バース・アビー・ホテル（マリオット・トリビュート・ポートフォリオ・プロパティ） バースにあるこのホテルをtrip.comで予約しました。trip.comのプラットフォームで2つのプロモーション、鉄道カード5.99ポンド購入と鉄道チケット5ポンド割引を利用しました。どちらも26日以内にtrip.comでヨーロッパのホテルを予約することが条件でした。公式サイトの料金とほぼ同じだったので、trip.comで予約することにしました。大人1名で朝食なしの居心地の良い部屋を113ポンドで予約しました。節約術：TopCashbackを使ってtrip.comにアクセスし、この予約で7.67ドルのキャッシュバックを獲得しました。チェックアウト後、trip.comで即座に10.46ポンドの割引が適用され、次回の鉄道チケット購入時に適用しました。 ❤️ サードパーティのマリオット会員にも特典があります！ このホテルはマリオット・トリビュート・ポートフォリオ傘下で、ブティックホテルのアプローチを採用しています。建物全体が1739年に建てられ、歴史的な外観を誇っています。ローマ浴場から徒歩約3分、サリー・ランズの向かいという便利な立地です。マリオット・プラチナカードを持っていたので、第三者による予約だったにもかかわらず、ホテル側は私たちのアカウントと同額の料金を支払い、通りに面した広い1階の部屋にアップグレードしてくれました。しかし、騒音が気になるので、あまりお勧めできません。無料のアラカルト朝食も提供されていました。朝食の時間帯はチェックイン時に予約する必要があり、私たちは午前10時にテーブルを選びました。朝食はボリュームたっぷりで、レストランは魅力的で素敵な雰囲気でした。素晴らしい体験でした（最高のものは無料ですからね！）。残念ながらこれ以上写真を掲載するスペースがありませんが、レストランの写真を後ほど投稿します。 部屋はかなり狭く、モダンな英国風のデザインで、壁に貼られたポスターによると映画をテーマにした内装でした。アメニティはすべて用意されており、地元ブランドのバスアメニティはフロントで2本25ポンドで購入できました。まあまあのものでしたが、持ち帰るほど特別なものではありませんでした。ミニバーにはコーヒー、各種紅茶、低脂肪牛乳のパック、ビスケットがありました。ボトル入りのミネラルウォーターは、見た目にも美しい缶入りでした。 🌟 ベッドサイドにはエレミスのスリープキット（テンプルバーム、スリープミスト、アイクリーム）がホテルのポストカードの上に置かれていて、とても素敵でした。 ベッドはとても快適でした。 ❌ しかし、この宿にはいくつか欠点がありました…少し不安でした…運が悪かっただけかもしれませんが。ホテルの廊下は少し分かりにくく、自分のルームカードを使って間違えて別の部屋のドアを開けてしまったことがありました。不思議なことに、翌日の10時頃、私がバスルームにいて息子がベッドにいる間に、ドアのラッチをしっかり閉めていたにもかかわらず、誰かがドアを少し開けてしまいました。おそらく息子がベッドにいるのを見て、ドアを閉めたのでしょう。もしかしたら、清掃に来たハウスキーピングスタッフだったのかもしれません。とにかく、かなり奇妙な感じがした…正直に言うと、少し不安だった

場所はとても便利で、設備は充実しており、衛生状態はとても良く、環境はとても静かで、サービスはとても行き届いています。ここに 2 日間滞在しましたが、素晴らしい経験ができました。チャンスはあります。

清潔さに関しては、彼らのサービスにとてもがっかりしています..私はこの時期がどれほど忙しいか理解していますが、清潔さに関しては一貫しているはずです。私は昨年(新年)スコットランド支店で非常に良い経験をしており、素晴らしい経験だったので、私はいつもエクスプレスで休日を選びます..だからここのHIエクスプレスバスも同じだと思いました..私たちは家族として旅行し、私の息子11y/oは自閉症で、ADHDとOCD、アレルギー...この種のベッド(ソファベッドLINENはそこにとどまる人には受け入れられません...私たちはこのソファベッドが準備されるために私たちの部屋を占めるまで待つように言われました、それでも、私たちはこの...本当に壊滅的で、悲しいと失望する...のためのベッドシーツを提供していません。

