よかったですが、アクティビティはあまりありませんでした。幸い、シュノーケリングがあります。3泊2日の滞在はちょうどよかったです。初日は退屈してしまい、フェリーの時間やホテルの食事時間のせいで昼食を逃してしまいました。残念なのは、まだ修繕中で、メンテナンスが行き届いていないことです。あと、トカゲもいます。

部屋はまあまあです。クイーンベッドをリクエストしてください。ベッドはうるさく、隣の部屋から人々の話し声が聞こえます。バスルームの清潔さを改善する必要があります。家具は新しい古い家具と交換する必要があります。ありがとう。

戦略的なロケーション - ECM と KCM の近く。モールまで歩いてすぐ。広々とした部屋とトイレ。朝食にはさまざまな料理があります。家族旅行にもおすすめです。ここに泊まりたいです。

I recently had the pleasure of staying at B&J Tioman Dive Resort on Tioman Island, and the experience exceeded my expectations in every way. From the moment I arrived until the day I left, it was clear why B&J has built such a strong reputation among divers and travelers alike. One of the first things that impressed me was the cleanliness of the accommodation. The room was well-maintained, comfortable, and spotless throughout my stay. Housekeeping standards were consistently high, making it easy to relax after a day of diving and exploration. The resort grounds were also kept clean and tidy, creating a welcoming and pleasant environment that reflected the professionalism of the entire team. What truly made the experience special, however, was the people. Every staff member I encountered was friendly, approachable, and genuinely eager to help. Whether it was assistance at the reception, advice on local activities, or help with dive logistics, the team always greeted guests with a smile. The dive instructors and divemasters deserve particular praise. They were knowledgeable, patient, and passionate about sharing the beauty of Tioman’s underwater world. Their enthusiasm was infectious and helped create a fun and relaxed atmosphere both above and below the surface. As a diver, I greatly appreciated the balance that B&J strikes between enjoyment and safety. Every dive was well-organized and professionally conducted. Safety briefings were thorough, equipment checks were carried out carefully, and the dive guides remained attentive throughout the dives. Despite maintaining high safety standards, the team ensured that the dives remained enjoyable and memorable. Their familiarity with local dive sites allowed us to maximize our underwater experience while feeling secure at all times. It is reassuring to dive with professionals who clearly prioritize guest safety without compromising the fun and excitement of exploring the reefs. Another highlight of staying at B&J was the abundance of delicious food available nearby. The resort’s location provides easy access to a variety of eateries offering local Malaysian dishes, fresh seafood, Western options, and refreshing drinks. After a day spent underwater, it was wonderful to have so many excellent dining choices within walking distance. The combination of great diving and great food made every day on the island something to look forward to. Overall, my stay at B&J Tioman Dive Resort was outstanding. The clean accommodation, warm and friendly staff, professional dive team, strong safety culture, and excellent food options combined to create an unforgettable holiday experience. I would not hesitate to recommend B&J to anyone visiting Tioman Island, whether they are experienced divers, new divers, or simply looking for a relaxing island getaway. Thank you to the entire B&J team for making my trip so enjoyable, and I look forward to returning again in the future.

とっても素敵なホテルでリラックスできました。お部屋も清潔でアニバーサリーのデコレーションもして頂き大満足です。　他の方の投稿で気になっていた騒音は全然大丈夫でしたのでその日によるかと思いました。ティールームでピアノライブを聴きながら頂くアフタヌーンティーはとても美味しくここのスコーンが他で食べたものより1番美味しくきちんとクロテッドクリームが添えてあり本格的でした。　朝食もオーダー式でお腹いっぱいになるまでいくつでもオーダーしてよいシステムでした。とても美味しくて２回違う品をオーダーしました。　またぜひ訪れたいホテルです。

素晴らしいサービスとフレンドリーなスタッフでした。しかし、他の多くのレビューにもあるように、部屋の宿泊人数には非常に厳しく、義理の姉も同じことを言っていました。そのため、次のリゾートの役員会で、このような規則を廃止することを検討していただければと思います。リゾートは、マレーシアの観光は通常家族向けであることを覚えておくべきであり、家族向けの場所/ホテル/リゾートを優先すべきです。リゾートの宿泊客/訪問者の気持ちを傷つけないでください。誰もが家族のために豪華な部屋を予約できるわけではありません。検討していただければ幸いです🙏 他のリゾート/ホテルでは、このような規則はほとんどありません。しかし、全体的には問題ありません。規則を廃止すれば、親戚や友人にこの場所を本当にお勧めします。

全てが良かったのですが、最高というわけではありませんでした。施設は少し古びていますが、魅力がないわけではありません。何度かトカゲに遭遇しました。シャレーに泊まると仕方ないのかもしれません。部屋の1つでは温水器が故障していました。朝食は普通でした。スタッフは親切でした。全体的に見て、支払った料金、立地、ビーチを考えると、少なくとも3.5つ星は欲しいところです。

The location, the room all good. But the elevator is really a problem. There’s only 2 elevator for 1 building that have 50 floors. And then the elevator will suddenly stop and change direction. Example, we were staying on level 34 and we want to go to level G. Upon reaching level 6, suddenly the elevator went up again when nobody is messing with the numbers. I spent more than 30mins trying to get to my level. Also since this is a new building, there’s hardly phone reception that we can get there. And the ironing board and iron is very few. You have to wait for your turn to be able to use the iron board. It’s a 50 floor building, with 3 towers. All towers have the same 50 floors too. Can imagine how long you have to wait for your turn? Yeah. I’d rather go to Ion D’elemen moving forward. The image im attaching was one of the times where the elevator was stuck and not moving and the door keep opening and closing.

This is family and kids friendly hotel, everything is good and fine. But for breakfast for 3days stays is the same menu I'm expecting other kind of fried noodle or nasi goreng variation on different days. English breakfast also the same menu. The most enjoyable thing is the kids pool because that is the only kids activities can do other than going to the kids gym. But overall the hotel is clean and really quiet. So peaceful. And hotel management can plan on more beach activities like jet ski or surfing activities. The beach is wavy and not safe for recreational swimming.

二度目にチェックインしたとき、私は、値段の価値がないとわかっていても、ゲンティンの部屋はひどいと言いましたが、今回チェックインしたとき、私は言葉を失いました。ホテルは 2 つの部屋を 2 つの名前で登録するのは難しいと書かれていましたが、ゲスト全員が到着して名前を追加し直しましたが、エージェントに変更を依頼しても変更できないことが判明しました。それから彼らはカスタマーサービスに連絡しました、そしてフロントデスクは彼らがゲストと連絡をとる必要があると言った、これは明らかにトリックです、それはメッシですか？いわゆるフォーブス、フロントデスクの質もまちまちで、まるでお金を借りているかのようにずっと暗い顔をしていました、そして彼女のスピーチはフォーブスにとって恥ずべきことではありませんか？他の人が提供することもできますが、そのようなフロントデスクでは、全体的な印象は否定的なレビューがあり、ホテルが提供する夕食は冷蔵庫で長い間冷凍されているように感じられます。ミニバーはお金がかかりますが、夕食は付いています。朝食は悪くありませんが、ここはシンガポールとマカオに行ってギャンブルする方が良いと言いました。とにかく、食べ物は美味しくありません。ホテルに関しては、態度の悪い人に遭遇するとお金がかかりますし、お湯も温かくありません。ゲンティンはとにかく来る価値がありません。クアラルンプールのダウンタウンのルマの方が値段が安いし、サービスもずっと良いです。今度は非友好的になりなさい⋯
