The hotel is located 35 min walk from the town otherwise 10min of drive to the city. The reception service is excellent, very helpful and polite. The pool and the jacuzzi is heated even during the winter, and kept clean and tidy around, it was enjoyable to use it in the morning. The room I had was classic, but my room was upgraded from a classic to family when I arrived. The room kept clean and tidy each day! The things like a rob and slippers are not provided, but it was a pleasant stay and going to come back again.

Bardzo fajne położenie zespołu apartamentów, ogólnie cisza i spokój oraz cudowny dźwięk cykad. Mieliśmy apartament z 1 sypialnią na 1 piętrze. Parking z dwóch stron budynku, na parterze przy recepcji i z drugiej strony budynku na wysokości 1 piętra. Mała kuchnia, ale posiadała wszystko co potrzeba. Idealna baza noclegowa do zwiedzania okolicy. Blisko Lidl czy Auchan. Basen na pierwszy rzut oka mały, ale ogólnie byliśmy bardzo zadowoleni. Można grać w ping ponga, skorzystać z siłowni czy sauny. Bardzo miła obsługa. W obiekcie jest możliwość wykupienia śniadań. Pokoje mogłyby być odświeżone. Ogólnie jesteśmy zachwyceni z pobytu. Polecam.

”We arrived at the hotel around 1:00 PM, hoping they might have a room available. But we cannot get our room until 3:00PM due to their policy, even the hotel was not full. The receptionist informed me I had two bookings in the system—one for that night and one for three months later. I was completely baffled and spent a stressful half-hour checking all my apps, worried my account had been hacked. They insisted the second booking was under my name. It took them a couple of hours to finally figure out it was their own administrative error; they had filed another guest's reservation under my name. When I finally got to the room, the disappointment continued. The room was very small. My husband and I had two big suitcases, and there was absolutely no space to store them. We had to climb over them just to get around, and we couldn't open both at the same time. Given how strict they are about the 3:00 PM check-in and 11:00am check out (which we respected), you'd expect them to have their systems in order

It is conveniently located in the center of Fréjus. Overall, the staff are quite friendly. However, the hotel facilities are old and may need some renovations.

Chambre deluxe très spacieuse, en rez-de-chaussée devant la piscine. Réceptionnistes très agréables, chambre très propres et confortables. Petites remarques: manque une petite table dans la chambre (outre le bureau) + pas de doorknob pour commander petit déjeuner en chambre + une penderie n’avait pas de tringle à vêtements.

The place is very clean. I arrived late at night and there are staff at the reception (very rare in France) helping me to carry my huge luggage to my room. For this price, I have nothing to complain at all. And the breakfast is free for kids under 12yo (but I paid via trip.com). I would truly recommend this for a short and convenient stay!

Je suis rentré au Confort appart hôtel de la tour mare Frejus vendredi après-midi. J’ai été très bien reçu à l’accueil et avec le sourire. Je suis arrivé dans l’appartement, il était très propre et confortable. Il y avait même une attention particulière des femmes de ménage pour mettre 2 petites barres de chocolat sur le lit. Il y avait pas de bouchon pour la baignoire, je suis descendu en bas a l’accueil et la réactivité du personnel a été exemplaire. Elle m’en a tout de suite donné un. J’ai profité de la piscine qui était propre. Je reviendrais avec grand plaisir

良い滞在。私たちはプールを使用しませんでしたが、それは大きなプラスです。 部屋は広くてきれいでした。 ホテルのホールはいいです! 唯一の不満は、高速道路の隣にある場所または種類であり、市内中心部に向かって周囲の地域が十分に啓発されておらず、夜に人が少ないため、夜に横断するのは特に素晴らしく安全ではありません。

J’ai pris cet hôtel car il n’est pas très loin de la gare et du Zénith de Toulon. Il y a vraiment des soucis dans la chambre qu’ils m’ont donnée : - j’ai vu deux petits cafards dans la chambre - là salle d’eau & WC est tellement petite que l’eau de la douche part partout dans la salle, même à côté du WC Si non le personnel est très sympa.
