Our stay at Four Points by Sheraton Amritsar, Mall Road was outstanding in every way. The service is truly way above expectations — warm, attentive, and consistently professional. A special mention to Mr. Raghav Mehta and the entire Front Office team for their exceptional care and leadership. The restaurant staff were equally impressive, and the bell boy and security team ensured we felt welcomed and well looked after from the moment we arrived. The rooms were extremely comfortable, spotlessly clean, and thoughtfully prepared. After a long journey, we had the most refreshing snooze — exactly what we needed. The food was excellent, and the gym facilities were well-maintained and convenient. An all-round 10/10 experience — we highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Amritsar.

Everything was perfect rooms were nice well maintained property front office staff was very helpful just one advice if guest booked for double occupancy kindly keep amenities as per occupancy we will visit soon.

Clean and well-maintained property. We truly appreciated the warm hospitality and loved the charming, heritage feel of the exterior, paired with modern, comfortable rooms inside. The bed was super comfy, and the room felt spacious, especially with the balcony. The staff were genuinely friendly and welcoming. The bathroom was roomy, and the large TV was a nice bonus. Overall, we absolutely loved our stay and would definitely recommend this place.

An amazing experience and great hotel. The staff are very friendly and go out of their way to help you. The food is delicious and the breakfast and dinner buffets were superb. Lots of vegetarian options and meat also available. A special mention to the *** working at the travel desk, called Harmeet, he was very helpful and organised all of our drivers. Thank you.
