ゲゲストThe service was okay. But there were some miscommunications regarding the hotel transfer, so we had to wait for almost 40 minutes before we decided to take taxi. Time wasted. Other than that, it was okay.

RRono Li YahooLocated on Alger hillside, can enjoy the entire city scenery within walking distance. The rooms are clean and tidy, the breakfast is plentiful, and the facility decor is modern. Good for sightseeing and short business trips.

ゲゲストWe booked the hotel before booking the air tickets, but letter got the air tickets a day before our arriving date , we sent several messages to the hotel's e mail address as well as to trip.com to adjust our booking.... none responded to our communications, we tried to contact the hotel by phone, but they do not respond too.
with more frustration, when i showed the e mails copy at the reception counter (Hotel) the checked and informed that they have received the mails... did not even bother to give me any explanation for not responding to my request. My colleague and I, had to stay in a different hotel for 1 night and left AZ Hotel Vouge, D or a night before... this non - cooperation not only cost us USD 200 more but had to face a lot of trouble .

The location is fantastic, making it easy to explore the surrounding area.
The service was excellent, and the staff was consistently attentive and helpful.
I would like to give special recognition to Aziz and Noureddine, who went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable.
Their friendliness and professionalism truly stood out. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Algiers.

ゲゲストFirst of all, they couldn’t find our reservation and then tried to charge us double, even though the mistake was clearly on their side. Eventually, we got a room, which looked nice at first. However, the room was extremely hot and the air conditioning barely worked. We had to ask multiple times, and whether the AC was switched on or not seemed to depend entirely on whether the receptionist knew how to operate it.
This was supposed to be the best hotel of our trip, but unfortunately, it turned out to be the biggest disappointment.
