It’s night hotel, not far from station the staff welcome happy and clean plate convenient everything .

We were very impressed by the front of the house Zara, who engaged with us authentically and assisted with the checking-in process. She showed genuine interest in the customers and provided information appropriately. The room was compact with all the necessities - I particularly like the space under the bed to put my open suitcase, and the ample options of mirrors. One thing to complain about is that we could hear loud music from our room early in the morning (6.30-7am), which we suspected coming from the gym classes. Another thing is guests have to pay for parking.

The accommodations were excellent, and the provided amenities were satisfactory. Considering the price point, the value exceeded our expectations. Overall, the experience was highly positive.

Functional, clean, tidy, helpful staff. Location very close to football stadium. Close to other out of town shopping. Not pretty views, but wasn’t looking for a sea view. Room nice, only drawback is the en-suite facilities are a little open to the rest of the room so no privacy coming out of the shower.

Excellent hotel with great check in support. The staff were great and gave us advice about where we could charge our electric vehicle. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty. A nice clean and comfortable room. The bed was really comfortable and we stopped in an accessible room which was great. It had all of the facilities that you would need to be well supported. The only possible addition would be an EV charging point but there were facilities locally which were easily accessible.

Would have been good except for the bed. We booked for a kingbed only to find 2 single bed combined. The middle part was very comfy as it was uneven and hard.definitely not worth paying £100/night.

The hotel was lovely for a pre-cruise stay. I was upgraded to an executive room, which had a lovely balcony and lots of room. The Reception and Concierge staff were fantastic, as the hotel was full and very busy. Would recommend this hotel.

Lovely room , very comfortable bed, tea and coffee and kettle provided and towels, But no hair dryer. Can be quiet noisy though due to walls being thin , friendly receptionist.

Nice little inn off the highway and it’s a hidden gem! Nice Italian decor especially in the restaurant. That continues into the room where my wife commented it made her think of the room we stayed in Venice. Another great thing is that they warmed up the room before we got there, so it’s nice and warm we entered it.  Restaurant also served good Italian food. Would stay there again!

いつものイビスらしく、部屋はシンプルで快適、清潔、窓も開けられるし眺めも良い。ホテルは鉄道駅まで徒歩 5 分、市内中心部の目抜き通りまで徒歩 10 分の好立地にあります。スタッフはフレンドリーで親切です。
