Pleasant stay with friendly reception staff. Located close to city center. Not much of a view but room has a lot of amenities - washing machine, full sized fridge, dishwasher, stove. Also helps that it’s still really new and clean!

絶好のロケーション。ホテルには良い設備があります。門の前には川があります。それも安全です。朝はたくさん走ります。その隣には新しいショッピングモールがあります。後で、食べる麺がたくさんあることに気づきました。外の景色も見ることができます。とても良い。

Well located hotel, large rooms and rooms look very new, very comfortable stay. Breakfast is a bit too simple, it will be good to include some hot items like eggs

ホテルは市内中心部とスミスストリートモールから徒歩圏内です。ウォーターフロントのレストランやバーも徒歩わずか15分です。空港からホテルまでのタクシー送迎は20分以内です。 フレンドリーなフロントスタッフは、事前に連絡しておくと、希望通りのベッドの配置を変更してくれました。客室はシンプルですが、広々としています。 ホテル内には素敵なレストランがあり、ランチとディナーを楽しめます。無料の朝食もここでいただきました。 次回この街に来る際は、必ずまたここに泊まります。

The room was very clean and spacious. The bed was extremely comfortable. All the amenities I could want. The people at the desk were friendly and helpful and had a very nice atmosphere about them. It was Pitch Black military exercises so there was very loud jet noise from time to time. Management did supply me with a schedule so I would know what times the jets would be flying overhead. Very thoughtful. So if you do not want the noise it may be best to check dates around this time of year to avoid the disturbance.

Generally, the hotel serve as a good location for day trips to out of Darwin. There are public parking lots outside the hotel which are free, as there are limited lots within the hotel's open air parking compound except the underground. There are limited amenities except a small pool. The room are very basic but the balcony added a good atmosphere for dining with a view.

The Mercure is the pick of the Darwin Airport hotels and they capitalize on their airport location by cranking up the price. Also our flight came into Darwin after midnight and the airport shuttle phone number they provided was unanswered so we endured the 9 minute walk from the airport with our cases. Checked in about 1:00 and requested a late check out. The hotel had plenty of availability but they still charged $60 for the privilege. Rooms are comfortable but looking a bit tatty now. Even so we had a nice , but short stay

Two bedroom appt. 10 wine glasses and only 3 water glasses.Very strange!!

Poor communication with the shuttle service. They failed to communicate the shuttle service would be an unmarked car and did not provide the driver with my phone number. This resulted in a long wait at the airport around midnight, plus several phone calls. The room we were given had hair in the bed and stained sheets. Thankfully, we were promptly given a new room, however, the person who gave me the new room key - passed the key to me and told me the room number and went to immediately leave. I had to ask him to show me the room and help move our bags. (I was travelling with my 8 year old child and by this time it was after 1am). It was a very disappointing and frustrating experience.
