素晴らしいホテルで、強くお勧めします。スタッフは皆とても親切で、私たちのリクエストに快く応じてくれました。例えば、午前9時頃のアーリーチェックインや、チェックアウト後の荷物預かりなどです。2025年4月3日から5日まで勤務していたスタッフの方々には、とても親切でフレンドリーな方々に感謝いたします。立地も最高で、バスとトラムの交差点に近く、トラムもホテルのすぐ外にあります。窓を閉めていれば騒音もありません。無料のミネラルウォーター、炭酸水、コーヒーメーカーも用意されています。部屋は清潔で、冷蔵庫も完備されています。強くお勧めします。

空港の近くに滞在する場合には素晴らしいホテルです。シンプルに挨拶され、必要な情報がすべて揃ってチェックインは迅速でした。ファミリールームを予約しましたが、ソファベッドが準備されていませんでした。部屋から電話すると、5分以内に追加のタオル、水、枕、羽毛布団を持って到着しました。完璧です👌

It is old and small but suffices for short term stay. Staff is helpful with 24 hours front desk and you can leave your luggage after checking out. Just note that they do not have lift so you have to carry your luggage on stairs.

素晴らしいサービスと快適な滞在
素晴らしい滞在でした。受付の方々は大変親切で、到着した瞬間から温かく迎え入れていただきました。早めにチェックインできたのも大変ありがたかったです。おかげで旅行がずっと楽になりました。
部屋は快適で、よく手入れされていましたが、窓からの眺めは最高とは言えませんでした。また、場所は予想していたよりも街から少し離れていましたが、それでも問題ありませんでした。
全体的にとても満足のいく滞在でした。特に素晴らしいカスタマーサービスのおかげで、このホテルを自信を持っておすすめします！

街の中心まで徒歩で行ける距離でとても便利なロケーションでした。ただ、ベッドはとなりのベッドとつながっているため隣のベッドの人が寝相が悪いとかなりベッドが揺れて眠りづらかったです。値段がとてもやすかったので値段相応なのかなと思います。

ホテルは空港に行くのにとても便利です。その隣にバス300の出発駅があります。ターミナルは空港です。ルームサービスの女の子はとても勤勉です。部屋は8時に掃除されます。朝食はとても豊富です。自分でワッフルを作ることができます。ジュースや野菜ジュースを絞る

Hotelli hyvällä ja keskeisellä paikalla josta pääsee joka suuntaan helposti.
Sängyt hyviä nukkua. Huoneissa tallelokero, vedenkeitin, vesipullot joka päivälle ja silitysrautaa.
Todella siisti ja hiljainen hotelli. Kaikki ovet, myös kylpyhuoneen ovat äänieristettyjä.
Upeita maalauksia huoneissa ja käytävillä.
Paras viimeiseksi: aamupala! Todella monipuolinen ja laadukas. Tuoreita hedelmiä eikä säilykkeitä.
Gluteeniton leipä pyydettäessä. Suosittelen.

Τhe room was trully excellent. Very comfortable, spacious and with electrical appliances to make your stay as comfortable as your own house.
The only problem was the bar on the ground floor of the building where it had outdoor tables and the sound reached the 1st floor quite loudly. if you are a light sleeper, you may have difficulty sleeping.

ゲゲストHotel is pretty decent for the price.
In terms of positives, the rooms are pretty good. The pool/ sauna are good. I've been to hotels with pools more like paddling pools, but this one you could actually swim lengths in. It was busy around the evening (5-8), but dead in the morning which meant I could have a nice relaxing swim. Reception were nice and helpful. Breakfast was decent enough, though a bit expensive in my opinion. The big downside for a visitor to Krakow is the hotel is in the middle of nowhere. Around 20 minutes in a taxi to the centre. There's a bus stop outside the hotel, but the only buses which stop there don't go to the centre meaning a connection is needed. Nearest small supermarket around a 7/8 minute walk and there's a big shopping mall 15 minutes by foot. I stayed for work so was happy enough. First time visitors to the city would be better off getting something closer/ better connected to the centre.

