Available prices, friendly staff composed of volunteers and the possibility of having all the city for itself. Wonderful areas. A special mention at the garden, with pool (open only in the summer, how right it is). I strongly advise if you want to see areas like Perugia, Assisi or similar, outside the tourist chaos or the citizen, but it is recommended that you move a car, even if there is a possibility of a shuttle, but it has fixed hours."

Mr. Gianluca is kind and helpful, the rooms are equipped with the necessary comforts, the grounds are well-maintained, and the pool is pleasant. Breakfast is served in your room promptly and well-presented. The location is excellent, just outside the city walls and a few minutes' walk from Bevagna's historic center (your car can easily be left in the property's internal parking lot).
