サウジアラビアマディーナ州で、朝食のあるホテル

部屋はとても綺麗でしたが、この値段なら至って普通かと思います。レストラン、カフェ、テラスがあると記載されていましたが、棟が２つあり、ワタシが案内されたのは棟内にレストランなど無い方でした。掲載されていたレストランやテラスは外に出て、隣の棟に行かなければならなく、残念でした。日本人だから？安いサイトから予約したから？と寂しい気持ちになりました…それと目の前には鉄塔があり、それもマイナスでした…

以前は、メディナに滞在するホテルの参照を探していましたが、インドネシア出身で、適応が難しい典型的な旅行者ではありません。メディナに行くときインドネシア人が一番好きなホテルなので、このホテルを選びました。預言者のモスクまで徒歩5-6分です。 2部屋3泊4日トリプルルームタイプでここに滞在し、ウンラをした後、家族と一緒にここに滞在しました。このホテルのプラスの価値は、エアコンが冷たく、電源を切っても冷たく感じることです 私たちがチェックインしてチェックアウトするまで、私たちのために水はありません😭

素晴らしいホテルです！おそらくアルーラで一番美しいホテルです。サービスも素晴らしく、とてもお得な料金で泊まれましたので、皆さんにもぜひおすすめします。 文句のつけようがありません。ただ、私たちのヴィラは鳩でいっぱいでした（山の近くにあったからだと思います）。屋外エリアもプールも鳩のフンだらけでした :( :( あと、自転車を何度も頼んだことがありました。間違っていなければ5回くらいです。スタッフは「確認します」と言ってくれました。私たちは一度も連絡がありませんでした。でも、他のホテルでも同じことがあったので、仕方ないですね。 それでも！素晴らしい体験、素晴らしい時間でした。また必ず来ます :)

The hotel is a relatively new one, with the rooms being exquisitely decorated and clean. Love the nude and calming colours used in the rooms. My stay was comfortable, and service was good. The hotel is just a stones throw away from Masjidil Nabawi, and it was convenient to be walking to the mosque for prayer which took less than 3 mins! Food was readily accessible with the many shops all around the hotel. I did find it odd that the hotel is advertised on trip with a no-child policy yet they told me that it was not true when I checked with the staff. I would have preferred it to be an adult only hotel since that was why I wanted to book anyway, because the room walls were quite thin, and we could hear kids screaming in the other rooms haha! But just small issue of course.

This hotel is very suitable for those who want to stay on the green dome side, only 5 minutes walk. And the hotel is right next to saffiya museum and the new restaurants, so many good ones to choose from. The hotel is directly connected to a mall, and cheap pakistani food is also available, and lots of clothes shops. So everything is nearby. Only ladies prayer area is further away, but I didn't mind walking.

プルマンに宿泊し利用したのは初めてでしたが、ホテルは素晴らしく、良いレビューに値するものでした。 ロケーション：預言者（スワ）の毎日の訪問には最適です。 サービス：他のレビューと同様、時間をかけて読んでいただければ…違いはありません。 批判ではありませんが、改善してほしい点が一つあります。朝食の品揃え、見た目も味も格段に良くなりました。ただ、気を付けてください。スタッフは、お客様が食事と雰囲気をゆっくり楽しむのを放っておいてくれないような気がします。きっと、すべて順調かどうか尋ねてくるのでしょうが、一番大事なのは…彼らは、お客様にすぐにホテルのレビューを書いてもらうこと、そして星「5つ星」をクリックさせることにばかり気を取られています。私にとっては、これは押し付けがましいです。 私が何も書かなくても、彼らは送信をクリックさせようとします。星を付けると、クリック方法を教えながらクリックします… 入力が終われば…それで終わりです…あなたはただの宿泊客で、彼らは他の人にレビューを書いてもらうために動きます。

