"The hotel service was okay; they resolved any issues promptly. However, the cleanliness was truly appalling. Having stayed in so many hotels, I've never seen such shocking cleanliness. After washing my hands, I wanted to dry them with a towel and found many tiny, oily specks on it. I was speechless. I figured I'd just make do for one night and didn't ask for a change. Later that evening, when I went to get a bath towel, I found hair on one of them. I was about to remove it when I realized it was folded inside, not on the surface. When I got ready to sleep, I found unidentified hair on the pillow and sheets, and even hair inside the blanket… I was absolutely furious. But I had an exam the next day and didn't have time to complain. I seriously suspect the linens in this room weren't even changed! Cleanliness: Terrible! Terrible! There were also patches of cigarette ash on the bathroom floor that hadn't been cleaned…"
