"There are no words for how bad this hotel is. Dirty, smelly, wedding at night unbearable noise even on 11th floor. Today I came back to my room and the door was left open by the cleaning staff. Luckily nothing had been stolen. The door doesn’t lock from the inside. And my room wasn’t cleaned properly no vacuuming nor did they clean the shower or sink. Unfortunately there are no other hotels or good Airbnbs in Ber Sheva so they have the market. It’s just awful. I am here for work so have no choice."

"Beware! The change policy at this hotel is awful. I tried changing the date of my stay two weeks in advance because all of the flights are cancelled. They refused to change the date of my reservation to later next year, and said they were going to charge me the full cost of the room. Two weeks in advance! Awful service. Do not stay here."

Average hotel, trying to market itself as a modern boutique hotel. It could work had it be in a different location"
