Perfect location to get to our meetings and was a comfortable stay. The room had everything you needed for a good nights rest.

私は最近JWマリオットホテルプネーに滞在し、全体的に楽しい経験をしました。スタッフは丁寧で、部屋は快適で手入れが行き届いていました。しかし、ホテルの一部のエリアが年齢を示し始めていることに気づきました。特に、喫茶店の家具には注意が必要かもしれません。ソファがすり減っていて、深い掃除が必要で、テーブルがいくつか少し揺れていて、食事が少し不快になりました。バスルームはきれいでしたが、特定の備品は時代遅れのようで、ホテルは高い基準を維持するためにいくつかの改装から恩恵を受けるかもしれません。これらのマイナーな問題にもかかわらず、ホテルのサービスと設備は称賛に値しました。家具や設備の更新により、JWマリオットプーネは、その名高い豪華な体験を提供し続けることができます。

We were there in hyatt for one night . Were very happy with everything about it . The dining experience was excellent .shekhar,jhumki and all others were pleasant and happy to help us . Food was also good .

Excellent suite rooms. Neat clean new construction . Nice closed swimming pool , very enjoyable . Gym is good . Restaurant serves great food . Matured understanding professional staff . We enjoyed staying there . Recommended for friends and family

Amazing everything

I have stayed for only one night while passing by Pune for business, therefore I could not experience breakfast and facilities (no time). Overall, I think the hotel is located conveniently in the city center, room size is average and the toilet has all the amenities you might need for your stay. A good value for money option! The only downturn for me, has been finding the carpet in the room a bit dirty with some food crumbles from (I guess) previous guests, for the rest the toilet and rest of the room seemed to be decently cleaned. My other colleagues did not experience the same, therefore it must have been a small accident and not their standard.

The stay and room was very good but the food was yuck😔the breakfast we got for 2 days was not upto mark for 5 star. There was no taste in any food of them The food was digussting

In certain areas personal shouldn’t be too pushy: - taking/ carrying your personal items (luggage) - cleaning the used plates, cutleries even food is still on it - not waiting to finish your portion of food, and touching your cutleries, plates

ホテルのサービスはとても良く、設備はかなり新しいですが、エレベーターの反応は比較的遅いです。部屋のカードに感知されていると何度も考えましたが、他の階に走りました～食事は良いですが、ベーコンが唯一の後悔です～
