"ここは4つ星ホテルではありません。景色が全く見えない1階の内側の部屋に通されたので、まるで修道院の部屋のような気分でした。アップグレードをお願いしたところ、Wi-Fi付きの部屋は他に空いていないとのことでした。トイレ、シャワー、鏡にはシミがあります。シャワーを浴びた後、ガラス張りの壁にもかかわらず、シャワーから水が漏れてシャワー室の外のタイルに染み出しました。テーブルランプは点灯しませんでしたが、すぐに修理してもらえました。お湯は熱湯のように熱かったのですが、すぐに冷めてしまいました。他の宿泊客の部屋の音や中庭の騒音が聞こえます。西洋からの観光客にとっては、ベッドは石のように硬く、枕は2つしかありません。ルームサービスは迅速でした。"

"This is a very old heritage house converted to an hotel. The reconstruction is still ongoing. The rooms are different from each other. We stayed 2 nights in room 209, upstairs in the corner. It was an apartment than a room with a separate living area, large bedroom and a modern new bathroom. It was very clean and spacious. Because of the living area, our stay was very comfortable. In addition to the several ceiling fans, the bedroom was airconditioned. There was a kettle with tea/coffee and a mini-fridge in the living area. We heard some rooms are small and dark. The property itself is like an art museum, decorated with many paintings and artifacts. Because of the old structure some areas are dark. The restaurant also has several floors with different rooms and decorations. Staff is bit chaotic. If you need something better to talk directly with the owner or his son. They are very helpful. There is nothing much to do in the area other than visiting the fort and walking around in the market and old city."

"I would not recommend this venue at all for hosting a marriage function. The charges are extremely high, especially considering that many services that should ideally be included in a package are billed separately. There is a clear monopoly when it comes to organizing events at this place. For functions like the Sangeet and wedding ceremony, they charge excessively for every single item, including basic arrangements and even entry-related aspects. Additionally, outside vendors are not allowed, leaving customers with no flexibility. This forces you to rely entirely on their in-house services, which are significantly overpriced. Also, they are not including all the things for event which were promised at the time of booking and used cheap products like promised to used real flowers however used artificial followers. The only positive aspect is that the location is convenient, as it is near the city and easily accessible. The property itself is also decent. However, the services provided are extremely disappointing and not at all worth the high cost. The staff behavior is particularly poor—they are uncooperative and not supportive at all. Overall, the pricing is unreasonable, the policies are restrictive, and the value for money is very poor. I would strongly advise others to explore better alternatives before making a decision."
