The place was clean and affordable I recommend her for employee of the year. I am a truck driver and stay in a lot of hotels and she was by far one of the best customer service I have ever had this hotel is the best"

"Hotel has all potential to be amazing, however, most representatives take a "good enough" attitude. When I checked in, I asked for an upgrade, she said I was already given an upgraded room, and when I asked if suite is possible, she basically said that my upgrade is good enough. The room was sort of nice. Very unfortunate that mobile reception is very poor in most areas of hotel. Breakfast was pathetic! bunch of empty pots, salmon that looked expired and sandwiches that looked and tasted very strange. They said it was a low occupancy day or something. I tried extending my stay, and the lady said she upgraded me to a suite, however, it was just a room with no balcony, so I cancelled reservation and left. She didnt seem like she cared at all. Thanks for this "good enough" hospitality..."
