I have traveled many national parks on the West Coast, and I have to say, Best Western Ruby near Bryce is THE BEST Best Western I have ever lived. The price is cheaper than other Best Westerns, but the experience is by far the best. I booked a King with a tub, the room is big and comfy, the bathroom is nice and clean, everything works flawlessly, there is a buffet right down the stairs with many food options, opens early and closes late, I am glad I still could order food when I got there super late, cold and tired. Right across the hotel there is a big gift shop with many things travelers need that might come just in handy. There's a spot renting snow-chain for shoes. The location is right next to Bryce Canyon, it was about a 10-minute drive from the hotel to the park.

This is a great location in Salt Lake City. It's within walk distance of tons of great eateries and bars. Friendly service. Walking to the temples and state capital and mall. Love it.

I got a $47 a night price so I can’t complain too much. The amenities for the kids is great-pool, hot tub, basket ball court, mini golf. The building shows its age but that doesn’t bother me staying at a place if it is clean. The bed was clean and comfortable enough. My main and only complaint was the towels. The entire point of white hotel towels is you can bleach them and people can see they are clean. The towels were so old they don’t bleach the dirt out anymore and they are still using them or their washing facilities don’t work. Why? This is an easy fix and they felt too gross to use for me. All 3 wash cloths were dingy looking and one had a clear lipstick mark on it that hadn’t washed out. Of the three towels I got only one looked clean enough to use. People can be ok with an aging building Red Lion if things are clean. This is an easy fix. I might stay here again at that deal, but it’s a definite maybe.

BEST Western PlusレベルのRESORTですが、ホテルの外観は旅館のようで、モーテルと変わりません。リゾート感は皆無です。ホテルの場所は少し離れていて寂しいです。しかし、ホテルの後ろには赤い砂岩があります。
部屋のインテリアは少し高級感がありますが、実用的ではなく、タオルを掛ける場所がありません（バスタオルはすでにバスルームに掛けられています）。
朝食は含まれておりません。お金の価値はあまり良くありません。

第一次住，整體是可以的，床還是挺舒服的，房間挺乾淨的，就是空調聲音有點響，不知道是不是每個房間都這樣，睡眠需要很安靜的不建議。

まず、立地がとても良いと思います。周辺にはガソリンスタンドやスーパーマーケットがあります。最も重要なのは、ホテルが無料の氷水、氷、お湯、ホットコーヒーを提供していることです。理解する人は理解するでしょう。朝食も美味しく、豪華ではありませんが安心して食べられます。ベッドは十分な大きさで、設備も平均的です。

私は1階のマーケットが一番好きです。 24時間営業で販売されているパンやデザート、フードはどれも美味しいです。素晴らしい多様性。
客室は広くて快適です。
ジムの設備も充実しており、子供たちは運動が大好きです。

ソルトレイクシティのダウンタウンに位置し、ハイアットマリオットヒルトンなどの大きなホテルに囲まれています。朝食は良いですが、床の高さは少し低く、残りは合格ラインに達し、清潔で整頓されています。休憩所として良いです
特別な木製の机とオフィスライトがあります。これはまれです。アメリカのホテルのライトはかなり少ないです。
ウェイターはとても良いです、ランドリーとビジネスセンターがあります

ゲゲストThe hotel was okay, it met standards but there were many small things that made our stay feel less perfect. Upon check in the room was very spacious for a double queen bed room, and bathroom spacious as well. The amenities are lacking a bit, in the bathroom it was just minimal 1 makeup remover wipe and a shower cap and hand soap. It comes with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash but our conditioner was out and stayed empty for 2 days (as I thought the cleaners might notice and refill), until I requested front desk to refill it. In terms of cleanliness some of the towels had some minor stains and the bathroom had rust and brown stains in the bathtub so it didn’t feel super clean. The worst part was that when I entered the hotel the sheets were soooooo pilly and rough, they didn’t feel soft and welcoming as a hotel should have. Those sheets should’ve been thrown out years ago, I wouldn’t even keep sheets like that at my own house they were so worn down, bumpy, and uncomfortable, I asked front desk the next morning if I could please have them changed and got a very sassy and rude response that “usually requests like this should come in before 9AM and it’s not guaranteed that they can be changed” (I requested this around 10AM before the cleaners had even appeared on my floor). I found this response extremely off putting and inhospitable, since it’s not like I caused the sheets to be rough and uncomfortable and was simply making a request to make my stay better and more comfortable, and I also requested it very kindly and didn’t rush them to do anything- just by end of day or the next day so I wouldn’t have to sleep on rough uncomfortable sheets the entire 5 days I was there. They ended up changing them but I didn’t appreciate that kind of reply. 2 days after, the cleaners left their dirty rags, some random extra pillowcases on random surfaces by my personal items on the desk and night side table, It was very careless and unprofessional and who knows where the dirty rags have been, and where those random pillowcases came from if they were clean or not, next to my personal items. They also didn’t finish cleaning the bathroom and there were missing towels and didn’t finish taking the dirty towels out. Moving on, the location was okay but one of the farther hotels from the Zion National Park entrance in the town, I did like the pool and the restaurants nearby. Lastly, for the complimentary breakfast it was basic but good and I appreciated having that every morning before we left for our adventures.

