"Arrived at hotel and looked exactly like it does in the Photos , location ideal for the beach and surfing but I just hope my extra guests in my room 3 spiders , numerous ants and a cockroach had a lovely experience. A single thin blanket was supplied as bed covering and shower although worked you had to run around to get wet .. better hotels in the area"

"Celebrated Holiday Season in Lady Nina, the staff are very accommodating. We had a nice stay. They also offer free breakfast. Location: Very peaceful, beside the beach. Cleanliness: Very clean and comfy rooms. Service: Accommodating staff. Facilities: You can cook here as well, just need to pay extra fees for the consumption of gas. No corkage fee!"

"私たちの最初の部屋は配管の問題のためにとても悪臭がしました。この問題のため、別の部屋に移動しなければなりませんでした。バスルームは大丈夫でしたが、シャワーエリアは半分しか閉鎖されていませんでした。水はトイレとシンクエリアにこぼれやすいです。ホテルは新しいようですが、バスルームのドアノブは落ち続けました。ロフトエリアに行く階段は急すぎて、階段を上り下りするのがかなり難しかったです。特に荷物を持っていた場合。レストランの食べ物はまあまあでした、私は他のレストランを試してみると言えます。スタッフサービスと清潔さは100%です!!完全に歓迎し、親切です。スタッフに手を差し伸べます。"

Overall, the stay was comfortable and once we learned how to contact staff, issues resolved quickly. Would only stay again if upgrades made to support services like cleaning and proving new towels for stays longer than two days."

"I cannot address this property because I did not stay at this property. The day of my travels, I learned that RedDoorz had moved me to Solid Rock in another location. This Red Doorz property is still recovering from last years typhoon. No Shower, no toilet seat, no usable water. Because I was already traveling when notified, I had to take this property as there were no other availabilities for the 37 days that I needed. I checked in a day later than booked, and checked out the day before planned. I suffered physical damage sleeping on the metal rack. The owner did all she could to accommodate a client under terms she had no control of. The property was not fit for human use, and there was no wifi. Alas, I had no other options. Even Trip.Com was unable to help due to the lack of accommodations in the area. I now know this, if it is a Red Doorz property, DO NOT BOOK IT!!!!"
