Disappointing checkout experience and noticeable difference in treatment I want to mention a particularly disappointing experience during checkout. The staff member was a young, slim man, approximately 5 ft 9 in, wearing a white thobe and red-and-white shemagh. This happened at approximately 7:00–7:30 pm. I was the only person waiting in the queue at reception. He was clearly aware I was waiting, but did not acknowledge me, make eye contact, or indicate that he would assist me next. Immediately before this, I had watched him speaking to a couple in front of me, and he was warm, friendly and conversational with them, speaking to them in Arabic. After they left, he went behind the desk but still did not acknowledge me. After waiting, I had to approach him myself and ask if I could come over. I handed him my key card and then had to ask, “Is there anything else?” He simply replied “Khalas” (“finished/that’s all”) in a very abrupt manner. There was no further conversation, courtesy or farewell. As a non-Arab visitor, I feel it is important to mention that this experience was particularly noticeable because, throughout my Umrah trip in Saudi Arabia, not only at this hotel, I observed several occasions where I felt there was a difference in the warmth, friendliness and level of service shown to me compared with some Arab guests around me. I cannot know the reasons behind individual people’s behaviour. I would also like to be fair and say that my check-in experience at this hotel was excellent. The staff who welcomed me were warm, friendly and attentive. This is why the checkout experience was particularly disappointing. All guests and pilgrims, regardless of nationality or background, should receive the same basic level of acknowledgement, courtesy and respect. I hope the hotel takes this feedback seriously.

ODST is one of my usual pick due reasonably close to Haram with disability facilities and fresh food choice for elderly, which often turns out expensive but is convenient to reach when required. Hotel is always packed with lots demand from groups and busy but friendly staff and adequate acilitate make up the most. Room size are often convenient and disabled toilets are helpful and make my stay easier 👍. I surely will recommend ODST to be valued choice, and rates can be lowered a little it will be a reasonable choice. Close venue, easy access to Haram, and reliability ☺️.

素晴らしいホテルです！おそらくアルーラで一番美しいホテルです。サービスも素晴らしく、とてもお得な料金で泊まれましたので、皆さんにもぜひおすすめします。 文句のつけようがありません。ただ、私たちのヴィラは鳩でいっぱいでした（山の近くにあったからだと思います）。屋外エリアもプールも鳩のフンだらけでした :( :( あと、自転車を何度も頼んだことがありました。間違っていなければ5回くらいです。スタッフは「確認します」と言ってくれました。私たちは一度も連絡がありませんでした。でも、他のホテルでも同じことがあったので、仕方ないですね。 それでも！素晴らしい体験、素晴らしい時間でした。また必ず来ます :)

The hotel is a relatively new one, with the rooms being exquisitely decorated and clean. Love the nude and calming colours used in the rooms. My stay was comfortable, and service was good. The hotel is just a stones throw away from Masjidil Nabawi, and it was convenient to be walking to the mosque for prayer which took less than 3 mins! Food was readily accessible with the many shops all around the hotel. I did find it odd that the hotel is advertised on trip with a no-child policy yet they told me that it was not true when I checked with the staff. I would have preferred it to be an adult only hotel since that was why I wanted to book anyway, because the room walls were quite thin, and we could hear kids screaming in the other rooms haha! But just small issue of course.

My stay was average overall. The hotel benefits from an excellent location and the convenience of free parking, which made getting around very easy. I would also like to commend the staff for their helpful attitude and good service. Whenever issues were raised, they responded promptly and did their best to address them. That said, the property would benefit from som9e renovation and maintenance. The room furnishings appeared dated, the mattress was no longer very comfortable, some of the lighting fixtures were not working, and the cable TV signal was inconsistent. The bathroom drainage could also be improved, as water tended to remain on the floor after use. While the hotel offers good value in terms of location and service, updating the rooms and facilities would greatly enhance the guest experience. I would be happy to stay here again if renovations are carried out in the future.

プルマンに宿泊し利用したのは初めてでしたが、ホテルは素晴らしく、良いレビューに値するものでした。 ロケーション：預言者（スワ）の毎日の訪問には最適です。 サービス：他のレビューと同様、時間をかけて読んでいただければ…違いはありません。 批判ではありませんが、改善してほしい点が一つあります。朝食の品揃え、見た目も味も格段に良くなりました。ただ、気を付けてください。スタッフは、お客様が食事と雰囲気をゆっくり楽しむのを放っておいてくれないような気がします。きっと、すべて順調かどうか尋ねてくるのでしょうが、一番大事なのは…彼らは、お客様にすぐにホテルのレビューを書いてもらうこと、そして星「5つ星」をクリックさせることにばかり気を取られています。私にとっては、これは押し付けがましいです。 私が何も書かなくても、彼らは送信をクリックさせようとします。星を付けると、クリック方法を教えながらクリックします… 入力が終われば…それで終わりです…あなたはただの宿泊客で、彼らは他の人にレビューを書いてもらうために動きます。

当初は別のホテルを予約していたのですが、到着後すぐに予約をキャンセルし、できるだけ早**の地域で別のホテルを探しました。清潔で、マスジド・ナバウィに近く、値段も手頃なホテルです。名前とブランド名は知っていましたが、インターコンチネンタルホテルを2軒見て、少しだけ優位性があると思った方に決めました。 ホテルは何年も前に建てられたもので、現在改装工事中だと聞いていたので、事前に何を期待すべきか分かっていました。特徴的な青いカーペットと、私が個人的に大好きな1950年代/1960年代の雰囲気（ショーン・コネリー主演のジェームズ・ボンド映画を彷彿とさせる）があります。毎日ホテルに滞在するうちに、だんだん好きになっていきました。外の景色はまさに天国のようでした。窓は開けられるので、開けられないと思っている人もいるでしょうが、笑。本当に貴重な体験なので、ぜひ試してみてください。しかし、何よりも大切なのは、心優しいスタッフとその親切さです。インターコンチネンタルに泊まっていることを忘れて、まるで友達の家にいるかのような気分になります。また、窓からは素晴らしい景色が眺められ、ウフド方面も見渡すことができました。カフェはすべてホテルのすぐ外にあり、モスクも文字通りホテルのすぐ外の遊歩道を下りたところにあります。歩いて5分ほどです。鳩に餌をあげることができ、手頃な価格のUberやタクシーもすぐそばにあり、ウフドにもクバにも歩いて行けます。すべて徒歩圏内です。そして何より素晴らしいのは、ロビーに入るとすぐにチェックイン/ヘルプデスクがあることです。 ちなみに、人を眺めるのが好きな方は、ホテルの部屋から外の素晴らしい景色を眺めることができます。 ロビーにはコーヒーバーがあり、無料のデーツとアラビアコーヒー（世界クラス）を提供しています。また、44歳で51カ国を旅した私にとって、このホテルの朝食とルームサービスはこれまで食べた中で最高のものでした。私たちが宿泊したメッカのジャバル・オマールと同等か、もしかしたらそれ以上だったかもしれません。このホテルに泊まって絶対に損をすることはありません。何か問題があれば、部屋の電話を取り、いずれかのプロンプトにダイヤルしてください。誰かがあなたの問題を解決してくれます。 ホテルの経営陣は世界クラスで、今回も私を友人/家族のように扱ってくれました。私たちのレパートリーを考えると、シスター・カディージャとスタッフは本当に素晴らしかったので、私はこのホテルにまた来たいと思います。

I have booked a room for my parents in madina “Millennium Al Aqeeq Hotel”. The hotel rooms are very comfortable & luxury… Washrooms are neat & clean and the staff of the hotel is cooperative❤️
