Location excellent. Breakfast and service very good. Clean room. We stayed here one night and the only issue was room location. We backed up to the pool area and it was a bit noisy at times. Aside from that a great value with the waterfront as a neighbor.
The most incredible hotel. This hotel exceeds every expectation on every single platform. It's our home from home and epitomises quiet luxury without being pretentious. Beautiful rooms, service that is off the charts, good vibe and amazing atmosphere make this the only place to stay in Cape Town. The entertainment and activities are a lovely addition. Every single team member from top to bottom goes above and beyond to ensure that guests are happy. The newly added Fountain Restaurant is a lovely addition with a great menu from Chef Luke. The Food and Beverage team are absolutely amazing and work tirelessly to ensure each guest is happy. Rooms are beautiful and the views of either the gardens or the pool area is such a pleasure to wake up too. The most comfortable bed you will ever sleep in! A bonus is Henry the piano player - something I look forward to listening to each day. The hotel has the most incredible spa and gym that includes complimentary sessions as well as an inhouse hair salon all which offer excellent service. Two swimming pools and tennis courts complete the experience. I honestly cannot say enough about how much we love staying here.
Very nice modern and luxurious decor, proactive and welcoming staff. Rooms are quite cosy, would recommended for couples or solo/business travellers.
The bar and restaurant services delicious and decadent food. Location is very central and close to everything, but would receive recommend vehicle access, as there are not many things in walkable distance.
Has a great night life scene, is popular amongst very hip club hoppers and social scene.
Coming to South Africa for the first time it comforted me to stay in a familiar name hotel. We utilized the airport shuttle. A trainee accompanied our driver. There was a mix up with the number of people so there was not enough room in the car for all. So the trainee stayed at the airport (to be picked up later) while the driver took us to the hotel. So sacrificial and nice! We enjoyed the hotel decor and the relaxed atmosphere the couches offered in the restaurant. We stayed in a suite which was amazing. The staff was very friendly and willing to help with anything.
We stayed nearly 6 weeks in rm 428 a loft at the back overlooking the President Hotel. Location: At the base of Regent Rd, restaurants, shops, main bus route plus hop on hop off bus stop in front of hotel. Sea down the road. Grocers. Checkers, Spar, Woolworths. Size: Sitting room, bedroom, two bathrooms. Bathroom Good shower, hot water, pressure Noise: Quiet. Cleanliness. Brilliant. Facilities: AC, good kitchen equipment, fridge, no washing machine. Swimming pool. Tiny, but large pool not far. Laundry. Just across the road 130 rand for 5kg Storage. More than ample. TV. Bit eccentric, but Netflix access included. Broadband. Width OK for email, but not consistent streaming. Breakfast: Competent, fruit, cooked, Snack menu. Limited, but competent (stops midday) Bar. Good options, superb barman Staff. Friendly. Load shedding. Back up generator. Information pack in room would be useful. Would we stay again? YES.

NNicolaBOur experience at this hotel went above and beyond our wildest expectations! The hotel's exquisite location grants you a balcony view of the ocean and the majestic Table Mountain as a backdrop.
The level of service we received was truly exceptional, leaving us thoroughly impressed. The rooms were impeccably clean, and the range of amenities provided was more than generous.
The rooms themselves strike a perfect balance between spaciousness and coziness, creating a truly inviting atmosphere. A noteworthy feature that sets this hotel apart is the complimentary mini bar, offering a variety of snacks and drinks – a rare find. What's even more remarkable is that these snacks are not only delicious but also cater to vegan and gluten-free preferences.
Without a doubt, we are already making plans to return to this outstanding establishment in the future.

RRobsThe apartment is spacious, clean and luxurious. Lovvvvvve the bathrooms. I had a very relaxing stay at the Residences at Crystal Hotel. The staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was refreshing and had a wide selection of foods. The location is convenient, close to Canal Walk which we walked to often to buy whatever we needed to make our stay more enjoyable and visiting Hillsong Church opposite the road was an amazing experience.
