ブレカファストは良かった、食事は良かった、ロケーションは良かったが、レセプションが 1 つだけ役に立たなかった 3つの質問をした。 a) 追加のキーはありますか。「お手伝いできません」と答えてください。 b) タクシーを呼んでいただけますか、「お手伝いできません」と答えてください。 c) レストランを予約していただけますか。「お手伝いできません」と答えてください。 基本的に彼らはフロントカウンターでのお手伝いをまったくしたくありません。 若い受付の態度、顧客のニーズを解決することに興味がありません。

Centrally located. Road outside suffers high traffic. But the hotel is beautiful with attentive staff. Parking was a breeze! Room was spacious and clean and the breakfast spread was fabulous. Great choice

プネに行くと初めて見つけるホテルです 朝食時に人が多いのを除いて大丈夫だと思います 場所も空港から遠くない近くに大きなショッピングモールがあり、良いようです

Amazing everything

Very good hotel in midst of city surrounded by greenary, The room is little old type but maintainted well. The bottom rooms are having Big balcony and gives a good vibe. The breakfast spread is very less which is the only thing which i recommend to improve. The staffs are also very helpful.

The stay and room was very good but the food was yuck😔the breakfast we got for 2 days was not upto mark for 5 star. There was no taste in any food of them The food was digussting
