"I was on a business trip and arrived at the hotel. After checking in at the front desk and entering my room, there was a knock on the door. Upon opening it, I was greeted by a fruit tray from the floor attendant. This is a gesture you don't usually encounter in hotels, and it was truly touching. The room was clean and tidy. The renovation team, as they believe, was also high-quality and of high standards, and the overall decor is beautiful. The elevator with dual controls is very convenient. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Most importantly, the front desk lady was very patient and responsive, handling matters that were outside her area of responsibility. I believe the hotel will recognize her diligence, dedication, and commitment, and she may even be considered for a promotion and salary increase. This 4-diamond hotel offers excellent value for money. Highly recommended!"
