まず、ホテルの場所についてお話します。空港からは 7 ～ 8 キロほど離れており、飛行機に乗る必要があったため、タクシーで 10 分ほどかかります。接客態度もまあまあ、部屋はそれほど広くないので一人暮らしには十分です。国内のホテルには及びませんが、日本よりはずっと広いです。ここのホテルの面積はそれほど広くなく、住むには十分な感じです。アルマトイの最も深い印象は、清潔で香りが良く、とても快適な環境であるということです。ホテルの料金には一晩の食事が含まれており、一晩の食事が含まれていない場合は、追加料金を支払わなければなりませんでした。ははは、朝食は3種類のセットです。自分だけのコーヒーを手動で作ります。アルマトイのタクシーは便利で安いので、市内に行くにもここに泊まるととても便利です。価格/性能比は比較的高いです。

部屋はかなり広いですが、両側の廊下はとても騒がしく、バスルームはかび臭いにおいがし、ベッドカバーは石鹸のにおいがし、マットレスは不快です フロントの女性はとても素敵で、バスを見つけるのを手伝ってくれます レストランは広く、朝食の種類はそれほど多くありませんが、完全で美味しいです このホテルは街からそれほど遠くありませんが、交通はあまり便利ではありません。旅行はここに住むことはお勧めしません

この地域は近くのショッピングセンターの静かで静かなエリアに非常に便利です。礼儀正しい従業員は社交的です。部屋は清潔でかわいい匂いです。最高の価格は受け入れられません。

We had great time at Tenir Eco. At first, im a bit worried as im unsure how to go up and bring luggages direct from airport since we arrived direct from istanbul trip. But actually its quite easy. The hotel arranged to bring luggages up to hotel with payment of 5000 tenge(from shymbulak station to hotel reception). U have a choice to bring it yourslef but mind you that it is quite slippery from combi 2 to reception. So if u want to enjoy the moment just ask the hotel to bring the luggage for u. The hotel will give QR code for cable car ride from Medeu station to combi 1-combi 2 and back down. If u want more can ask them to buy for you. Around 4000 tenge. The hospitality is amazing , they provided all the necessity. And fast action too. They fixed the netflix so we could enjoy our 2nights stay. And although -12celcius was a challenge but the room got quite nice heat ‘ and u can always heat urself in the bathroom sauna, even the floor was heated. So we never feel tortured with the weather. Bring some food for dinner if u dont want to spend time going down too much. And u can heat it in sauna as well🙈. Host (ingkar) was a very nice person. He gave us two nice cheesecakes since netflix took time to be fixed. We stayed in Room Tenir 10 which was the last end room with nice romantic vibe and view. There’s night skiing and the skiers sometimes stop and wave to us while we watch them pass by. We also hike to nearby mountain and enjoy the scenery. It is super cold during winter and like a dream come true stay for us. As per going back you can request them to bring down luggage as well with same 5000 tenge tilk symbulak station. The food at syn32 also yummy n good. Go try the blueberry mint tea with mountain view. Its amazing. U can ski in ski out from the room itself. Sunset is perfect as well. I will return again in future. Perfect stay in Shymbulak 3200m…. Never regret it. And may try the paragliding as well. Looks fun too!
