貌似是第一個中文評價？ 非常推薦！ 粉紅貝殼像是一家審美在線的產品經理設計的酒店。入住過程絲滑，停車位充足，可以選擇自己停車也可以valet parking。送小朋友的禮物是一個小童墨鏡，和一個裝貝殼的網兜，太實用了！ 酒店房間比照片更新更漂亮寬敞，房間的設施比如牆上的衣服掛鈎都非常實用，而且有全套鍋碗瓢盆的廚房，完全可以長住。早餐已經算美國酒店裡豐盛的了，服務員都熱情友善。room service非常方便，下單15分鐘就送到了。沙灘椅免費，而且是那種軟的坐墊，完全可以睡一上午。房間鑰匙，停車場，泳池毛巾，租自行車都是用一個粉色的手環，又有創意又方便。直接發短訊就能退房。整個酒店都很漂亮，從主體建築到泳池到沙灘椅傘，每個畫面都是粉粉的美。 最後專門説説fort myers沙灘吧，白色粉末的頂級沙灘，和煦的海風，加上小小的海浪，延伸很遠的淺灘，確實適合“泡海澡”。海灘上有貝殼和海螺可以撿，而且有不少的活的sand dollor，海螺。開車30分鐘可以到sanibel，貝殼根本撿不完… 總之就是很驚艷的一家酒店，高評分名不虛傳，我們肯定還會回來！

裝修很敞亮，入住時的前台妹妹很會提供情緒價值。退房時前台也很熱情地幫我找買酒的商店（送朋友）並幫我輸入導航。房間很乾凈，比較寬，廚房設備很齊全，非常適合家人旅遊居住。

素晴らしいロケーションにある美しく清潔なホテルで、エステロ/フォートマイヤーズエリアのすべての観光スポットから十分な距離にあります。フレンドリーなスタッフが私の財布を見つけるのを手伝ってくれました！十分にお勧めできませんでした

ナポリ近くのハイアットリージェンシーココナッツポイントリゾート&スパでの滞在を楽しんだ。朝食ビュッフェと素晴らしいアメニティは、私たちの経験を本当に強化しました。ただし、$ 82のリゾート料金は、チェックアウト時に警戒心をそそられました。Trip.comがこの料金を最初の予約に組み込んで、最後の瞬間の驚きを防ぐことができれば素晴らしいでしょう。それでも、将来ホテルを再訪したいと思っています。全体的な快適さと優れたサービスは、戻る価値のある目的地になります。

We love this location right in the middle of downtown Fort Myers, Florida. We've stayed here a few times, including before the recent renovation. There is a an interesting variety of rooms with different layouts which we enjoyed. This time we chose a King room with balcony and city view. The balcony is small but big enough for 2 people and while it does have an ok ”city view,” it also looks down upon another roof below with all the air conditioners (something we do not like when paying extra for a ”view”). However, you can also see the river along with a bit of Patio DeLeon, in the middle of downtown Fort Myers. At night, is where the view shines with all the colorful lighting and usual music can be heard from live musicians. This room is fairly large for a boutique hotel with a larger than usual TV. However, the TV and dresser on which it sits are oddly placed in a corner at an angle, and pretty far from the bed detracting from the size of the screen. Programming is not in HD and also not set to the correct proportions (everything was vertically compressed) and the remote does not allow adjustments for this. It has a nice kitchenette area with a mini fridge but no microwave which we thought it should have given the price for the room and how inexpensive small microwaves cost (It may have been an option but it should already be there). Shower is very nice but every 30 seconds the water pressure dropped, then climbed back up - no biggie, just odd. Toilet paper seemed cheap for this type of hotel but all other items seemed to match this type of hotel. You have to pay $3 per bottle for the 2 bottles that are already in the room. It's like ”nickel and diming” for something as inexpensive as bottled water - like having no microwave, it takes away from the experience given the price of the room. Some light fixtures were not fully seated into the ceiling and like most hotels, the air vent in the bathroom had visible dust (I realize most people don't even look at these things, but I tend to notice it). The bed, although newer, was very firm, and not what we typically find in an upscale hotel. The walls are ”thin” allowing sounds from outside and adjacent rooms to be heard which is just an observation, not necessarily a negative. Front desk personnel were friendly, professional and helpful. Parking options are basically valet or one of 2 nearby parking garages. One parking garage is literally across the street which worked great for us at a lot less than using valet - pros and cons to each. The ice machine on our floor was not working which requires you to acquire ice on another floor (we were on the 7th floor - the top floor). There is a nice little rooftop bar which has a similar view of the city as our room but a little higher. The bar area has decent seating with a good mix of small couches, chairs and high top tables. We did not eat or have room service during this stay but it's available. Overall, it's a very nice, small hotel in an ideal, convenient location and we will definitely go back.

Nice cute place. If you want there are kayaks to use. I didn't go. Owners were not always on site when I looked for them. Nice pool area.  The only issue is whatever cleaning products some places use is horrible. Maybe it's just me but I wanted my window open and could not open it. I was thinking because one latch was broken but when I went to ask she didn't know and so I Ms have someone check it later. Well later never came and when I asked someone else they just said they didn't know. She could come look at it but it doesn't really pay to. So no one knew off the windows actually opened or not. Not a huge deal but would have been nice to now. Continental breakfast in the morning. Close to beach. Would stay again. And Bayside tavern is right next door with awesome food and nice people.

When we arrived at the hotel, we told them it was our 10 year anniversary. They gave us vouchers for the breakfast buffet the entire time we were there, and a discount at the spa. They also sent up chocolate covered strawberries, wine, and a lovely note Wishing us a happy anniversary. There was so much to do at the resort that we decided not to leave the property entire weekend.

The hotel room itself was very clean and well kept. The bed was very hard and the pillows were not comfortable at all. Other then that the 1 night stay was okay.
