"We stayed a night at the Royal Astrid Hotel in Aalst and I can say with full conviction that it was a fantastic experience! The hotel is fully located in the heart of Aalst, a walk away from shops and restaurants. The hotel is located in a sparkling area with several parking spaces on a walk away. The central location makes it easy to explore the city. The hotel is located in an old and characterful house, but there is no comfort. From entering the reception you felt the rooms a certain rest and especially a lot of charm. Our room (Philip) was a Deluxe room with kingsize bed. The bed was beautifully soft and the kiss was also comfortable. We both had a very good sleep during our stay. The room was also clean and just, which I always appreciated. The room was all we needed. The hotel has a pleasant, intimate bar with enough choice of drinks. There is a large terrace outside, where it is pleasant to enjoy the beautiful weather. The breakfast buffet was very careful with only fresh, quality products, and was there something on the buffet, it was immediately supplemented, and I was aware that the staff was very careful and very friendly. From check-in to check-out, we felt very welcome and careful, they did everything to meet our wishes, Wendy and Said deserve us a thick poultry because without them our stay would not have been the same. They really put us in the wait. We will certainly come back! :-)"

"An absolute hidden gem. The staff were incredible. I arrived late in the evening, the restaurant was due to close, I was told if I could be ready to order within 15mins I would be looked after. I was there in less than 10 minutes. The food was outstanding to say the least. The service excellent. The room was very large, comfortable, warm and clean. Massive bathroom also. The only pity is was here for work. This would be a wonderful venue for a romantic getaway. Indeed, I believe the entire hotel and venue would be ideal for wedding."
