立地の良さが気に入りました。また、フレンドリーなスタッフの方々がゲストに最高のサービスを提供してくれました。特に、記念日にサプライズケーキをプレゼントしていただき、大変嬉しく思いました。 各国料理と地元料理の両方が楽しめるメニューの豊富さが気に入ったので、また泊まりに来たいと思います。スタッフの方が定期的に料理を補充してくれました。

Nice stay at Hotel Padang. The room was basic but clean and comfortable. The restaurant served good food and was convenient. The entrance is very Instagrammable and gives a nice first impression. Overall, a pleasant stay and good value.

部屋はまあまあでした。朝食もまずまずでした。ルームサービスの食事は平均的でした。パダンは旅行者にとって特に魅力的な場所ではないので、また泊まりたいとは思いません。代わりにブキティンギに行くことをお勧めします！

Everything is just nice. Breakfast is so delicious! I’m from Malaysia, but I can skip some of my Minang/Padang food hunting because they also provide local dishes, which are really tasty. The location is very close to Jam Gadang—within walking distance. The staff are friendly too. The only thing that made me feel a bit uncomfortable was this: I didn’t hang the “I need room cleaning” tag on my door because I was still in the room. A cleaning staff member knocked and said “room cleaning,” but I didn’t respond since I was still inside and hadn’t requested cleaning. Then, the staff used a key card to open the door. I felt a bit violated, though it wasn’t a big issue for me as I was alone and fully dressed. However, it would be better if staff didn’t enter unless there’s a clear request for cleaning—just in case someone is inside and not properly dressed.

ジャム・ガダンにとても近く、徒歩わずか数分という非常に便利な立地です。スタッフは親切でフレンドリー、そしてとても助かりました。エレベーターは小さなものが1台しかなく、乗車人数制限が5人なので、待ち時間が長すぎます。甥っ子が歩いている時に、突然ゴキブリがシャツの上に止まっていたという出来事があったので、害虫駆除の改善が必要かもしれません。部屋の芳香剤も検討する必要があるかもしれません（コーヒーの香りの芳香剤を使っていますか？）。

Great for riders touring West Sumatra.

私はとてもがっかりしました。両親と孫のために部屋を予約しました。バルコニー付きの24m2と書かれた部屋を予約しました。私は以前そこに滞在したことがあります。そのため、広とした部屋になるはずだと知っています。しかし、彼らは「グランドデラックス」ではなく名前のためだけに詳細に言及していない17平方メートルの小さな部屋しか手に入れませんが、「デラックス価格」よりも多くを支払いました。ホテルで直接「グランドデラックス」の公開料金と同じ価格。そして、Tripの部屋の選択には「グランドデラックス」はありません。スペースがないため、エキストラベッドをリクエストすることはできません。また、朝食を2人の子供を持つ大人1人はまだ追加料金を要求します。私はこの規則を知っていますが、残念な部屋の高値を過ぎた後、支払いは不公平だと感じました。

ホテルは大きくて広々としています。部屋も広く、窓からはパダン市の美しい景色を眺めることができます。 4 つ星ホテルクラスの料理は、欠けているパダン料理の味をすでに表現しています。子供たちはここで泳ぐのが大好きです。

レセプションのお姉さんも、ロビーにいるスタッフもとても感じが良かったです。屋上にはプールとジムがあって、半日くらいならホテルでゆっくりできました。ランチも１階にあるレストランで食べれます（が、お値段高め）。あとすごく気になったのは、同じファミリールームを２部屋とって、3人と2人とわかれたのですが、値段が１万円以上違いました。値段設定がバラバラなのでチェックした方が良いと思います。大体1人３０００円程度だと思います。

Very unique accommodation but it's quite far from the parking area to the receptionist counter which around 200meter. I need to carry my own luggage from the parking area. No hotel staff entertained or welcome me. This hotel not suitable if you travel with old folks. Some of the architecture was run down. The top room not suitable for many people as the ladder very stiff.
