Hotel is a bit run down. Looks like a casino hotel, as the 1st floor has fountains, pinball machine and football machines.
Carpet and door lock are a bit dirty and spoiled. Heater in the room were faulty. Have to ask the receptionist to switch off the heater, else it will be super hot.
__oliverh_A bit hard to find, and no prior contact regarding the PIN entry code, which could have made things very difficult. The breakfast hamper was not worth while, if I had have known this was the deal, there’s no way I would have paid extra in advance for it.
SSoniaOverall a very good stay except for the Wi-Fi not continuously being available and the second room I moved to with a better Wi-Fi reception but didn’t have a good air conditioner also the older gentleman when I checked and assumed I didn’t speak their local language and rather than address the issue of the Wi-Fi not working properly chose to insult me ….And then give me dirty looks😂 great breakfast and I want to especially say thank you to Marina as she was very kind and professional as were all the other staff except for the aforementioned. great location and I look forward to visiting again in the future- it looks like they are making the necessary repairs- I would recommend a booster for their router to ensure all Customers have a positive experience and never assuming that a person doesn’t speak more than one language even though they may choose not to let you know they speak more than one language and understand it quite clearly.
AAlison’s Silk Road TravelsI stayed at Victoria Terme do I could visit Villa Este and Villa Adriana both very easy to get to from the hotel. There is a bus stop right outside Ty e hotel and you can buy a ticket from the kiosk next to the bus stop. There is a Terme right next to the hotel that I accessed twice during the stay. It was a real relief after walking around Tivoli as very hot in July. The staff at the hotel were ever helpful and provided everything I needed. There was a fridge in the room. Breakfast was good with a wide range of sweet breakfast choices. The coffee was excellent. I would definitely return at the good value price I got on this occasion. There were trips offered but unfortunately I could not do those as I was checking out. Great stay for Tivoli

The host is very friendly nice man ! It was stairs up to the place , he met us by the car and walked with us to his place .
The views are amazing! The place is very nice , breakfast was on time delicious baked goods and cappuccino
The host told us where to go shopping , food and travel further .
I would come back in a heart beat !
It was close to the city to take the train to Rome , which we did .
Location is great!
You will feel in Italy while you are staying in this place for sure ! I would recommend ! 5 starts !!!! Thank you
MManuele PiemontiAbbiamo pernottato in questa struttura a metà novembre e, a parte qualche piccolo problema riscontrato con il riscaldamento della camera, possiamo dire di esserci trovati bene!
ゲゲストI came here because I missed a flight. The area is so quiet and a few strides away from the sea where I had a lovely swim. It’s not cheap but you are paying for the location. The rooms are lovely and the staff are kind and attentive. However, I stood waiting for dinner and I was ignored. I was repeatedly asked if I was alone. They took time finding a table for me because the tables seated more than 1. I left it and went to a restaurant by the beach.
BBPaulExcellent choice of food at the breakfast buffet. Staff were friendly & helpful. Location is excellent - about 100 metres from the main entrance of rail station Rome Termini.