匿匿名ユーザーホテルはモアブの北に位置し、アーチパークの入り口まで車で10分以上かかります。コロラド川の近くです。部屋は広く、最大4人まで寝ることができるハイベッドとローベッドがあります。レストランには挽きたてのコスタコーヒーがあります。とても香りがよく美味しい

ゲゲスト部屋はかなり広くて清潔です。空港に近いので交通の便はあまり良くありません。自動運転旅行に適しています。ホテルでは無料の空港シャトルを提供していたと記憶しているようです。朝食もかなり美味しかったです。

ゲゲストアメリカ西部のイエローストーン公園まで車で行く場合は、ソルトレイクシティのグレートソルトレイクの近くに宿泊する必要があります。ヒルトンホテルはコストパフォーマンスが非常に良く、大変満足できるホテルです。ホテルの駐車場は非常に便利なので、自家用車でのツアーに最適です。
全体的に静かな雰囲気で、部屋は清潔で、寝具も快適でした。

ゲゲスト全体的に、ホテルはとても素敵で清潔な印象です。
ただし、商業処理には明らかな弱点があります。私は貴社のプラットフォームで部屋を予約し、支払いをしました。
予約完了後、オンラインでチェックインするようにというメールを受け取りました。チェックイン手続きの一環として、クレジットカードの詳細を提供しました。
オンラインチェックインの直後に、クレジットカードに約 180.00 ユーロの金額が請求されました。
部屋の料金はすでに支払われており、ホテルも私のカードの詳細を知っていたため、この手続きは最初は私には異常に思えました。
ホテルにチェックインした後、さらに 162.27 ユーロの予約が私のカードに請求されました。
ホテルの受付にこのことを伝えたところ、この 2 つの予約金額はチェックアウト後に解放されると保証されました。
最初の予約金額はチェックアウトの数日後に解放されましたが、2 つ目の金額は解放されませんでした。
2024年8月26日、私のカードから80.93ユーロが引き落とされ、同日に80.43ユーロが再度入金されました。
その結果、チェックアウトから11日経った今日でも、私のカードには約180ドルの予約が請求されています。
このような行為に驚き、ホテルにカードへの請求理由を説明するよう求めました。
私はすでにウィンダムに苦情を申し立て、ホテルにカードにまだ残っている金額をすぐに解放するよう求めました。

素晴らしい
ゲゲストWhen we first arrived to the hotel we were amazed at the location, you can’t get any closer to the park entrance than this, literally steps away. The check in process was fast and easy. The room and the property itself beautiful and very well maintained, most importantly it was clean. The room was big and had a kitchen which is always nice when traveling with little ones. And they have laundry on site as well. The pool is small but nice and had an amazing view.
The only negatives I have about the hotel is that there is no gym, no room service, and the hospitality could have been better. I was considering staying another night and there was rooms available but decided to check out after all, I called and asked for a late check out and the receptionist rudely denied our request stating they didn’t have enough housekeepers and therefore could not accommodate late check out, Not even an hour. If they were not sold out and had lots of rooms to clean, why wouldn’t late check out be allowed? When I did check out it was fast and easy but they did not seem to appreciate our business. Only stating you will get an email receipt. No “thank you for staying with us and we hope you return”. None the less, if we return to visit Zion, which I am sure we will, we will definitely stay here again.
