My stay at Bodwin Apartments with my partner was absolutely amazing! We had a wonderful experience from start to finish. The apartment was clean throughout, the atmosphere was peaceful and welcoming, and having a cleaner made our stay even more comfortable. Bodwin himself was incredibly attentive and always keen to make sure we had everything we needed. He was so helpful and made the whole experience feel easy and relaxed. And I have to mention—Bodwin makes the best Americanos! ☕️ We genuinely loved our stay and would highly recommend Bodwin Apartments to anyone looking for a comfortable, welcoming place to stay. We will definitely be coming back! ❤️

I had an excellent stay at Kigali Serena. The service was consistently good, with a special mention to Angel from Customer Service who went above and beyond to assist. The staff throughout the hotel were friendly and professional. The breakfast spread was impressive, offering a wide variety of delicious options to start the day. The hotel represents great value for money and is perfectly located for both business and leisure travelers. While the Maisha Spa was a bit underwhelming and could use some improvements, this did not detract much from the overall experience. In summary, Kigali Serena is an excellent choice for anyone visiting Kigali.

The Nature Kigali was the most beautiful experience. Strategically located, delicious breakfast, warm and friendly, amazing, accommodating staff. The owner Hugh is very friendly. We felt like we were at home away from home. Great value for money. The food is so popular that is well frequented. There are stores in walking distance.....What can I say..I would recommend it for anyone who wants to stay in spick and span budget hotel. I would do it again!

I had a great stay at Royal Crown Hotel. The hotel was clean, the room was a nice size, and it had a comfortable setup. I appreciated the smart TV and the overall feel of the room. The airport pickup service was convenient and cost $30. Breakfast was included and had fresh fruit, a plain omelette, and potatoes that were really good. The only issue I had was that the balcony doors would not lock, which was something that should be addressed for guests’ safety and peace of mind. Overall, it was a pleasant stay with good amenities and helpful service.

Finding nice hotels is luck and effort recognizing an excellent hotel an IQ test. Trip.com Group helped me find this place. Highly recommended

シングルルームは部屋に窓無し、風呂場にのみ小さな高窓。エアコンなし。当然風が入らず暑い。キガリで晴れると、このホテルのエアコン無しのシングルルームには暑くて居ることができない。シングルルームには、冷蔵庫もない。テレビは電源は入るが、多くの部屋で(このホテルには宿泊4回目)何も映らない。映っても、チャンネルは3つのみ。朝食のパンのレパートリーは多く、カプチーノやカフェラテも旨い。果物の種類は多いし、野菜入りのオムレツは塩加減もとても良い。フロントの対応も良い。設備のみ、問題である。

I had sent 2 emails to inform lodge i would check in at 2.30 am; no one was on reception when I arrived. Had to wait 20 minutes for guy to show. They’d put in very loud room beside very busy dual carriageway. In the end they upgraded me to quieter room but still heard construction noise banging from neighbouring compound throughout the night. I left a 10,000 franc tip for dinner one night; that was mistakenly put on check out bill for $10. It is beautiful but I have quite a few buts….

The staff for this property work very hard to keep it clean. The manager on the other hand is too much. There was a review I read about kicking a guest out. He tried to say the same to me to cancel my booking and find somewhere else. I'm just a guest not to understand that you overbooked and not managing in a calm manner. when I simply asked for breakfast for my children as we had to stay in another accommodation the 1st night as it was fully booked. The breakfast wasn't Irish/continental. Basic pieces of fruit 1 boiled egg a roll and cup of tea. The Internet only works in the living room. The location is in a completely different area. Please call before arriving if you do book as we had to wait with our taxi driver over 30 minutes and this increased our price. The washing machine is broken, there is no air conditioning. I have addressed this to trip.com. There is a butcher across the way reasonable priced and a healthy restaurant serving vegan, vegetarian and other foods. The distance to the city is a 20 minutes ride
