"My experience was ok at first until they moved us to another room because they said they wanted to finish remodeling the room we were in it was me and my grandbaby so they moved us to another room and it was horrible...The a/c didn't blow cold the a/c had a gap in it to where u can see straight outside it was also a patch of mold they must have forgot to paint over and we didn't even have a microwave on top of that the railing was loose and missing bars enough to fall to the ground so they sent someone and he did absolutely nothing and told us that they would come check it out at 9 that night and nobody came so we decided to just leave mind you the entire hotel only have about 10 rooms that's fully functional...Please don't waste your time nor your money going there..I would have gave no stars if I could"

"今回はホリデイインエクスプレスホテルに滞在しましたが、全体的な経験は大丈夫です。場所は便利で、食べたり飲んだりするのに便利で、無料のシャトルバスはとても実用的です。部屋は清潔で、設備は基本的に整っていて、ベッドは快適に眠れます。サービスは非常に満足のいくものですが、朝食の種類はそれほど多くありませんが、価格は良いです、旅行と宿泊施設は良い選択です。"

"Stayed here over 4th of July weekend let’s just my stay wasn’t very good room was on 1st hallway didn’t feel comfortable at all it was disgusting headboard had something dried on it , bed smelled like urine, towels and sheets had hair and stains on it .I just had to sleep on top of my blanket and left first thing in the morning . They should really work on remodeling this hotel and maybe find bilingual or English speaking housekeepers. Really wish I took pictures but next time I’ll make sure to check all reviews before staying anywhere."

"The hotel smelled like ********* when I got in the lobby to check in. The first room I was out in was not in compliance to what I made my reservation for. Also there was a hole in the wall as of someone was hiding something there. Me and my girlfriend just didn't feel comfortable at all. Very loud. No beverage machines and barely anything to snack on. Pictures were not hung up and the mirror was sitting on the floor. And like and behold my pregnant girlfriend went to the bathroom and there were used needles laying around. So then they switch my room next door and the same hole that was in the wall in the first room was also in the second room. I tried to get a refund but they wouldn't give me one. I must say that I was very displeased."