The room is in need of general updating, the window needs a good scrub, and the squeaky floorboards...However, the room layout is perfect for three proper single beds as we had wished for, and it is clean and well equipped. Tim at the Reception Desk is the perfect reason to stay at Royal Hotel! Of course the lady who cleaned the rooms is exceptionally responsive and caring. Makes the wet 2-day Bath experience so 'sunny' to us! Thank you Royal Hotel!

先日バースで短期休暇を過ごした際、ランズダウン グローブ ホテルに泊まってとても楽しかったです。ホテルはバースの中心部から徒歩約 15 分で、ホテルに駐車スペースがあったので助かりました。スタッフは親切で丁寧で、宿泊施設は快適で設備も整っていました。ありがとうございました!

Sold as a 5 star hotel and although it did look good from the outside,the inside was very dated and lacking tlc.the bathroom had what looked like black mould around the wall furniture and the sink had been covered in a wrap which was torn and some of the metal fixtures where corroded.the breakfast took over an hour as they seemed to take precedents over vips in the dining room who got food very quickly.from sitting down to receiving our breakfast took an hour both days.the staff where very apologetic but that does t make up for poor service and the quality was average.The Spa was also dated and the Gym was small with very little in it for a proper workout.

The Hotel itself is very dated in decor, but I actually enjoyed this and it felt quite nostalgic to me. If you're looking for cheap and cheerful and you're not overly fussy then this place will do you just fine. After all I wasn't here to spend all day in the room, but to go out and explore. There was coffee and tea, fresh towels, and I was left alone for the 2 nights I stayed which I appreciate. Some people enjoy the maid service, but personally I prefer not being bothered. From all the other reviews it mentioned a fee upon arrival as an insurance for damages, but I got asked for no extra fees, so I'm guessing this is based on the larger more valuable family type rooms maybe. If you are a solo traveler like myself then the location is brilliant, as it's right next to the main beach strip, a cool little local beach front cafe which is reasonably priced, and if you have the legs for it like me, a massive nature trek to explore full of beautiful forestry and greenery. The main shopping town and Italian gardens are only a short 15 minute walk away. If you are on a budget there's a wetherspoons just 5 minutes away which is very decent and has great sea views, staff were all lovely. Staff at the hotel were also very friendly if you approached or talked to them. Only negative I'd say is that you can't book in till 3pm, but there is plenty to keep you busy nearby whilst you wait. If you are fussy and expect the Ritz, this place ain't for you, but if you are there with a fair level head and you just want cheap lodgings, then it'll do you fine for a night or two. I'd definitely stay again for the cheap price of just over 30 quid a night. Thanks and I'll be back down the line 😎

⭐⭐⭐⭐☆ (4/5) Comfortable Stay and Great Location I stayed at the Holiday Inn Taunton and had a very comfortable experience. The hotel is easy to access, just off the M5, which made it a convenient base for exploring Somerset or stopping over during a longer journey. The room was clean and quiet, with everything I needed — a comfy bed, a good shower, and a desk area. Wi-Fi worked well, and I appreciated the tea/coffee station. While the decor is slightly dated in some areas, everything was well-maintained. Staff were friendly, helpful, and professional from check-in to check-out. The breakfast had a good variety of hot and cold options, and the restaurant had a nice relaxed atmosphere in the evening too.

The location suited us perfectly. The staff were welcoming and friendly. We enjoyed our rooms, being comfortable, clean and peaceful. We had coffee and cake in the cafe, which was very nice. The breakfast was ok too. I used the gym, which unfortunately was a bit crowded when i went so wasnt able to use the free weights or any of the racks but did make use of the machines so did get a work out done. I would definitely stay again... yes it could do with a bit of updating but for the cost it was great and i look forward to the next time 😊
