Very good hotel! The place is clean, cozy, and very relaxing, especially for travelers looking for a convenient stay near the airport. The rooms are comfortable, well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere feels very homey. The staff were friendly, accommodating, and easy to approach throughout the stay. One of the best parts of staying here is definitely the spectacular view of NAIA. If you love planes and aviation, this place is perfect for you. Watching aircraft take off and land from the rooftop or window view feels so calming and exciting at the same time, especially during sunset and nighttime when the runway lights look beautiful. Another highlight is the cat around the property — super cute and mabait! It honestly added warmth and charm to the experience and made the stay feel even more welcoming. The location is also very convenient, especially for early flights or layovers. Overall, Rain Airport BNB offers great value for money, a peaceful stay, and a unique experience for plane lovers. This place is very beautiful. Facing Manila bay with stunning Sunset. The Balcony Facing Okada casino and there is garden view. The swimming pool Direct Facing manila bay. When it's Sunset time. Its all Red in the sky. Its a resort Type. There are many restaurants and Bars in okada casino. Which is 2mins Walk from the place. I really enjoy staying here and will definitely come back again. The host is very responsive Too

残念ながら、予約後に利用できないと通知されたため、ここに滞在できませんでした。同じホストによって遠くない別の場所にある別の宿泊施設にリダイレクトされましたが、これは真夜中に起こり、旅行に疲れていたのでノーとは言えませんでした。私が泊まった場所はこの予約から提供されたものと同じではありませんでしたが、ホストは私を可能な限り最善を尽くし、翌日私の部屋をアップグレードし、フライトが午後11時だったので非常に遅くチェックアウトできるようにしました。最初はうまくいきませんでしたが、結局はうまくいきませんでした。写真はアップグレードされた部屋からのものです。

The room is sparkling clean, and very large room for families of 5 with complimentary snacks. The view is nice and Mary the housekeeper was so nice to us. I give a 10 stars, We will be back again.

All the staff and the management are very much approachable Pet friendly the security guards are very keen observant the prices are very much affordable the locations are very accessible to everyone's need like markets shops bank convenience store atm machines pharmacy. I am very secured and safe. the place has harmoniously ambiance. Its feel like home. There is proper area for garbage to. Make the souroundings clean. Good for family travel, business, individual travel to stay.

Feedback and Complaint Regarding Recent Hotel Stay I would like to provide feedback and raise a concern regarding my recent booking experience. I booked a stay for 15 guests at a specific hotel ( Lux Penhouse), and the booking went through successfully without any issues. However, just a few hours before our scheduled check-in, I was informed that we would be moved to a different hotel ( bayshore phase 2), with the reason being that the original hotel “could not accommodate 15 pax.” This was extremely disappointing, especially since the booking was clearly made for 15 people and was confirmed. The replacement accommodation provided did not meet expectations: • The utensils were incomplete, and basic amenities such as toothbrushes and towels were not ready upon our arrival. • The swimming pool was closed for maintenance, which was not communicated in advance. This was one of the main reasons we chose the property. • Overall, the place felt unprepared for a group of our size. On a positive note, I would like to acknowledge that the few staff who assisted us and the lobby personnel were helpful and courteous, and we appreciate their efforts. While we understand that unforeseen changes can occur, proper notice and preparation are expected, especially for confirmed group bookings.
