looked at him and me and saying ”Oh, just wait to your table, and I will get your order from there. . Maybe because I am the only Asian there. I feel like there's a bit of ****** to be honest. We went back to our table and waited to be served again. But he didn't turn up and served the next table beside and served some other customer who came after us. I was so mad and upset. But I don't want cause a scene. So we we just went out and looked for another restaurant outside the hotel. We're so disappointed, and we didn't expect to be treated like that. The receptionist was very nice and helpful. I just forgot his name. But the one at the restaurant is not nice at all. He ruined our family holiday. We won't be coming back anymore there.

Very nice and historical hotel, quite a bit of a walk to get to our room though. Also had issues with the stairs in the hallways, quite inconvenient to get our bags to the room

Great stay for my birthday! The Pin is fab with lots of activities to keep you busy. We upgraded the spa which was well worth the £60 each (the sunny weather also made this a great experience). The room was a fab size (deluxe double) and the food was delicious. We really enjoyed our stay and have booked again.

Absolutely great place to stay, steeped in history and a lovely room too. Booked as a single but had a very comfy double bed and private bathroom. Would stay again and recommend highly!

Amazing stay. The customer service was impeccable from the off, very clean, all the necessary amenities, and a super comfortable bed and pillow.

Absolutely spotless and finished to a high standard. Decor is modern and appealing throughout. Staff are helpful. Lovely restaurant and fantastic coffee served there. The only slight issue I would say, is that you can hear guests in the next room very easily and this isn’t desirable for obvious reasons. We sadly ended up with very noisy guests in the room next to us the first night we stayed and this caused considerable disruption to our sleep pretty much all night. Saying this, we didn’t notify the staff though (so they may have been able to help) as there was no phone in the room. The next night was fine and completely silent so this would be dependent on who you have staying near you.

The hotel has a very good location, which is definitely a plus and makes it convenient for exploring the area. However, we were disappointed by a few additional charges. Bathrobes are provided only for an extra £8, and the hotel parking is also paid, which was not very convenient and added unexpected costs to the stay.