ゲゲストダブルツリー・クラクフは素晴らしいです。ポーランド人スタッフはプロフェッショナルで効率的です。旧市街からはトラムで1本です（距離に不満を言うレビュー投稿者は無知か、怠惰か、あるいは横柄かのいずれかです）。実際には2つの停留所からトラムに乗ることができ、ヴァヴェル城やクラクス丘があるポドグジェなどの主要な観光地のほとんどに行くことができます。ヒルトンにはサウナ、24時間利用可能なジムがあり、スムージー、デザート、地元産のポーランドのパンと蜂蜜が付いた非常においしい朝食も楽しめます。驚いたことに、ある朝はシャンパンが出されました。客室は標準以上で、ホテルは非常に新しいように感じます。閑散期（3月まで）は客室料金が手頃ですが、会議の時期や観光シーズンにはダブルツリーは混雑することがありますが、それには理由があります。予想通り、チェックイン時にヒルトン特製のチョコチップクッキーがもらえます。

匿匿名ユーザーThe hotel is clean and comfy, perfectly warm for the freezing temperatures outside. Situated right next to Kraków Grzegórzki train station, it was easy to get to/from the airport and to other places via the train as it connects to the Kraków Główny main station.
Staff were helpful, explained where we can go around Kraków. We were given plenty of clean towels, room cleaning service daily. Hair dryer was also provided, with a drinking water dispenser right outside the lift.
Only thing would be the shower as it sometimes pulses between slightly hotter and colder water. Was pleasantly surprised when it’s got heated flooring in the shower though!

ゲゲストI really liked the Columbus Hotel. It's just a few minutes' walk from Grzegorzki train station, which is the next stop after the main station Rynek, coming from the airport. I was in a twin room with a balcony, bathtub, fridge, complimentary water, toiletries. Lovely, bright and clean, comfy beds and nice bedding. Breakfast was delicious. The scrambled egg and little sausages were so tasty. The cakes were lovely with coffee afterwards. Also cereal, meats, cheese, fruit, yoghurt and breads and juices. Lovely and quiet, never heard a sound from other guests in their rooms. A real calm and relaxed vibe. There's also an outdoor seating area and a shop across the road. The tram stops are just to the side and are so easy and frequent. Ticket machines are at the stop, or you can pay on board. Don't forget to validate your ticket. Great base for exploring the Jewish quarter and ghetto, Schindler Factory Museum and don't miss the Plaszow guided tour, a highlight so far. Tram 3 and 24 takes you there from outside hotel and coats 4 zlotys. They are in the process of building a museum there, so it's going to be much busier in the future. Go now while its not as well known. I would definitely return to Columbus hotel, an excellent choice, enjoy!

ゲゲストWe enjoyed the stay. To start with the staff were helpful and very friendly. The breakfast selection and choices were very good. The hotel in general and the room in particular were very clean . The location was perfect and close to most tourist attractions in the city. Finally on top of all that their price was reasonable. I will use it again if needed and will recommend it to others.

AalbertltAn amazing ski in ski out with thermal bath resort hotel. The ski facility was great. The thermal bath was the best. There are water slides, wave pool, lazy river, etc. A little improvement for the breakfast. Although the variety offered was plenty, I feel the breakfast quality at Mercure Krakow Miasto was better despite having less breakfast variety. Everything else was great and I am really satisfied. One tips: get your lunch or dinner at the restaurant outside the hotel's main building. You will see it when you exit the hotel toward the thermal bath direction from the outside. They have great pork knuckle at really affordable price (around 12 euro for a big pork knuckle). Combine it with their boiled potatoes at very affordable price (around 2 euro or something). In my opinion, they are a much better choice than the express food inside the thermal bath. If you like chinese style dumpling, make sure you choose the ”Meat Dumpling” at the outside restaurant (the one selling pork knuckle). It taste much better than the dumpling with some sort of ”cheese filling” offered by the restaurant in the pool area.
