"I was having a shower and then suddenly the water became scorching hot and burned me. I screamed and jumped out of the bath tub, but I burned my back and was in a lot of pain. No one else was in my room, no one turned on a cold tap or flushed the chain. It just happened as I stood under the shower. This shows bad plumbing and a lack of heat control. If an elderly person or a child had been in the shower, the outcome could have been even worse. This demonstrates that the hotel is in need of updating - it is tired, and with out of date facilities. However the location is good."

"We started for the third consecutive year of the North Road, which we interrupted in Avilés in 2018 where we hosted at the Villalegre hotel. This year, we have chosen the Serafín Pension, which belongs to the same owner and are both neighborhoods, so that the hotel's reception also serves the pension. Old beds, small towels, old furniture yh broken, dressing boxes without sticks and sleeved ...Finally a bad decision, I repeat"
