"Lovely stylish rooms which have been recently decorated in a tranquil and rural location. The gardens are beautiful and the pool looks stunning. It was too cold for me when we stayed. A car is necessary (unless you have a generous budget for a taxi). The driveway to the hotel has many potholes which cannot easily be avoided. Hopefully they will be filled in soon. The hotel served breakfast and said that a light lunch could be available if we asked. No dinner. Indeed the hotel largely closed by 6pm. With no bar either it felt more like a very upmarket B&B than an hotel. I don't know if this changes in high season. There is a spa which we did not use. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay because the setting and rooms were so lovely."

"A stone's throw from Arezzo and a short distance from the beautiful towns of Lucignano and Anghiari, the structure is therefore strategically useful for visiting this part of Tuscany. Large and comfortable rooms "left" to their former glory (including doors). Beautiful stone swimming pool, super breakfast with homemade products as well as the restaurant offer. Flavors of the past, with homemade pasta, excellent sauces and special condiments. We don't know if it was just this particular period but equip yourself with mosquito repellent :)"

"The hotel was a great hotel, informed by whatsap about how to access. The hotel is beautiful, it has everything necessary to disconnect, two bathrooms and a comfortable bed. The only thing I see is little intimacy to use the jacuzzi, there are two curtains on one side but if people walk you see without effort. The hotel was very comfortable and very comfortable."

"Absolutely negative experience. They demanded that the room be paid for the evening before check out. My two children stayed overnight for three nights. My daughter left a day early for work. So on the last night my son stayed overnight alone. It was a gift from their grandmother for Christmas, which she would pay for at check out as is appropriate. The manager called my son to the room at 11.30pm demanding that he come down to pay...If he hadn't done so they would have taken action...Shameful!!! I hope anyone who intends to stay in this hotel thinks not twice but ten times!!! Oh, by the way!!! Terrible breakfast...hard croissants, poor quality products...don't pay for breakfast because there is a good bar 100 meters away."

"The location of the property is perfect! Very close to Cortona, Lago Trasimeno and other beautiful places un Tuscany. The place is surrounded by forest, and near is a walking path that you can take to go up the hill to watch a sunset. Owners are very polite, kind and everything I asked was delivered in a minutes. As we are "early birds" with my mum, one minus was that we where not able to enjoy early morning swim at the pool as it was open only from 09:30. In comparison with other properties in Tuscany, we where able to swim from 6 AM. My kind suggestion to the owners would be: 1. To give some loving care to their beautiful garden and plants. They where a bit "sad"; 2. To sweep the yard; 3. Cut down some bushes so you can watch the sunrise; 4. Replace plastic dishes and cutlery with glass dishes and metal cutlery; 5. To air the bedrooms, because there was a musty smell in the bedrooms; 6. To put moth repellent because moths were flying in the bedrooms. I hope that my suggestion will make even more beautiful your villa!"

"We stayed only one night in this beautiful country house, diving in green. Positive sides are certainly the home and peaceful atmosphere, outside the daily chaos. Large, but a little date and no sound. I suggest you introduce mini-fridge in the room, which I now consider essential in every structure, and improve the bathroom courtesy set. Good breakfast with sweet and salty products. nice owners. Excellent quality-price ratio. It was a good choice for the price paid!"

"The property is practically right next to Piazza Grande, the city's hub. The staff is available to meet any guest's needs. There are also excellent restaurants just steps away for lunch or dinner. The room is equipped with every comfort. Those who need it can leave their bags in the office located at the entrance to the property. The luggage service is very convenient.
