"We love to stay at the Munroe Inn; we have been staying there every trip to Maine for the last three years. It offers the old charm of a historic building with the modern conveniences of a hotel, making it unique because of the warm hospitality of the innkeeper, Olga. When exploring Maine for leisure, staying at B&B, in our opinion, is a way to go and essential to experience Maine as a place where "the way life should be" (Maine's motto). We recommend sampling Olga's breakfasts: delicious and healthy; she would even make it for early birds like us at 6:30 am! We appreciate the quiet setting of the Inn in the city's downtown, close to all major routes we want to visit. "Our fourth time here. It is such a relaxing and comfortable place to stay. The food is wonderful, thoughtfully created and prepared. The staff is friendly and welcoming. There new bar is a hit and staff by experienced bartenders who create the most wonderful concoction and it's fun to watch them prepare them. The rooms are very clean and the beds comfortable. We will definitely be back"