We had originally booked another hotel but upon arrival there we immediately canceled our reservation and were looking for another hotel in the area ASAP, something clean, close to Masjid Nabawi and fairly priced.  We knew the name and brand; however, we saw two Intercontinental hotels and went with the one we felt had a slight edge or advantage. The hotel was built many years ago and we were informed that it is in the planning process of a renovation so we knew ahead of time what to expect. It has signature blue carpet and a 1950’s/1960’s vibe that I personally adored (almost out of a James Bond movie with Sean Connery).   Everyday we stayed at the hotel, it grew on us.  The view outside was heavenly mashAla.  Remember you can open the window haha some people I imagine think they can’t.  It such an experience and you have to do it.  Most importantly, however, the sweatheart staff and how accommodating they were, you forget you’re staying at the Intercontinental and imagine you’re at your friends house.  Again, We had an amazing window view and could see in the direction of Uhud.  All The cafe’s are right outside of the hotel, the mosque is literally right outside the hotel and down the walking path, maybe a 5 minute walk.  Plenty of pigeons to feed, affordable Ubers/ Taxi right outside, you can walk to Uhud you can walk to Quba, you can do it all.  And the best part, the check-in/help desk are right in front of you when you walk in to the lobby.   Side note: if you enjoy peoppe watching , you get a great view from your hotel room to the outside.  They have a coffee bar in the Lobby with free dates and Arabic coffee (world class) and this hotel served the best Breakfast and room service food I’ve ever had and I’ve been to 51 countries, aged 44.  It was even at par or better maybe than the Jabal Omar in Mecca we stayed at.  You absolutely cannot lose out by staying at this hotel.  If you have any issues pick up your room phone and dial any one of the prompts and someone will alleviate any issues you have.   The hotel executive management were world class and again treated me like a friend/family.  Based off our repertoire I’d come back to this hotel because Sister Khadijah and staff were so amazing mashAla.

アル・アキークに宿泊するのは2回目です。サービスはいつも良く、ホテルはとても清潔で、ホテルのロビーはとても香りがよく、落ち着きます。メディナを訪れる際は、またミレニアム アル・アキークを選びます。

私は最近このホテルに滞在し、その経験がすべての期待を上回ったと自信を持って言うことができます。到着した瞬間から出発日まで、すべてが並外れたプロ意識、ケア、細部への注意で処理されました。提供されるサービスのレベルは本当に上品で、滞在を快適で思い出に残るものにしました。 ホテルの最も印象的な側面の1つは清潔さでした。部屋、バスルーム、廊下、公共スペースなど、すべてのエリアはきれいで、非常によく維持されていました。ハウスキーピングは、その一貫性と献身性に特別な感謝に値します。部屋は毎日徹底的に掃除され、新鮮なタオルが提供され、すべてがきちんと整理され、本当の快適さと衛生感を与えました。 スタッフは素晴らしかった。彼らは礼儀正しく、礼儀正しく、常に温かく歓迎的な態度で喜んで助けてくれました。すべての要求や質問は迅速かつ専門的に処理され、ゲストとして心から大切にされていると感じました。彼らのおもてなしは、滞在中リラックスしたポジティブな環境を作り出しました。 部屋自体は設備が整っていて、快適で、思慮深く配置されていました。ベッドはとても快適で、快適な睡眠を可能にし、部屋の全体的な雰囲気は平和で快適でした。照明からアメニティまで、すべてが完璧に機能し、ストレスのない体験が追加されました。 全体的に、このホテルのすべてが完璧でしたサービスと清潔さから快適さと管理まで。すべての側面がこのような高い水準で維持されている場所を見つけることはめったにありません。家族、ビジネス、宗教旅行など、質の高い宿泊施設をお探しの方は、このホテルを強くお勧めします。 私は間違いなく将来このホテルを再び選び、他の人にそれをお勧めすることを躊躇しません。最初から最後まで本当に素晴らしい滞在。

Very outdated and customer service is terrible. Rang reception from hotel room no answer (2 times) than had to go to reception to complain safe don’t work, they turned up next day to sort it out.
