The basic room is really basic. There isn't even a kettle... It was barely given any attention; the entire shower wall was covered in mold, which could have been cleaned. 360 turn to grab toilet paper. 2 head hits on the shelf above the bed… The whole property lacks design thinking. I'd say they're more focused on renting it as a whole, for weddings, etc., than on the individual experience, which is understandable: location, space, competition. But 3-5 details would make a huge difference. :) Nevertheless I think the other rooms are much better. They were just a bit tired, end of the season. The pool is fabulous; we were allowed to enjoy it after checkout, which was very appreciated, considering our flight was at 5:00 PM. The breakfast is excellent; thank you, Camila, for the delicious scrambled eggs and friendly chat; the rating went up that morning. 💫 But we won't be returning or recommending it to our friends and family.

The location , hotel , spa and hotel are all excellent. The hotel is possibly a four star and the villas are 5* the only gripe was the check in. Wow that was a painful experience. Arrive an hour early to ensure you don’t waste time stood waiting for very slow and incompetent staff. The shop at the hotel is expensive , see photos for October 2024 prices.

Amazing hotel in Mallorca !!! I stayed for a sages and scientists conference coming from Perth Australia this hotel was incredible. Lovely breakfast and quite pool etc Lovely grounds etc

В целом это хороший отель! Свеженький ремонт, чисто, красиво. Уборка каждый день. По еде: на ужинах было нормальное разнообразие, а вот на завтраках скудновато, почти повторялись. По номеру: идея с полупрозрачными и не закрывающимися дверьми в душ и туалет очень не удачная. Не помыться, не в туалет сходить спокойно. Наличие балкона плюс. Еще в отеле всегда было очень холодно, кондеи сильно дули, покушать ходили в кофтах)) При заезде мы оплатили какой-то конский налог - 27 евро. Впервые вижу такой туристический налог в 10% от суммы.

Ich wurde bei meiner Ankunft sehr freundlich empfangen, und das Personal war während meines gesamten Aufenthalts stets hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und ordentlich, allerdings ist die Einrichtung etwas in die Jahre gekommen – eine Renovierung oder zumindest der Austausch einzelner Möbelstücke wäre wünschenswert. Die Stromversorgung funktionierte erst nach ein paar Versuchen zuverlässig. Die Abend- und Morgenmahlzeiten konnte ich leider nicht in Anspruch nehmen, aber am Morgen wurden mir freundlicherweise Alternativen angeboten. Insgesamt ein angenehmer Aufenthalt mit kleinen Verbesserungspotenzial

Check in was smooth, found our room over at the hotel across the road. The room itself was fine, lots of towels, bed comfy enough, our only complaint was just how loud our outside air conditioning unit was! It was so loud that we couldn't sleep so had to turn it off throughout the night and leave it on during the day. Oh and the smell of sewage sometimes came up from the shower plug but only noticed in the mornings. We went all inclusive but wish we hadn't. The first morning we went for breakfast and there was no cutlery left, no glasses for a drink, I ended up eating an omelette with a spoon and we hoped the dinner would be better. Turned up for dinner and my husband described it as a cattle market! Too many people, no forks or glasses left again, we walked out and went for a meal elsewhere. A very stressful & hectic dining experience and we never tried again. We tried to get drinks over at the main hotel pool bar but were told we needed the keyrings that came in our pack which no one advised us of. Apparently the all inclusive wrist bands are not enough. We made no use of the all inclusive in the end and spent more money elsewhere. Pools were clean and inviting but people reserved all the sunbeds early. Location was good, short walk to the beach and 5 minute walk to the waterpark which was good fun. There's a great little restaurant next door for late night curry, kebabs, pizza and drinks and also a Spar shop a couple of minutes down the road.

El hotel estuvo bien en relación calidad precio es casi de lo más económico y para dormir está perfecto

素敵な小さな部屋でした。ベッドは十分に安定していませんでした。しかし、それは眠ることができた。大きなバルコニー。クリマも機能しています。騒音はありません。
